Food is excellent. Super happy with everything we got. I'm picky with egg rolls and these are one of the best in town. Steak & rice was delicious. My daughter loved her Loc Lac fries. Friendly service.

Asian type food truck located inside of Stocklandia with yummy food and excellent customer service! The woman who does the cooking (Nikki?) is very friendly and accommodating. Everything is cooked to order so your food comes out super fresh and piping hot. I ordered the Lot Cha which is ground pork with eggs scrambled into it, bean sprouts, green onions and these very strange looking but delicious noodles! $8 for an absolutely packed bowl of food. It was so much that my son and I were able to split it for lunch. I've also tried the fried rice bowl when my friend offered me a taste. Equally yummy! I will definitely be back to get that next time or maybe try that grilled steak.

I got the grilled steak with Thai chili sauce and the mango drink with boba and OMG....it was ! Definitely going back to try the rest of the food. Staff were friendly and wait time was good too.

I decided to stop by Stocklandia while in Stockton to try Nikki's Create-a-bowl. The food did not disappoint ! We ordered a Thai tea, fried rice, the ginger bowl, and the steak and fish sauce with rice. Her homemade Thai tea reminded me of the Thai tea my mom has been making since selling street food in Thailand. It was gone before we even got our food. If you like tea you'll appreciate how she doesn't blend her tea with too much sugar. The ginger chicken bowl was delicious, and is very authentic. Ginger pieces with the ginger sliced to an edible size. The steak was made medium well because I'm pregnant and went well with the sauce. My all favorite would have to be the fried rice. I'm sad we only got one. It was very flavorful. And would be delicious as a sub To the white rice too. I wish I would have done that because I want more ! All in all it's so hard to find a satisfying place that's fulfilling, especially while pregnant. You have to try it . Sorry no pics of the tea because it's gone.

I had been craving some good Asian food and this place did not disappoint. Huge portions for 8 bucks and total was $8.72 with tax. It was my late lunch early dinner. I ate two thirds then went back couple hours later and ate the rest. Too good too waste! Cute packaging that you can wash and reuse. I appreciate that it is not the typical styrofoam, so bad for the environment. Friendly customer service too! Food is made to order so it is piping hot when you get it! Super fresh food that taste amazing! Parking is crazy at Stocklandia during the weekdays. I parked two blocks away and walked back. The food is that good that it is worth it! Taste of food 10 Portions of food. 10 Parking. 3 Customer service. 10 Bonus points got the environmental friendly to go packaging.

I was on the hunt to try something new in Stockton and came across this food truck yesterday! I placed a phone order (the lady I spoke to was super friendly!) and ordered a Cambodian fried rice and grilled steak rice bowl. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes (took me 10 min to drive there) and it was ready by the time I arrived! Both plates were so delicious! I'm still thinking about the grilled steak lmao. One thing to note was the sauce that came on the side with the grilled steak. The flavor was interesting and added a kick but I found it to be too salty/sour for my liking. It all depends on your own personal preferences! The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. They were in reusable containers, which I really appreciate. Food was filled to the top! So so worth the price and value. I will definitely be returning & recommending to my friends & family!

It's hard to find great food in Stockton. I missed my mom's cooking and was starving. I stumble upon this place while I was doing a search on Yelp. I ordered Grilled Steak, Cha Ma Sur, Ginger Chicken and Cambodian halo halo. I couldn't wait to dive in omg I'm so glad I came here so flavorful! I ate till my stomach hurted lol. Customer service is A++ I will be coming back soon highly recommend!! Accepts Cash and Card Total was around 40 something including 15% tip which I added on top.

Steak and rice for $12 in a bowl I don't feel great about the price the steak was thin and overdone after asking me how I wanted it cooked. The drinks are $5 and that's a bit much as well compared to competitors with the same drinks with boba. So I understand it's a family business and this is making a living but consider changing vendors and or something else to make prices better. The sauce that comes with it IS SPICY and maybe that should have been said prior. It was a slap in the face but packs a lot of flavor. It's not a comeback twice place but it's not bad either. Not sure why they have a fried chicken plate with one wing in the photos. Chicken is cheap smh. Good luck to them.

This is, by far, one of my favorite local food trucks. Not only are the food and drinks delicious, but the owner and the employees are always so welcoming and friendly. If you haven't tried Nikki's Create-a-Bowl yet, you are missing out.

Beef steak with prohok (fish dipping sauce)

I got the egg rolls and beef with fish sauce. The egg rolls were delicious and hot! The Beef was flavorful with the rice. The prohok sauce was good too I would just like it a little more on the sour side but that's just me. And maybe pull back on the salt a bit but I still like the food. It was hot, fresh and quick. Nice customer service. Menu was simple to understand and see what your getting.

Ok y'all. I'm back at on my food truck scene. This is a absolute must for some fantastic grub. Get this fusion of super spices and bold flavors or meats , rice and veggies. They serve it up in a bowl which is the perfect way to get it. You can do white rice or fried rice. And let me just say I get the fried rice just by itself because it is the bomb dot com. Lol. Excellent fried rice with this Chinese sausage and veggies and egg just perfectly seasoned with their house made sauce and one of my favorites. The other is the Grilled steak and thai chili sauce with rice. This steak is made the way you want it placed over steamed rice served with a Thais chili sauce with a really good kick to it , so if spicy isn't you, just use a little bit but for me I want to sweat it out because it's that amazing of some heat. Also try the beef broccoli over fried rice. Flavorful and a great meal that fills you up. The Lot Cha was a new one I tried out on my very many visits and absolutely loved it. Bean sprouts and noodles with ground sausage and that house made flavor sauce. Great owners. Very personable. Can go to their website and preorder by calling in or just see their location and pull up. They have drinks with boba as well to go with those perfectly made dishes. Stop by and say hello and feed the fam or work friends and believe me you will keep going back. Enjoy!!!

I would say their level 3 spice for the laap can get pretty spicy -- it's a slow heat that creeps up on you as you continue eating. One thing I'd ask for next time is some lemon or lime, as I like my laap a bit more tangy. They make their sausages in-house, and while they were good, I think they could be a bit larger considering the price, along with a touch more salt for a more savory flavor. My rating is 3.0 Good pricing, decent amount of food, typical selections, with sketchy area, especially after dark and uneven quality of dishes. My DH went with his typical Chicken Pad Thai. There's no place on the online ordering system, still furnished by the restaurant, for desired heat level, which is pretty important for Thai joints. I wrote in the Notes section "please make this dish mild, without peppers". For myself, the Pad See-Ew with pork. I always dream of getting char siu but dream on. Also selected the generic fried rice and a couple other dishes. Gung Pad Pak, shrimp sauteed with winter mix veggies and peas. The last item was Pad Ke Nieu, with green peppers and tomatoes and some very big and soggy pieces of bok choy. The best dish was the sauteed shrimp and veggies, which all tasted fresh. The worst was the veggie and beef. About half pound dried out rice noodles, possibly not rehydrated long enough in water beforehand. I found a teaspoon's worth of tiny beef fragments. The Pad Thai was okay but the chicken was rooster-tough and dry. The included chopped Thai peppers had my poor honey stop eating after only a few bites. The Pad See-Ew had plenty of small pieces of thin, dry and tasteless pork, which had a very unusual grain, like wood burls. Veggie and noodle ratio fine but this dishes badly needed sauce. About 1 1/2 teaspoons of those firey little peppers in mine, which I also ordered mild. No issues with the fried rice and I did really enjoy my refreshing Jackfruit milkshake. The spot is in a strip mall, with lots of unhoused folks wandering around and possibly making some customers uncomfortable. The bare bones decor shows a business trying to make do but I hope they have a heart and share some of their end of evening leftovers with those less fortunate, instead of just throwing that away.
