My sister had been wanting to try this place since it opened not too long ago, and its near her house, so we finally came by to check it out. We ordered phở and the bún chả giò. The phở was okay, but for me the broth was a little too light and didn't have much flavor. It wasn't bad, just kind of bland and missing that rich, savory taste I usually look for in a good bowl of phở. Since i Cook phở all the time it makes it so hard to eat a bowl of bland broth . The portion was generous though, so you definitely get a good amount of food. I actually enjoyed the bún chả giò more. The egg rolls came out hot and crunchy, which was probably my favorite part of the meal. The portion was really big too, Overall, it was decent and filling. I think the service was great . We ordered takeout from Pho 95 and overall had a good experience. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with several TVs, a full bar, and plenty of seating both indoors and outside. The pork and chicken skewers were absolutely amazing--flavorful, tender, and definitely the highlight of our meal. We also ordered the combination pho without the tripe, and the broth and ingredients were good. I added an $8 beef short rib for extra protein, but unfortunately, it was mostly bone with very little meat, which was disappointing for the price. In general, the menu prices seemed pretty high for the portion sizes we received. Overall, the food was good and satisfying, but it wasn't quite memorable enough to make me say, "I can't wait to go back." read more

Finally a pho place close by! My coworker first recommended we order lunch from this place so we Togo-ed. Of course pho Togo is not the best but it was still delicious! When my parents were visiting from out of town I brought them here for their meal before their drive back to LA. I have to tell you, it's yummy! The soup is clean, but packed with flavor, the eggrolls were crispy-- although I have to say $15 for eggrolls are a little steep haha The spring rolls were fresh and soft, I get really sad when pho places serve really hard, dried spring rolls. My mom LOVES pho, she doesn't like cilantro but she'll endure it if she has to hahaha Moving from a very Asian dense area to almost non-existent, I miss the abundance of Asian food the most and this place opening down the street is a blessing! I'd still order the $15 egg rolls again because it was freaking delicious! There isn't much to say about the ambiance, it's clean, it's fairly large with spread out seating. I'm pho-reaking out that Vegas might actually have some good Vietnamese soup. But it's actually in Henderson?! Pho 95 appears to be a chain that started in Colorado and recently expanded to a quiet Henderson plaza. You'll find it south of Sunset Station at the southeast corner of Warm Springs and Julia, and it shares a building with The Great Greek. Noticing that customizable pho kinda charges per meat, I went for the Pho Dac Biet ($18.95). The bowl came out very quickly, which was a great sign. The broth was hot but not inedibly so. Flavorwise, it's a bit on the subtle side but is tasty enough, but don't add too much lime or you might actually make it worse overall. Squeeze that into the free glass of water for a palate cleanser instead. The meat selection was all the usual ones aside from meatball, which is not one of my faves anyway. They are mostly really flavorful and tender aside from tripe (naturally) and the rare steak (a couple too-chewy pieces). They're also cut to an appropriate size for one mouthful w/ noodles or smaller, which I can't believe I have to say after seeing some lazy kitchenwork from other places around town. Portion-wise, it strikes me as a little larger than a typical "medium" size, which is all anybody ever serves around the Vegas area. One of the more promising things to kick off the experience was the plentiful accoutrements, including fresh basil and two juicy wedges of lime. The fresh upholstery, beautiful mural, and more contemporary music (EDM influences and one actual Eminem track) were all very welcoming too. Note that service is very typical of a Vietnamese restaurant, so they'll offer you to seat yourself when you get in. Also, when you're done, you'll want to walk up to the register to settle your bill. Drive, don't run, to California to satisfy your pho craving... but if that's too far, then Pho 95 might just be the best you can get in the Vegas valley. read more

This was my first time visiting Pho 95 on Warm Springs, and I was very impressed! From the delicious food and friendly service to the cleanliness of the restaurant, everything was excellent. I ordered the Grilled Beef Bowl with grilled marinated beef, their special house sauce, vermicelli rice noodles, cucumber, carrots, bean sprouts, chopped peanuts and fresh mint. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The hot sauce provided on the table was especially good--deliciously spicy without being too hot! And the portion was very large - enough for a second meal with leftovers. The restaurant has several TVs, and the atmosphere is very inviting and welcoming. I also really appreciated having all the condiments readily available on the table. It's conveniently located near my work, making it a great lunch option. My boyfriend and I are big pho lovers and when we passed this places we knew we had to stop by. It was very clean and fresh inside. They played good music and it was a vibe. We came here for my birthday luncheon with my family and they already seated us to the biggest table as soon as we walk in. The food was really good and authentic due to owner and server speaks Vietnamese and caring to the customer only an authentic Vietnamese will display. My daughter wants strawberry milk tea with popping boba but don't like the taste of seed and the server said they can filter it so it will just be the juice and that made my daughter happy and enjoyable. They also personally put our leftover soup in containers and bag it for us instead of most place that give customer a to go box to bag it themselves. The place was bright inside and welcoming with space. We like the summer roll with grill shrimp and avocado. The soup has lots of flavors along with the thin slice steak and pho noodles. My husband loves their sandwiches. Food may be simple but pack with flavors that you want more. Welcome to Henderson Pho 95 team! I've been waiting for this location to open since seeing the sign posted! I'm so glad we have this restaurant apart of the Henderson community! I got to stop by and check out the location a few short weeks ago needing a good bowl of pho to cure my cold. I liked to think I chose the perfect spot. The pho broth is so damn good. You get more than enough toppings, sauce , and meat for just the right serving. I got the oxtail and brisket and I was pleased. My oxtail could've been a little more tender but still lots of meat. During my visit I got to chat with the owner Ms.Kim who shared her story of becoming a business owner and her prep to ensure this location was open founded on love, family, and quality service. She also reminded me of the grand opening happening the first weekend in March. Kim was so sweet and welcoming and a hardware. She was able to continue helping with the orders/ service while giving me a little of her time. I did take my pho home but it was just as good served hot in restaurant. Now I did return for a second time bringing a friend. I got the pork chop this time! Omg it was so good, juicy, the sauce/ glaze wasn't too sweet and because I gave up rice for a bit the paired veggies went great with my meal. You can always count on this spot to be family driven as the atmosphere is very chill, welcoming and it's not too busy. You can come eat, catch a sports game, and relax. I make it a point to visit this restaurant when I am in Henderson. I usually order pho with shredded chicken, rice noodles and lemongrass broth. no matter how hungry I am. I can never finish it as the portions are quite filling. I have also tried the banh mi made with chicken. It keeps in the fridge (I bought it in the evening for a morning roadtrip to CA)!! Bread did not get soggy or hard. The veggies were still fresh too. I was sad I didn't buy two. The calamari portion is just right too with the perfect sweet and sour dipping sauce. The rings are not heavily battered. Light and crisp. The egg rolls are something to talk about too. They use rice paper instead of the egg/flour type which give the rolls a light crisp. So don't look at it funny and just try it. The veggies accompanying the egg rolls are fresh like everything else: lettuce, noodles, sprouts, shredded carrot, and don't forget the mint. The dipping sauce for the egg rolls compliment the meat perfectly. The right amount of acidity, sweetness, and tang. All in all, its such a great place to visit with two televisions if you want to watch games. The owners and staff are so welcoming and always there to greet you with a smile. So, in the "make your own pho", you choose the broth, the meat and other addl sides. I choose seafood for my meat but, my bad, i didnt ask what kind of seafood. I think its squid balls or fish balls, crab imitations and 3 pcs of small shrimps. They were playing house music just loud enough to be fun but not so loud that you couldn't comfortably hold a conversation. I ordered a Thai tea and a Vietnamese iced coffee to-go. The man who took my order was so fun and kind. The drinks were amazing. The Thai tea is definitely a large at most bubble tea shops. The Vietnamese iced coffee is a small-to-medium but it's very strong and wasn't too sweet. I had it with my breakfast the next morning and it was still amazing. Tried this place for the first time. Had the rare beef pho and pork chop vermicelli. The pho broth is a little lighter than others in town but still very flavorful. The beef quantity is less than competitors though the quality is the same. It is expensive for the price and quantity. The noodles were perfectly chewy. The pork vermicelli was also a little too light in flavor and pork a little too overcooked. The texture of the spring rolls is nice but a little over cooked inside and lacks flavor.
