Totally not an issue with me since they offer so many other authentic dishes. This time I got the Shrimp, Pork and Pork Hock Bahn Cahn. Bahn Cahn is a Vietnamese udon noodle soup. These udon noodles are thick, chewy and made with tapioca or rice flour. It's different than Japanese udon. The soup was light yet umami and the pork hock was fall off the bone tender. Delicious. Even better with their chili oil, which they also make in house. It's not on the table so make sure to ask for that, it has a complex lemongrass flavor and is divine! They also have another chili oil (the one with the pink cap) that's not made in house but is extremely spicy if you want to amp up the heat. We had the banquet hall side and it was able to accommodate 200 guests. They also prepaid for drinks from the bar so folks could order from a bartender.
