I pulled up today and they had so much to choose from from the drinks to the food. This time I got the chance to try the Fruity Nation smoothie with the grilled salmon wrap! Listen ...... Food was fresh... Portions were huge... Seasonings were "is that my mama in the kitchen" flavorful Service impeccable (with several beautiful smiles)... Facility nice and clean... Wow! The vibe of the establishment and the food are both equally great! As I was walking in, the young lady taking the orders in the front was so nice and polite. She had really good energy and went over and beyond to help me figure out what I wanted to eat. The grilled chicken wrap is so good and has a good balance of vegetables and meat. The wrap was also moist. I only wish I could have had a signature dipping sauce for extra sauce. Also, I wish the ends we're tucked in so the meat and veggies wouldn't fall out the back. The juice was BOMB. I've never had gold juice like that before. I got a small but next time I'm getting a large. Also, the detailed branding is so clever! read more

Found this business on Yelp and drove 35 min to get to the business while visiting the city. The ratings of 4 stars had me sold! Arrived a few minutes prior to closing, with all employees (5-6 people) lined up ready to leave - the open sign was illuminated and the door still open for customers. This restaurant was the BAMM(Bust a Move Monday) for my church THE NEW OLIVET WORSHIP CENTER! The food was delicious,hot and served with a smile. I decided to try this place out after hearing daily radio ads and reading reviews. I imagined this place to have a health bar type feel to it but, it's more like a small town snack bar location. Although there were only 3 employees there, each of them were very nice. I ordered a Honey Love smoothie and a Cajun Turkey Melt. Now, I imagined the Honey Love smoothie to taste sweet, refreshing and filling. It was anything but. It looked very unappealing ( closest thing I can think of is vomit) but it didn't taste bad at all more of a tartness to it. However, I drank it before I got to the light so for me, it wasn't worth the money. The Cajun Turkey Melt I would definitely recommend and would absolutely buy again ( I told anybody that would listen, about how good it was) . It was really good and they aren't stingy with the meat! I was full after a little more than half the sandwich. All in all, I paid $15 plus tip so around $18 and change ( $8 for the sandwich and $6.50 for the smoothie, I believe). It's too expensive, for me, to eat there daily but if I do return for a smoothie I would opt for one with fruit only. I will certainly return again for Cajun Turkey Melt. read more

The grilled chicken wrap was good and so was the tea. (It's wasn't black sweetened tea so if that's what u expect don't order it.) My overall experience was ok. I was optimistic about this place because Juices/Smoothies/Clean Eating is a very unsaturated market in Memphis. The staff was friendly to me and my friend, and the smoothies tasted average, but those are the only positives that came out of this experience. They were out of one of the ingredients in the smoothie that I had ordered and wouldn't allow for substitutes. We were the only customers for approximately 10-15 minutes when two more customers ordered. They received their smoothies within 15 minutes upon ordering (yet we were still waiting to receive our smoothies). We continue to wait AN ADDITIONAL 20 minutes to receive a tiny smoothie which I had paid $11.47 for (before tip). At no point did anyone warn us it would take more than 45 minutes to receive SMOOTHIES or apologize after the fact. At multiple points, we watched the two employees dancing in the back through the window. The owner was apologetic when approached but offered no type of refund (aside from mentioning our poor experience during a return visit). I will not be returning and now I'm late for work. I came here hoping to get a healthy meal. The menu is very limited. I wanted lunch (a smoothie wouldn't hold me over until dinner). I opted for the turkey sandwich. It's a hot sandwich but it was LOADED with mayo. It was also $9, was on regular sandwich bread (not even the size of a 6" sub) and didn't come with a side (I had to purchase chips). I've tried this restaurant about 3 times so far. & the staff was pretty friendly including the owner. I was especially happy to support a woman & black business owner. Although I like small menus it would be nice to have a few more options to choose from. At my first visit I ordered a small juice rhythm & beets & it was very warm. this was in mid summer & it was horrible maybe I just didn't like the flavor of that particular juice option I chose. Out of the small amount of options of around 3 juices to choose from they were out of all the ingredients to make the more fruity ones like tropical sensation that I actually preferred to try. I was expecting the juice to be cold not warm. I also order the Cajun turkey melt which was $6.50 at the time & found out on a visit a few months later that the price had gone up to $7.50 or $8. Wow! The sandwich is really good but it's small & doesn't come with a side of fruit or baked chips, drink or anything just a small sandwich. That's a little pricey to pay $6.50- $8+ tax for only one sandwich I think. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience. I was hoping to become a return customer but more likely not.
