I had been considering trying this restaurant in the near future, but my recent experience left me deeply disappointed. I stopped by with my 8-year-old son, who urgently needed to use the restroom. We were turned away because we weren't paying customers at that moment. I understand businesses have policies, but denying a child access to a restroom in an emergency feels inhumane. Basic human decency should come before strict customer-only rules, especially when it involves a kid. People who forget their humanity don't deserve my business. It was absolutely stunning in here. I loved how quiet and zen it felt in there. It was a cold day so I ordered a Seafood Coconut Soup which took a little bit to come out but when it did, it was worth the wait. The broth was cooked to perfection. I can't wait to come back. read more

First time trying this place out, the restaurant is beautiful inside lots of wood carved decorations to really give the Thailand effect. Definitely appreciate the amount of effort they put into making this restaurant look really cool. The food was pretty good. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The service was a little slow, especially in the beginning. It took a long time just to get a drink order in. And the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Fresh spring rolls had mostly cabbage?? and carrots in it with a few lone cilantro leaves, would have tasted better as coleslaw. Small amont of peanut sauce for that much cabbage. We had been driving all day and wanted some Thai food. The moment I opened the door, I felt something different. Everything was neat, clean and inviting. We ordered spring rolls as an appetizer and water. The spring rolls were large and tasty. The water was so good, no chlorine taste, we ordered tea. The peanut sauce was the best I had ever tasted. The rolls didn't stick to your fingers like most places. The main dishes were drunken noodles and glass noodles, both excellently prepared. The food presentation was also very pleasing to the eye. Stopped by the Lucky Elephant restaurant and was pleasantly surprised on how beautiful it looks inside. I absolutely loved all the intricate wood art of Hindu deity's and elephant art all around. The service was also great. Got greeted right away and the staff were super friendly and attentive. My water glass was full the entire time and I love that. We started with Yum Neau (beef salad) and it was so flavorful and enough for at least three to four people. As my main course I had the lunch special chicken pad Thai that came with chicken and rice soup and an egg roll. All very flavorful and the Pad Thai was on point. I ordered "Thai iced tea no boba" because they have them with boba but waitress probably didn't hear me right and gave me with boba. I told her nicely "oh sorry I ordered without boba." She responded rudely saying "then don't say the word boba! Just say thai iced tea!" Okkkk. It's typical Asian bluntness but hot damn. She took it away and dumped it down the sink. Came here to eat prior to watching a movie. We were seated promptly and the service was just as prompt. Our waiter was pleasant and when we weren't sure what kind of sauce we wanted he brought us four different kinds to try, very courteous of him. We also enjoyed the decor in the restaurant which made it feel very authentic. The food was awesome, definitely the best Thai food we've had in a long time. My wife had the Pad see ew and I had the Pad Thai, and our kids shared some chicken fried rice and some fried tofu. The kids loved it which is not always the case with our kids. Visited today & everything tasted great as always while coming out quickly. Jennifer was our waitress and she was super attentive & kind. She brought us the chili rack upon recommending it and it added extra spicy & flavor to our food. We weren't that hungry coming here but we always end up ordering a lot since the menu looks so great with super reasonable prices. For the past 15 years, I have been a loyal customer of this establishment, always enjoying great food and excellent service. Unfortunately, after tonight's experience, I won't be returning. We arrived expecting the same high standards we had come to know and love. After being seated, we ordered Diet Cokes but were served regular Cokes. Minor mistake--no big deal. However, the real issue began when my wife ordered a soup, and there was some confusion about the name. A different waitress brought the wrong soup, and when we politely informed her of the mistake, things took a bizarre turn. What followed was something I've never witnessed in all my years of dining out. The two waitresses began audibly arguing in the kitchen over what we did or didn't order. Then, our original waitress returned--not to fix the issue, but to play a game of semantics, attempting to argue with us about what we had said, seemingly just to prove herself right to the other waitress. Instead of focusing on making things right, she was more interested in proving us wrong. This level of unprofessionalism was shocking. Mistakes happen, but the way the staff handled the situation was completely unacceptable. You couldn't pay me to return after being treated this way. After 15 years, it's truly disappointing to walk away with such a bad taste in my mouth--both literally and figuratively. read more

We went here on a whim bc we wanted to go to the Ontario mills mall, it's about 10 miles away from it. I'm soo glad we went! It's such a super cute authentic Thai place (I know bc I have been to Thailand). Right down to the decor and even tables it's very authentic to Thai culture. The food we tried was the beef panang, duck with basil leaves, pad Thai chicken, and elephant Thai fried rice. My favorite is the pad Thai and fried rice, both we're super flavorful and moist not dry lol . The panang was different for me, it's not like regular strips of beef, it was more cubes and the sauce was also less curry like I am use to, for me I preferred the more curry and soupy sauce, but my husband loved this version of panang, more of an individualized preference. The duck with basil leaves was also very flavorful as well, a lot of duck packed in it, but also a more preference bc my husband loved it, I just don't like duck too much lol and it definitely tasted like duck lol overall the people, ambiance and even the friendliest happiest workers made the experience superb! Their lunch special comes with a side of jasmine rice, a vegetable eggroll, and soup. I'm not sure what the soup was called but it was really tasty! It had cilantro, chicken, and rice with a clear broth. The eggroll was one of the best I've ever had! Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the roasted duck in brown ginger sauce.
