We came here because of the reviews. Very disappointed. Service was terrible. At first it was good until we didn't receive our drinks until the end of our meal. We asked them 4 times and 2 different people. This is ridiculous!! The food overall was good but then you can see in one of my photo, I had old warmed up egg patty. In town again for conference looking for great pho. This pho had the right ratio of noodle and meat . Great bowl and pho pack with goodness and flavorful broth. All for a great price!! Had their goi cuon, good too. Their boiled pork, shrimp to lettuce ratio is right on. A lot of restaurant give you more lettuce and 1 shrimp cut in half lenghtwise but this restaurant include pork which traditionally how it is prepared. Great recommendation from local yelpers. We love this place so much! We are so thankful for this treasure and it is 100% the best vietnamese food in South Atlanta. Lucky for us because we live 10 mins away. Their food is so consistently delicious, authentic and abundant. Their portions make me very, very happy because I have an insatiable appetite. The affordable prices are of course an added bonus. My favorite dish is the Lemongrass Chicken Broken Rice and the Coconut Chicken Broken Rice. My husband always goes for their Pork Pho which is also wonderful, rich and delicious. This is a go-to for us when we have out of towners too as it is so easy and there are almost always immediate tables available as it is a larger restaurant. Came here while on vacation. Crossing the southern US had us craving for some good pho. We had just came back from Florida and traveled far and wide - we needed to saturate and quench our thirst for some yummy soup! Coming in, the servers quickly seated us down - the place was moderately filled. It had a nice, familial atmosphere and vibed well with us. We placed our orders and they quickly prepared and brought out the food. Not the quickest in the world, but still quite fast! We ordered the usual Pho Dac Biet and also an order of Bun noodles as an "appetizer" because their actual appetizer menu was relatively small. The Bun noodles ended up being the right choice - very decently sized portion and delicious ingredients! The Pho Dac Biet came out promptly afterwards and we quenched our hunger! It was delicious - plenty of meat! There were not as much noodles as I would have liked, but I was still plenty full as the portion size of the meat and broth were plenty to fill me up. Servers were very nice - filled our water and asked us in a timely manner if we needed anything else. Some of the servers also were eating while we were there - but this was absolutely no problem, we came in before the dinner rush. They seemed friendly and worked well together. Visiting from out of town. Eating before I jump on a plane at ATL. Service is friendly, attentive, and the food came out quickly. Solid Combination Pho with the full variety of meats, but NO meatballs! I appreciate the three sizes - small, medium, and large. I went with the large size, and it is LARGE with generous amounts of meat (although only one slice of soft tendon) and broth, and I think it could have used about 15-20% more noodles. Not the best I've ever had, but very good. Also, an extra savory broth - a tad on the salty side for me - perhaps reduced too much or too concentrated? read more

This is a great place and a must stop when I find myself going to or from Atlanta Airport. Everything on the menu is great as they have a sister store up on Buford highway. This has been my go-to lunch spot for a couple of years now. I work nearby and had tried a couple of pho places in the area that didn't impress me, but this place sure did. The pho is both light and filling, making it an excellent midday meal without causing me to drag my feet the rest of the day like fast food will.  They are always insanely busy during lunchtime, so I would suggest trying to beat the rush if possible for a slightly better experience. The staff is friendly (especially if you're a regular), but will also skip the formalities and be direct if they're busy. I always order the same dish and request it cooked in a particular manner and it is perfect every time. It rarely takes more than 5 or 6 minutes before it comes to the table. My only real concern would be the shrimp because they don't appear to be deveined very well. This may or may not be a dealbreaker with some people, but personally, I just avoid the shrimp. read more

The Pho broth is fresh, food is fresh, and everything always come out fast and delicious. Clean areas but dining room is small. My favorite is the Chicken with Lemongrass and the Shrimp rolls. Basil rolls sometimes called spring rolls are not fried and should not be confused with the Chinese spring rolls that are fried. read more

This is super lazy but pretty much orginal Dai Loi and Dai Loi 3 reviews are the same Most importantly, the pho was great! The noodles came out perfectly al dente, soup was hot, and there was plenty of meat. (I get rare steak and tendon aka pho tai gan) The soup looks and tastes a bit more 'clean' which we liked. - ok when I mean clean is yes yes it's clear but it has flavor : which mean to me that they take care of the bone and cooking. - the first taste and last taste the same and awesome. - BBH here is just as bad as Dai Loi 2 but I'm not going to remove rating because this. Maybe people in Atlanta just like crappy BBH. - rest of the food seem clean and to the point- nothing I tasted here I think is below average. average to good. I ordered the medium no. 5, shrimp basil roll, iced coffee and an order of beef stew to go. Everything was delicious and fresh. I'm accustomed to just ordering Shrimp Pho and the server couldn't help me with what was "original", so I ordered chicken base and after tasting it I realized that regular shrimp pho typically is made with a BEEF base. Went here for the first time today: had nice service, ordered tofu banh mi, tofu spring rolls, and bun chay. I wasn't expecting much from the bun chay, but oh goodness!! It was delicious.
