Overall, their services is outstanding. They are very friendly and welcoming. Their quality of their food is really good, especially their Pho broth. Overall, I highly recommend coming to this place.

I am so lucky. I now have a soup kitchen close to my house, but they also have excellent food. It is a brand new business. It may take a minute to work out all the kinks, but their food receives no complaints from the diner. It is a comfortable environment. I love the paintings on the wall. They are set up for Karaoke. It looks like they would have a lot of fun. You'll have to check with them as to when this singing commences. Give Pho Bamboo a chance. If you like Vietnamese cuisine, then you'll have come to the right place. I think I'll try their Cornish Game Hen next.

Good food and great service! Welcoming pleasant waitress had me sat & order taken quickly. Pho arrived very shortly afterwards. I'll be returning

I was going to give it 5 stars because of the staff and taste. The food was delicious. Before leaving I ordered a Thai tea and the cup they put it in kept leaking around the lid, even after I drank half of it. The orange tea would just get all over my hands and I wanted to go shopping. I ended up throwing it away because I couldn't keep wiping my hands clean. Lastly I visited the bathroom and there were no paper towels at all and I had to dry my hands with toilet paper. Suggestion: get a cup sealer so that drinks don't leak and we can puncture the top with a straw. You know what Boba tea cups are.

Pho Bamboo 10/10. I'd recommend getting extra meatball as theirs is yummy and juicy. If you enjoy Thai tea this is good place to get it, also note they have tapioca which is a first for me in this area. (As a restaurant not a Boba shop) that's a double bonus for the customers. Great decor, clean, and family friendly. Highly recommend!!

    Shrimp was not deveined

Looked this place up saw the good reviews and decided to give them a shot. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls , took a bite and notice the shrimp was not deveined. Asked the server if they could make me another one since the shrimp was not deveined and she says "that's just how it comes" i looked at my wife in disbelief and she explains to the server that this is shrimp poop and we can't eat that so can we get another one and the server says "I'll have to see". Unfortunately this place could've potentially been our new pho stop but the customer service and cleanliness of the food was not up to par.

I don't like any Vietnamese restaurant around here, cz i am Vietnamese but ppl here cooks Vietnamese food just tastes like Japanese and Chinese food. I tried a lot of Vietnamese restaurant around Beaumont but I didn't like any of them, so i saw this place just now opened, i came and check it out. It impressed me, i love them egg rolls, chicken wings with fish sauce and the number 45 (Bò né). I took my friends to this place too and they all love it, y'all need to come and try it!!!!!!

I've been here twice since they've been under new management again. I had their Bun Bo Hue the first time. I thought it lacked of flavor and the portion is small. I came back a second time and ordered Bun Bo Xao. All I could taste was oyster sauce on the meat. That's 2 dishes I did not care for and will not order again. Their pho and shrimp eggrolls however, were good. Service was ok.

Nothing to complain about this restaurant. Try everything on the menu. LOVE IT. Plus the service it's the best. Everyone should give it a try. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. We live in bridge city , it's little bit far to drive to the restaurant but we don't mind at all. It's worth.

Best peanut sauce ever! I could live on their Shrimp and Pork Spring Rolls alone. Prices are extremely fair and portions are great!

Although the reviews were mixed, the majority were positive, and seeing that they offered pho, we decided to give it a try. Upon arrival, the host was warm and welcoming. The restaurant itself features pleasant décor and a comfortable atmosphere. There were a few families dining at the time, which created a relaxed and inviting environment. The host took our drink order promptly and brought the beverages out before our server came to take our food order. We ordered the special vermicelli plate, fresh spring rolls, and the ribeye pho. All of the dishes arrived at the same time. The vermicelli bowl, unfortunately, was not as flavorful as we had hoped; the sauce could have benefited from a bit more depth and seasoning. The pho was satisfactory, though we may simply be accustomed to a more robust, authentic flavor profile. During the meal, our server checked on us several times. We did need to mention an issue with the shrimp in the vermicelli plate, and he handled it professionally by removing the item from our bill, which we appreciated. The service overall was attentive and courteous. It's possible that because we visited closer to closing time, the broth and proteins may not have been at their peak freshness. Despite our mixed feelings about the food, the quality of service and welcoming atmosphere left a positive impression. We would consider returning, hopeful for a stronger culinary experience next time. So we can revise our review.

Don't expect an H Mart-level of variety because this is not the same scale; it is a small business. It keeps me from having to order some items from Amazon or drive to Houston, and I'd rather support small business and buy it from here even if they sell it at WalMart. The service is good. There are complaints on other reviews about "unfriendliness", but those reviews are ethnocentric and don't account for the Vietnamese culture. People aren't going to smile, greet you, and ask how you are at Saigon Market. That is not a typical interaction to have with strangers in most places throughout the world, even if they provide customer service, and no one is entitled to that level of interaction and familiarity. Another reviewer stated that the clerk was rude and lazy when she asked where something was. I cannot help but wonder if the customer even attempted to look because there are few aisles and the aisles are organized by type of good. A quick 2 minute stroll up and down the aisles will give you a layout of where different items will be--that's how small the store is. If you cannot find it where similar items are, they do not have it. Most products are imported and you might need a translator app for some if you don't know what it is or need to avoid specific ingredients. The grocery store takes credit, debit, and EBT cards. There is a separate takeout restaurant--a bánh mì deli--inside the store where you can buy fresh sandwiches and drinks. Other reviewers complained about it being cash only, but many food stands and trucks in Port Arthur were cash only and some still are.
