Vermicelli Salad Bowl ( already mixed and dove into!)
    Denise C.

Vermicelli bowl pork - the meat was perfectly seasons juicy and tender! The salad part was fresh and delicious! Not spicy but full of flavor just as I like it! Saigon rolls - delicious! Loved this take on spring rolls with the meat perfect! Vietnamese pancake - my friend ordered this and said it was Perfect eggy and crisp pancake combo and spot on for what you would want! Service was fast and friendly absolutely will be back to try the rest of the menu! (Food was smelling amazing and we were starving forgot to get pics before we dived in!)

Some of the best pho I've ever had! The panang curry was also delicious! Would definitely come back.

We came in for dinner and it was a very nice and clean space! The bar area is very well stocked and there were plenty of tables but the music can be really loud and not necessarily match the vibe. The service was great and very nice and the food came out quick and fresh. We got the short rib pho, wagyu pho and butter garlic chicken wings. It was reasonably priced and the food was really good! One of my short ribs was a lot more tender than the other and broth was not too salty and the chicken was very well seasoned and fried. We'll definitely be back to try other items on the menu!

This place was sooo good!!! I was looking for a good pho place my whole trip here and this place was the first one that was open and almost 4.5 stars. Peach Iced tea 10/10. We originally were going to order their strawberry lemonade, but they were out. We're so glad we got to try this instead!!! Calamari: 10/10. We ordered this twice. Perfect flavor. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Not chewy. Literally perfection. Pho Soup: 10/10. The taste was delicious (I've tried soooo many pho restaurants!) and NOT oily! Perfectttt pho, seriously. I also love that the chili oil is ready at the table so you don't have to request it :) [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, the vibes were amazing and the service was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd definitely recommend this place and if we're ever back in Seattle, we're stopping by here!

Great spot for Pho and Vietnamese food! They also serve a variety of curries but overall the traditional dishes you would find in a Vietnamese restaurant. We got the fresh spring rolls which has a yummy fried spring roll wrapper in the middle so crispy without being crispy in the outside. The inside had pork and shrimp! Also, had pork chops and rice and lemongrass beef with pho broth on the side as well as a Thai ice tea, which they offer. Delicious! The servers were fantastic and attentive. I like that they actually have a nice bar in case you want a drink. The actual murals and photos- art work is very nice and menus are well laid out and so professional. Great place to go!

A great go-to pho spot in Tacoma! Cute interior, beautifully decorated! Very spacious with a bar area. Their online order is speedy & if I'm dining in, the wait is never long to be seated. I often come for their happy hour menu items! I love the portions and the variety of items I get from the menu. Pho is decent here, it would hit the spot if I really needed some pho! They have other menu items as well, I enjoy their rice dishes & chicken wings. .

First time here and WOW -- Pho Saigon House absolutely impressed us! We were greeted right away by some of the kindest staff, and the ambience is way more modern and stylish than your typical Tacoma pho spot. Super clean, cool vibe, and a menu that goes on forever -- Vietnamese classics, Thai curries, pho, chicken teriyaki, even tiramisu. This place has something for everyone at the table. My husband ordered the short rib pho and I swear the bones were sticking 4 inches out of the bowl like something straight out of The Flintstones -- total caveman envy moment. I got the Tom Kha soup and it arrived in a stone pot still bubbling like a cozy little volcano. Highly recommend pairing it with a bowl of white rice and mixing it right in... the ultimate fall comfort food situation. We barely scratched the surface of the menu and already can't wait to come back. Five stars -- easy. Tacoma needed a spot like this!

The restaurant is in a plaza so there is plenty of parking. Inside, there is restaurant seating and also a bar area. Service, in general, was great. There were a couple mix ups with a wrong drink and appetizer being brought to us but they were quickly remedied. I had the Smokey Saigon Drop. It came with a salt rim and it was quite a delicious cocktail. For an appetizer, I had the spring roll. I enjoyed having the crisp egg roll skin in the middle. It's quite rare to find a place that does spring rolls like that. For the entree, I ordered the pineapple fried rice. This was my first time trying it and it was quite flavorful. I enjoyed my meal. When ordering an entree, the menu is priced differently than other restaurants I've been to. The price you see is the base price and then depending on which protein you want there's an additional charge.

    Vermicelli Salad Bowl

The vermicelli bowl was AMAZING I ordered mine with chicken, and I'm glad I did. The flavor was perfect with great texture. I also ordered the spring rolls, those were just okay, the peanut sauce was thick and gloopy so I would not recommend that. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was beautiful and clean[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and the service was just fine.

My wife and I wanted to try something outside of Puyallup so we decided on Pho Saigon House. I had a feeling it was going to be good but I didn't know how good it was actually going to be. We'll definitely be back! I got the Special woven vermicelli noodles and she got the steak & brisket pho. Both of our meals had SO MUCH flavor. Everyone working there was super nice and attentive. Even gave us some recommendations on boba since we mentioned grabbing some after we left. 10/10 for this restaurant!

The bar is beautiful, the servers and the location inside and out are amazing . Happy Hour is from 4 to 6 and they have the BEST PHO

Smalls good in here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor and atmosphere are amazing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The pho is 10 out of 10. The chicken wings are light and crispy. The staff are nice

Chicken Pho & Steak and Tripe Pho

Amazing service & food. Servers are very attentive. The items in the picture are 'The Special' & 'Chicken Pho'.

Upon entering I noticed how clean and friendly the place is. The hostess let me decide where I wanted to sit which was kind of nice because honestly, I wanted to sit over by the bar. The bar area felt very inviting, and I just loved the colorful tile. The menu has a nice range of options. I figured since I was sitting at the bar that I should order a drink. After contemplating my 'on draft' options with the waitress I settled on the Sky Kraken, Hazy Pale Ale which I was surprised to find out complimented my pho. I ordered the steak and brisket pho. It is my go-to order type of pho. I'm not a huge fan of the beef balls, tripe, or tendon (it's a texture thing). The broth had a more fragment smell of clove (which at  first made me nervous) and a slightly sweeter broth which I liked. The meat was sliced thicker than I prefer and was a tougher cut. The brisket was very good. But my biggest complaint is that there was NOT ENOUGH meat especially since I ordered the larger size. On a better note the noodles and herbs were perfectly portioned. I would definitely come back for another bowl but I hope there's more meat next time.

The atmosphere is warm and lively, the location is perfect, and the entire staff made the experience feel elevated without being pretentious. We had a 5:15 dinner reservation and the restaurant was already packed, which honestly says a lot. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about both the wine list and menu, and every recommendation felt thoughtfully curated. The food was phenomenal. We have the chef special which was a chicken skin dish and the short rib pasta with the added burrata; flavorful, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. Definitely one of those places that feels just as good for a casual night out as it does for celebrating something special. Happy hour menu now is pretty bleak. My negroni was excellent but the old-fashioned flavor was off and seemed watered down. The bacon wrapped dates had only two dates on a stick for $6! Wish they would at least write quantity (2) on the menu if not give 3-4 as a tapa. They were out of bread buns for the HH burger even though it was 4:30pm and so we got the regular menu potato croquettes instead. They were ok but essentially just 4 giant tater tots for $14. I miss the pickled veggies with pimiento cheese and bread! And their happy hour with pasta used to be the bomb.

If I hate to scan a QR code for a menu and there aren't even pictures, what's the point? I don't need a fancy menu, but a printed menu is nicer. We got the Skillet Smashed Fingerlings/potatoes appetizer to start, very delicious! My dinner companion got the Classic Smash Burger. She said the burger was great, and she knew there were going to be caramelized onions, but there was a lot packed in the middle of the patty. The novelty wore off quickly. She still said it was good overall. I ordered the Scarlet Rosemary (chicken and homemade pasta), and it was really good. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce was fantastic, but the only problem was; there wasn't enough of it (sauce) and when the dish cooled as we ate, you couldn't taste the sauce much. About 7-10 minutes after getting our food, my friend took a bite of my pasta and said "I don't taste any flavor at all" and I realized I was mostly tasting the chicken at this point and I was sliding the pasta in the very small bit of sauce on the plate. I would suggest don't be stingy with the sauce because it was great. Otherwise the food was wonderful and we'll plan on going back.
