Cute phở place not too far from Uptown Charlotte. Service was great! We were greeted as soon as we walked in by a nice young man, Jimmy. He was the only staffer running the front for majority of our time there. We ordered a Bun Bo Hue to test it out, after seeing some good reviews on it. Jimmy was professional, courteous, and not at all pushy when we ordered only one item. We appreciated that, as we were wanting to try different restaurants in town during our short time in Charlotte. The BBH tasted more like Phở, but the service made up for it. Jimmy was attentive, diligent, and hard working. We recorded this eatery for the quick, professional service. Food was decent, as well.
My pho was good, loaded with noodles and toppings. The Banh Mi was lowkey dry, but if you slap some hoisin sauce on there it is good. Service was really quick on a Tuesday night. No booths, only hard chairs but overall a cute lil cozy vibe.
Pho like you need it! This is such a great spot for your non fancy delicious pho! Full of everything you need to make you feel better. The pho broth is so tasty the place is nice and clean and the service is good! We will be visiting again!
This food was fire! Hit the spot , a must try while in charlotte! Staff was okay, cute inside also small tables for outside seating!
F6 Fried Rice (4/5): Very solid fried rice. I particularly enjoyed the Vietnamese sweet sausage. The portion size was also very large which was nice. S1 Fried Spring Roll (4/5): Nice and crispy outside, but the chicken and shrimp filling was just ok. The house sauce was a sweet chili type sauce that was thinner and milder than I'm used to. RATING SYSTEM 5 - Great (Need to get this again) 4 - Good (Would get this again) 3 - Ok (Might give this another shot) 2 - Not Good (Won't get this again) 1 - Bad (Telling people to avoid this)
Good quality of Vietnamese food. Everything is fresh, Good service. Reasonable price and extensive menu. Portion is decent as well. Meat is tender and flavorful. Spring roll is fresh and shrimp has good meaty texture. Parking can be a problem if you don't live nearby because NoDa has very limited parking
Unfortunately this place was a slight miss, and that might be because of diner-error(possibly ordered the wrong dishes). Regardless, I will try this place again. Overall, the spring rolls were the best, and that might've been because the peanut sauce carried them to the finish line. The staff was great. Attentive and very friendly. Some of the dishes lacked some flavor (again, see diner-error). Pho had plenty of broth but I would have loved a little more meat, veg and overall taste. The menu is decent sized with decent prices across the board. I think this place is worth checking out if in the area, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to hit it. I'll give it another shot and order something a little more spicy next time.
So I will say that I think the lemongrass grilled pork vermicelli bowl and the fried quail are my favorite dishes here and both deserve 4 or 5 stars. Overall though, service, ambiance, and the rest of the food I've tried there is quite lacking. I've delegated this as a place to just get those two items from and I definitely make sure to get it to-go. I really like the lemongrass grilled pork vermicelli bowl and think it's their best dish. The pork is always well cooked, they are generous with the amount of vermicelli you get in the bowl, and the sauce that comes with it is very yummy (most people pour it over the bowl, but I personally love dipping the chicken in it so the flavor doesn't overwhelm the whole bowl. I also really enjoy the fried quail, which is very tasty - idk when they started putting onions in there, but I just ignore those now. Just dip the fried quail in the salt and pepper mix and it's delicious. I do not recommend getting the banh mi, as the bread isn't great and they overfill it with veggies - barely any meat. I also don't recommend the garlic spicy crispy tofu as the tofu is never crispy enough. The egg rolls are okay, but would be better if they were thinner and crispier, so I usually don't get those anymore. I've been here a lot of the years, and service is consistently not great. They get irritated with you if you ask for anything extra, and they ignore you most of the time you're sitting there for your meal. So, I only recommend going here for a to-go order. Tip for to-go orders though, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS call in or online order ahead, as those orders are prioritized. Every time I've tried to walk in and get a to-go order, they always say it'll be a twenty minute wait (which I'm fine with), but every time it's been closer to 50 minutes wait. Luckily there is a bar called the Hobbyist in this same complex, so it's easy to wait there with a drink or two. In summary, get the lemongrass pork vermicelli bowl and fried quail TO-GO when coming here!

As someone who is not a usual Pho eater, the waitress was super patient with my questions and provided some great recommendations. I also had the fresh spring rolls and peanut cause (did not disappoint!). The Pho was delicious and the portions were great. Had enough for a take home after eating so much. They even helped us package it up because as my Fiancé said "I'm a big kid". We were struggling to not make a mess . 10/10 will be going here again.
Another Friday lunch with my guy. Today was Pho at NoDA. This place is small but very quaint. For appetizers we had the Cha Gio Fried spring rolls (not pictured) and Goi Cuon fresh spring roll. We both got the Pho Filet. All of the food was delicious and the presentation was all of that! They also serve beer, wine and sake. The service was good and our waitress was very informative.( I didn't get her name). I definitely want to go back at night to check out the vibe. I say go if you love Vietnamese food or if you just want to try something different then you will love it here.

Absolutely love this place, their pho is full of flavor and love the indoor and outdoor seating options. The only con I have had for their food is if you get it Togo they will only provide 1 packet of sauce which is no where near enough for me. The wings were so crispy and yummy we got the sweet and sour sauce. I loved my noodle dish with tofu. read more

Meh. Came on a Wed night and had no problem with getting seated (parking is in the rear of the bldg). They have some local draft beer options which were good options. My bride ordered the R4 COM GA NUONG ($12) and was disappointed in the quality of the chicken. I went with F2 GA XAO XA OT ($14) and the portion was fine....but the flavor was missing. It was spicy....but without the taste. Not sure what they used for spices but it missed the mark. Service was good when were seated....but had to chase him down to pay the bill as he was occupied with his phone. read more

My daughter and I love Pho and always try to go somewhere new. We had the spring rolls and the Pho with brisket and flank steak. The spring rolls were cooked perfectly. We had both the shrimp and chicken as well as the vegetable. The Pho broth was extremely flavorful , meat was tender and delicious. Staff was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed it and will be back. read more

After a late night out, "Pho at Noda" hit the spot. I love the vibe and everything about this spot on the corner. To be honest, parking may be a bit challenging but the Pho is worth it. The broth is a great combination of beefy meets Pho spice. The portion is just right in my opinion, not too much or too little of anything. The service is top notch and they are constantly filling your water and asking if you need anything. I love to support Pho restaurants such as this one. This place is easily the TOP 3 Pho spots in Charlotte. I can't wait to try other items on the menu! read more
One of my favorite spots to hit up in the NoDa district. Very good Viet spot for noodles. This Bún bò Huế is probably one of the best I've had from restaurants around NC. Very flavorful broth with enough spice (can always add more to your liking) and prominent lemongrass notes. The BBH has your usual suspects of beef, pork, and cha lua (lots of meat!), but doesn't have your congealed blood. I've eaten here a few times before and it's always hits the mark whether you are craving BBH, pho, or bbq pork dish. The service has always been great and not that long of a wait for your food. Was so excited to try this place. Lemongrass Pork Vermicelli bowl was absolutely terrible. raw bbq pork, slimy rice noodles, mushy vege spring roll. The summer roll was terrible. No mint, no seasonings, and terrible fish sauce. Hopefully, the Pho is good! Good Luck! read more
Yummy in my tummy! Second date vibes & we went here. Cute little spot in NoDa. Yes, they have inside & outside seating & thankfully, on a Monday at around 3 PM, they weren't crowded. Seeing as that COVID is still a thing & trying to be careful, thankfully we got a table in the middle of the restaurant. The young lady that seated us took care of everything! She served as hostess, beverage/food taker, & rung us up at the end of our meal. I got the P5 - Pho with beef meatballs. It was DELICIOUS! The temperature was perfect, the add-ins were fresh, the meatballs were tasty, & the broth was yummy. The noodles were great, too. Happy with the price, too! $11 for a HUGE bowl. Parking is not kind to you, so beware. The menu is plentiful with choices. read more

It's officially Pho season. Pho @ NoDa isn't a flashy restaurant, but provides some delicious Vietnamese food. This is my go to spot for when I'm craving Pho. The spring rolls are a light & filling with a ton of flavor. The Pho is cooked to perfection and is served quickly. The service has always been great. The ambiance isn't anything flashy, but it doesn't need to be when you serve up consistently great food. I'm a big fan of Pho @ NoDa. read more

Poked my head in here after a nice long walk around the neighborhood had left me hungry. I saw the sign said Pho and immediately knew what I wanted. The place is small with seating both inside and out. After selecting a table for myself I was created and handed a menu but by then I already knew what I wanted. I ordered the P1 which comes with several meats including sliced brisket and meatballs. The broth was hearty and I was more than pleased with the amount of meats. It's been a while since I've had pho this delicious. Once finished simply take your receipt to the front to pay before leaving. It was good for a nice quick meal and seems like a great place to get takeout as well which I saw several people come in for. I for sure will be back again and look forward to exploring their menu a bit. read more

Exploring NODA lead us to lunch at Pho NODA. When we arrived there was only one customer inside. Business seemed slow the whole time we were there with just a few more customers. The menu is very authentic. I was most excited for the Pho NODA Tam Vi. It is the closest thing I've found in NC that compares to the 7 courses of beef dish I've had in Cali but I didn't order it bc that's a lot of food and I know I couldn't eat all of that for lunch. We ordered the Bun Thit Nuong and the Pho Chin Nam. The Bun Thit Nuong was refreshing. All of the flavors combined well with their prepared fish sauce. The prepared fish sauce wasn't too fishy either. The Pho broth was rich and the toppings were fresh. I would definitely recommend their broth. After devouring the spring roll in my Bun Thit Nuong we decided to order an appetizer of the spring rolls. They were crispy and light. You get 3 spring rolls per order. Pho NODA is on the top new 40 restaurants in Charlotte for Yelp and I can see why. They are serving some delicious authentic Vietnamese food and I will definitely be back to try some other items. I've yet to try the Pho but I've been a few times for takeout and the noodle dishes that I've tried have all been very good. I recently had the stir-fried scallop, shrimp, crab, calamari, baby boychoy, mushrooms, onions and noodles with a fresh spring roll. I've also tried the vermicelli with sugarcane shrimp which was also very good. Looking forward to returning to try a few more items. They have street parking and also behind the building is a small lot. read more

So we've been here for 30 min and it took them a long time to bring our food because of a large order. My party of 6 waited patiently. But we were presently happy to have our server who was came and responded to our needs immediately. Donnie gave us great service with him being the only runner and server in the restaurant I understand he did his best to give us quality service. read more
Not pictured are the Shrimp Spring rolls with Peanut sauce but holy moly was this meal pho-King GOOD! Excuse my language, but it needed to be said! Haha Having actually been able to travel to Vietnam and have homemade Pho, I had a lot of standards going to this place. It had exceeded my expectations and was a very, VERY close second to the real thing! We added a little chili sauce to spice it up for our liking but the original was delicious! I recommend adding in all the fix-ins they bring you on the side. The lime, mint, jalapeño, and bean sprouts are amazing add ins and really burst in flavor. Portions are large so luckily I was able to take it home to enjoy it for lunch the next day, I was one happy camper! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in decision making on which to choose and the chef obviously knows what he's doing Thank you Pho @ NoDa! We will be back! read more
