Healthy Portions and clean place. I ordered pho with filet migon, egg rolls and a chicken rice to go. First thing I noticed was the place was super clean. 2nd thing I noticed was how heavy the to go bag was. Sure enough when I got home it was stuff with a healthy portion of food. I feel like you can always tell how good a pho restaurant is by seeing how they pack their Togo pho orders. I got plenty of bean sprouts and basil leaves which I love. This place is new and just opened up. It is in a small strip mall so parking can be a bit tight if the other businesses are busy as well. The interior is open with high ceilings and fits about 35 people. Service was quick and efficient. Slow on drink refills. Their pho brisket was so flavorful with plenty of meat pieces. I loved the broth so much, I took it home. I never usually take the leftover broth home. The noodles are a bit thicker than the skinnier ones standard to restaurants but I actually liked this noodle style over the standard. We tried the spring rolls. They are huge. Peanut sauce was creamy and thick. Egg rolls were good and the oil didn't taste old. The only thing I wasn't used to was the side veggies that usually come with egg rolls. This place cut their cucumbers in a round shape and didn't give cilantro or mint. Portions are in the bigger side. The size of the spring rolls and egg rolls are larger so keep that in mind when ordering. According to their menu they offer Jidori chicken and other higher quality meats. Service was fairly quick, especially since the small restaurant was pretty full. We were offered a table when we first walked in and the staff even cleaned immediately when I noticed some spots on it. I had never eaten here before, but was trying to find something different on our way home. It was chilly and raining so this was a perfect time. Started with the Spring Rolls; they were huge and delicious. Filled with noodles, veggies and shrimp. Served with Peanut Sauce. I also ordered Fried Noodles with Chicken and Shrimp. My friend ordered the same but with fried tofu. The portions were large and we ended up taking 1/2 home for the next day. We asked for vegetable broth to go with because the noodles were a little dry. I would have given them a 5 off the noodles weren't dry. He graciously gave us each a bowl. Omg 10/10 place, I've been to all other pho places, so far this has been my all time favorite. I'm always ordering off Uber Eats now cause I'm obsessed with the broth and the noodles. Especially their Thai tea is delicious. They are very kind people, as soon as you come through they greet you and the order is very well packed and broth always super hot and ready to eat. I saw advertisements on Instagram and Facebook, and all the comments were people saying how this is the best pho restaurant they have tried. In my opinion, they do a little twist to all their food. The spring rolls they have are not your typical spring rolls. They do not contain rice noodles, rather they have cut up jicama and they only offer shrimp as your choice of meat. The egg rolls were super crunchy, but also super oily. I also tried the brisket pho, which was good but lacked a bit of flavor from the broth. They are generous with their meat portions. I had some pieces on top and some hiding on the bottom of the bowl as well. The service was alright, the 2 employees were sitting in the corner chatting it up the whole time. OMG!!!! Some of the best pho I have ever had. The chicken broth is so flavorful and delicious. I usually like to order mine with soft tofu and veggies which are really good. I do have to say I'm not a fan of the noodles they use but they aren't bad. Sometimes I'll order mine without noodles and add my own I really like glass noodles right now. The mango salad is also a great item on the menu and tastes so refreshing. I'm not a fan of the dressing that comes with it because it's too spicy for me but I love it with the peanut sauce. I feel like Thai salad would be great in a spring roll. The spring rolls they do offer are delicious and that peanut sauce is also very tasty.
