I came in to order soup to go since my son is sick and we weren't able to dine in. The man at the front was very friendly. He greeted me and helped me quickly. I was offered a seat with a menu to review what I wanted before I placed my order and he then offered me a place to wait for my food to take to go. The place is very nicely organized, clean, with a nice ambiance and it has a nice peaceful vibe. The service is excellent, my food came out no more than 5-10 minutes after I ordered. The soup was thoughtfully packed nicely with seran wrap, and all condiments were nicely included in a separated bags (bean sprouts, basil, lime, noodles, chicken and jalapeños). I can tell this place pays attention to detail. Customer service and quality appears to be a priority. The food was excellent, we got the chicken pho. The meat was tender and the broth was so clear almost like water but with excellent full flavor (something i look for when I go out for pho). We also ordered the chicken BBQ Vietnamese sandwich. The bread was fresh, the meat was tender and flavorful and the veggies included were fresh and neatly cut. Definitely will be coming back and this is my new go to sport for pho. Went there last night with a group of 7 total. We were seated immediately but the wait staff (consisted basically of the owner and a couple of other people) did not get to us until 20-30 minutes later with even water our drink orders. We waited patiently but received empty promises when we made it known that we had not been waited upon. More aggressive people probably would have left the eatery by then. But we waited. Finally they got to us. A note is that for a small to medium sized eatery they were quite full of patrons. But no excuses. The food ordered took quite a while to be brought to us. It doesn't take long for pho to be prepared. Appetizers were ordered and the spring rolls were good. Couple of people ordered egg rolls and in my opinion they were over cooked. I got the Pho Arlington and the noodles were good. The broth was ok and not overly salty. It came with 2 bones of short ribs but not as much of the sliced beef. For $24.99 I expected a little more of the sliced beef even with the short ribs. The pork chop with rice was reported as good. The sizzle cake was very good. Another aspect of our visit was the several members of our party noticed that a worker took several glasses from another table that had left. She took the glasses to a small wash sink and just emptied the glasses, rinse them without cleaning them and refilled them with ice and water and bright them out to our table. Gross! No wash nor sanitizing. Mashed one think what other short cuts do they take? E did not that they have a 93/100 health rating. Overall experience was not great and close to terrible. The food gets an extra star. May try this place again to give them a second chance to make it right since a close friend highly recommended it. To give the management some credit for the situation, they did comp some of the food. read more

Our 1st visit was 3/8/25- We placed a togo order. We were greeted by a bubbly young lady who took our order. I got the B3-Grilled Chicken lemongrass sandwich. It's a no. The bread was so thick which could have been fine but there was barely any filling in the sandwich. And there wasn't much seasoning to it. I've had these type of sandwiches before that were great at other places so this one missed the mark. Daughter got Pho Chicken she said it was very flavorful. We also got a coffee flan. It had no taste at all. We didn't even finish it. For those three things including a tip we spent $35.94-the Pho was a bit pricey compared to other places but at least it was good. The two stars? On 4/6/25 we dropped in a little after three. We were not greeted. We came on it placed our jackets down went & washed our hands. I finally asked the young man how did we need to order. He gave us napkins & spoons & left. Didn't say he would be back or someone else. We waited & waited. The owner came in there was only one other group in there besides us-four ladies he walked by us, didn't speak, but he chatted with them for several minutes. Ask them how they were etc..Then he goes to a table on the other side of us & straightens it up, then he walks by us again so three times you walk by, you see we have no drinks you see we are just wanting & nothing? And the young man was behind the counter stacking cups so my daughter said let's give them a few more minutes. I did. We ended up walking out. That's when the manager came outside behind us. Why? At this point you have messed up. There was no reason that in an empty restaurant we should have been treated like that. He wasn't doing anything he could have started our order but you don't come to action till we walk out? It's been amazing watching all the new franchises come to Arlington-for the most part they will do ok. But we enjoy the mom & pop shops, the "non-franchises" but we cannot support things like this. Going out to eat is a treat, especially during these times. Small businesses want our support but it's the small things they always forget about, being polite to EVERYONE not just a select few, having good food & service...anyway I know this was long if you read all this. They have a very good pho and boba selections. Their taro smoothie is delicious. Good service and not loud at all. Great place for a small get together with girlfriends. Glad they finally got pho and boba in Arlington. Will definitely be back again. read more

Amazing food and customer service! We got pho and bánh mi and the meat was so right. I love it and in my opinion it's better than a lot of Memphis spots. The ambiance was so pretty as well. Ordered for the first time an it was absolutely delicious fresh tasting food. Only wish I dined in which I will do next time. Had the wonton soup which was very flavorful unlike the local Chinese restaurant which is water on wontons. For my entree I had the Pho Arlington and again delicious and big portion imo. I cannot speak highly enough of this new establishment. According to the manager, they have had a soft opening but will have a grand opening soon. My co-workers and I joined for lunch and were blown away by the food. I ordered the chicken wonton soup and chicken egg rolls, and they were both truly the best I've ever had. My coworkers said everything they ordered was phenomenal as well. The staff were all so friendly, and the ambiance was really nice, clean, and inviting as well. We will be going back! read more
