It was a quiet restaurant. The food was ready quickly. And it was the best Pho I've had in a long time.

Steady flow of ppl grabbing to go orders. Initial impressions is a clean welcoming facility with a Great score on the door. The seating was bench and table, not too busy early afternoon to sit where we wanted. Ordered Pho (Combo & Brisket), Banh Mi Chicken and a Bubble Peach Tea. The food took longer than a typical Pho restaurant takes. The boba tea came out right away. The drink was grainy, which leads me to assume they use the powdered mixture. The Tapioca balls were mushy. Not recommended as this drink gets a 2. The Banh Mi was good 3.5, meat was not dry and plenty of fillings. The negative was the mayo, a little too much as it overpowered the taste. I needed to add sauces to counter. The Pho bowls were excellent 5, the regular was still a lot. They need to add a smaller bowl. There was a lot of meat, more than normal. The broth was not greasy. The side toppings were fresh and not wilted. Highly recommend trying this place out. We happen to drive by and the colorful windows caught our attention. We only ate Vietnamese dishes, but they have other items fried rice to tenders to satisfy any party. Next time I come out, I will try their noodle bowls. read more

I visit this restaurant at least weekly. They have the best pho in town and their noodle bowls are wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

First the food is amazing and the service friendly. I had Spring Roll and Banh Mi, neither very neat to eat. I would have appreciated a proper plate for my Banh Mi and I'm sure whoever had to sweep up my mess would have as well. I hate to even take a star away but it was a huge mess. I had a horrible cold last week I needed some hot soup and this place did not disappoint. We got it to-go and I couldn't believe the amount of food, and the amount of meat in the pho! I got the pho with picking my own two items and I chose rare beef, and brisket. It was delicious!!! the price was typical but it made two meals for myself! Hot pho on a cold PNW day really hits the spot. I've been wanting to eat at Pho and More for a while, but they are closed on Saturday which is when I typically reserve my "eating out" day for. I made an exception on a rainy day so I could warm up with delicious pho. I ordered the P8 combo pho, my favorite. The regular size is always large enough for me and is reasonably priced. The broth and meat quality were great, the vegetables and sprouts were fresh. My pho came with a lot of noodles, but perfect amount of meat to noodle ratio. Just about each bite had noodle and meat. The broth was steaming from the bowl, hot just how I was hoping. Our waitress was friendly and quick to take our order, however, we didn't get offered any drink refills. But to be fair, I think she was the only waitress. The food came out quickly after we ordered. The table had the standard hoisin and sriracha sauces, but I had hoped for some of that crunchy chili stuff I've had at other places. It gives a different kind of heat to the pho than sriracha. There is plenty of seating inside, and the tables are spaced out nicely where it feels quiet amongst your own group even if there are lots of other people dining inside. I'm ready for autumn and chilly weather, so I'm looking forward to making this my new local pho spot this season! read more

Pho & More is hands-down the best pho spot in Gig Harbor. Sure, there might be some better options across the Narrows Bridge, but since I live in gig and would rather not pay the toll for every pho craving, this is the place. It's my go-to whenever I'm feeling under the weather or just need to satisfy a serious pho craving. The broth is flavorful and comforting and it always hits the spot. I have to say, I drove all the way here 25 minutes away, and even paid a toll for crossing the bridge, just because of positive reviews, especially the one comparing one of the most famous places in Seattle and that apparently they're vegan pho is better here than over there. This is another lesson that I learned not to trust reviews fully. The pho was at best 3/5 stars, and i have had so many vegan and non vegan pho's in the last 10 years. I also ordered their shrimp fried rice and WOW, what an absolute disaster! I'll include pictures of how much oil that dish had ! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN A DISH BEING SOAKED IN OIL OF THIS MAGNITUDE!!! The flavor was horrid, I couldn't finish it. Tasted like river and old oil. Never again. Service was super flat, less than average like a robot transaction but QUICKER. I wasted $40 plus $5 toll and gas for roundtrip 50 minutes away drive. Be aware Update 11/20/24 - Responding to the owners comment making a statement that my review on yelp is a clone from Google. Yes it's my review on Google under a different social handle. Also upon picking up the food u didn't even make eye contact , nor did you greet me, just went behind a screen and said "picking up ?" . Wow what a fabulous local find! I had to come out to the farm store down the road and needed a quick and hot meal. Pulling up, it didn't look like much yet the parking lot was packed. It's 5:30 PM on a Sunday night and they are hopping! Well deserved too! Food was fabulous. I had to wait a little bit for service yet honestly not enough to worry about. It's just enough of a delay that I noticed it. yet I can't get upset at the one guy working the whole place for sit down service, walk ins and to go orders. So so sooo good! The service was good, the vegan pho broth was sooo flavorful! The tofu and egg Bahn mi were big, hot, and steamy on crusty French bread. Huge portions! Cozy ambiance. I tried my sisters mango boba slush and I wasn't the biggest fan of it, but it wasn't terrible! I love this place! I'm not from here and there are so many pho places around here, and this is the only one I've tried and I kinda only wanna go to this one. The Banh MI sandwich was off the charts great! I got the combo pork and chicken with extra veggies S4 on the menu. Super delicious, hard roll was perfect the meat tender but with a nice crisp crunch on the outside and the veggies pickled perfectly, with fresh cilantro, cucumber and jalapeno peppers. Warm, Welcoming, and Generously Filling. Pho & More is a wonderful local restaurant that specializes in Vietnamese comfort food. From bánh mì sandwiches to pho, Vietnamese noodle bowls (Bún), rice plates and more, this restaurant offers everything you expect from a Vietnamese restaurant. They also have some American food items like french fries and chicken tenders in case there's someone in your party who might not like the other menu options (perfect for children). I ordered a combo bánh mì sandwich which included both pork and chicken. Absolutely no complaints with my order. The meat was juicy, it had a good char, there was a perfect amount of mayo spread, good portion of fresh toppings and the baguette was perfectly toasted. The service workers were also very kind and friendly. I was quickly greeted when I entered and had the flexibility to choose my seating. The lady who served me made sure to check in with me through out the time I was there. All this made me feel very welcomed. There is plenty of seating and your food comes out fairly quick even when there's a lot of people dining in. I was also able to do some work on my laptop and read my book while I was here. Pho & More is a beautiful casual restaurant that feels like home. I highly recommend you swing by if you're looking for a quick bite or a laid-back place to dine with friends or family. read more

Vegan pho was very flavorful and had a lot of veggies, I would definitely recommend it. Also, the Taro bobas were shockingly good! I expect the boba drinks I get from restaurants to be mediocre compared to Boba drink stores. Prices have become insanely high. I get that the world is expensive but the fried rice has gone up 8 dollars since I began coming here. This is justifiable but not alongside a drastic drop in quality. Since I couldn't justify 20 dollars for a fried rice, I got the pork bahn mi. I got their pork bahn mi, and the pork has perfect charred flavors that didn't taste like over burnt meat. The bread was a little squished, but I appreciate how it had nice textured nonetheless. I also really liked how the cilantro was chopped up than have strings of cilantro with the stem. I always found that difficult to bite and eat, and they way this was prepared was easier to eat. read more

Hands down the best Pho in gig harbor....not that there's a lot of competition around here. That being said, it's yummy. Well flavored and served with lots of fresh veggies. The regular serving is huge so I'd imagine the large comes in a trough....I don't know who could eat that much! I've never been able to fully finish the regular so it's a good value as well. The spring rolls are good. Sometimes the wrapping is a little chewy but that's not uncommon. The lean it sauce it's served with is a bit to thick for my taste but I like that they give you one little serving per person so if you want to add something you don't have to affect everyone's sauce. The service can be slow at times but their always super nice and the place is clean for a pho joint. I'd like it if they served alcohol and let you pay from the table but that would really be my biggest complaint....I think it would push it over the edge to be one of my favorite places in gh jf they changed those two things. We wanted Pho and pulled up Yelp. This place is unassuming because of it's location across the street from a large commercial development. It's in a strip mall next to a QFC, Petsmar andt uh a bunch of other big box stores. The food was actually insane. The chicken fried rice is probably the best chicken fried rice I have ever had. The gyoza were good, and so was the Pho--but that chicken fried rice is literally insane. If you come here and don't know what to order, get the chicken fried rice. If you don't like it, send your leftovers to me, and get the hell off of Yelp, you dork. read more

I have the hardest time finding good vegan pho, but this spot blew me away with the most decadent, umami-filled veggie broth! You can tell they put a lot of love and care into their broth. My husband got the pork bahn mi and he said it was even better than the one at Un Bien in Seattle--and if you know about Un Bien, you know what a statement this! Customer service was top tier here. They have the friendliest staff! Parents were visiting from Hawaii and wanted pho around the area. I also didn't appreciate them as much until recently when they were closed for a holiday (well deserved) but I needed pho and had to go to another local place that was AWFUL (sorry, Lele's!). Came in a party of 4. Staff and server was very nice. The pho was good. The vermicelli (bun) bowls are small and we received bland, wrinkled, brown lettuce. We had a shrimp bowl and it came with 6 tiny little previously frozen shrimp that were chewy. Quite let down. Revisited. I'm now a regular!! Tried the Pho this time. OH MY GAWSH.... the broth had so much flavor and was delightfully not salty like at many other restaurants. Had Lychee Bubble Tea with coconut chips and I was instantly "on vacation in a tropical oasis." Just what I needed during these restricted times. Also ordered steamed dumplings which are now my favorite, chicken bahn mi which is another favorite, and some fresh rolls with their delicious peanut sauce. Service was over-the-top. No matter how much time you call in advance, they never seem to find the order. It's always late and the food is mediocre, at best. I tried to give them a second chance during a slow time and they lost the order again. It's a shame since there are already such few options for pho in this city To the reply made: Unfortunately, it was not yesterday. Additionally, it wasn't a one-off occurrence.
