My dish came with a bowl of white rice. My other friend ordered Hunan Shrimp with vegetables, half fried rice and half white rice. The food was very tasty and we were given large portions of food. I took half of my dish home. We did not have Bubble tea this time. Many customers were ordering that delicious beverage.. Service was very good. Our waitress came to check on us often and filled our water frequently. She was nice and patient. The restaurant is decorated nicely with Asian decor. It has many tables to accommodate the patrons. There is also a high food bar with high chairs to sit. Plenty of parking as the location is in a strip mall. I will return to try some other dishes.

There were also a ton of vegetarian options which I am pleased about because now I can recommend this place to my vegetarian friend. I also loved that they had chili oil at the table. My friend and I asked for everything to be spicy and we also doused everything in chilis and chili oil. Today, obviously we had to try a bunch of dumplings! I had gotten the Signature XLB Sampler for the Yelp event and loved everything but I couldn't tell which was which. Today, my friend and I decided to try out the pork soup dumplings (Xiaolonbao) today and they were amazing. There's actually a little note on each table telling you how to eat them. Apparently you poke a hole in them and let some of the soup out. That makes sense, because otherwise it's quite the mouthful. After that we were dunking them in our chili oil but then the waiter also brought us ginger and showed us how to pour soy sauce over it and dip the dumplings in that too. They were delicious and we made short work of them. We also got the pan fried dumpling sampler and got all the meats. Each one had a different color and they used natural food coloring like red cabbage for the purple ones which were chicken, carrots for the orange ones which were beef, and spinach for the green ones (which we didn't get but are for vegetable ones). The normal colored ones are the pork ones. Lastly, we got the wontons in chili sauce appetizer. It was awesome. And of course we added even more chili oil. We also got some chicken skewers spicy and some jiang noodles with pork, both spicy. The chicken was as good as last time which thrills me because usually skewers aren't good in my opinion. The noodles were delish but a little hard to share. It might be better as a single dish but since we were trying a little of everything this time, it was fine. Most of the meat was on the bottom so if you get this make sure to stir it up so you can get a good ratio of pork to noodle. Also pork was the absolute right choice for this as it was just amazing. The other dishes lack flavor and spice. Management should really consider doing something as I see this place is going down the drain quickly.
