The food and service were excellent here! We stopped by on our recent trip to the Denver area. The restaurant is bright and open with ample seating. The menu included alot of tasty and unique dishes. The soup and entrees we ordered were delicious. I would also recommend trying the hot teas. Perfect for a cold day! The staff members are extremely friendly too. This review is specifically for their milk tea. I've gone a handful of times just for the milk tea, and the wintermelon milk tea is my favorite so far. However their boba to milk tea ratio is quite poor, as there is only enough boba to cover one single layer at the bottom of the cup. The boba also hardens not long after mixed in with your drink, so for boba drinkers who love to cherish their drink, they will receive neither consistency nor adequate boba. Service was also slow the handful of times I've went. The staff wasn't communicative to each other about which flavors were still available as the cashier could list items I could not order, but when asked what they do have available, his response was, "shit...I don't know". read more

We decided to check this restaurant after our five day backpacking trip. The food was super delicious. We ordered Pho / rice combo / shrimp tempura. All was fantastic. The pho was authentic and had great flavors. The portion was very generous. So come hungry:-). Looking forward to stay at the Denver airport again so we can try this place again. read more

I know this place is new and sometimes it takes a bit to work out the kinks, but I'm not sure if I'd even try this place again. Food is pretty good and huge portions, but the place was more than half empty for a weekday lunch and it still took an hour and a half to get in and out, it would have taken longer if we hadn't gone looking for a server. Hard to get service for anything, missing pho toppings, needing to go containers, the check... we didn't even have the option to split the check and were worried it would take another half hour to sort it out, good thing we have venmo. Boba wasn't ready so we asked for drinks as take out at the end of the meal, but at the end of the meal when we were trying to track down the check it still wasn't ready. In the end, boba was weirdly bitter and almost inedible, I wound up straining it out when I got home it was so bad. There are definitely better pho and boba places nearby. read more

The first time we came here, it wasn't the best but It was better than another pho restaurant we had went to, that's in the area. So we gave it another shot because I really wanted Bun bo hue. Today, I had ordered the traditional egg rolls, bun bo hue, and an iced coffee. Our complimentary water, had no ice. Even when he came back for refills at the end, the pitcher had no ice at all. The traditional egg rolls tasted stale. It wasn't crispy. Like, I literally had to pull the egg roll away from my teeth after I bit into it, just so it can break apart. Lol. The bun bo hue's broth was extremely plain. It tasted like pho broth with some chili oil and just with bun bo hue fixings. Which was not okay. I wanted a bun bo hue flavor. It definitely was not the taste and flavor I was hoping for. And I've had many Bun bo hue noodles. Also, they charged me for the Vietnamese iced coffee that never came out. So I had to inform our server about that. He seemed to not really care about it, as he took our ticket back. Most of the time he was just standing there seemingly clueless. Me and my friend went for dinner Bc it's next to the hotel. Everyone else is doing a good job except for one guy who was serving us was rude all the time. He never greeted us, never smile, never talked to us, we even had no utensils after the food was served. But we didn't complain until this guy POINT THE KNIEF STRAIGHT TO THE HEAD of my friend!!!!! I asked him why would he do that and he's saying he's tired from helping others. OK if you are tired just go home instead of giving attitude to customers who give you tip to pay for your bills. Everyone is tired from work but no one is acting like an asshole. If the owner/manager think I am being a Karen just go check the camera. This guy needs better training or more day off. read more

Awesome combination and vegetarian pho, really hit the spot on a cold day. Located within walking distance of many airport hotels if you happen to not have a car. We arrived at 6:20p for our dinner of two vermicelli bowls. We had to ask for water after waving for our server minutes later. We then had to call over our server to place our order! Finally, 30 minutes later, we called over a second server asking about our order because our server was chatting with his buddies. Another 10 minutes pass and still no meal! I ordered the grilled shrimp and pork spring rolls and the large combination pho. I ordered it Togo and picked it up. It was pretty good. I will say they give you a enormous amount of food, but it's not really enough broth. Really 2 people could eat from it. The spring rolls were great.
