Great food. Great service. Employees were very nice and helpful. Restaurant was nice and clean. Had utensils, sauces, and chili oil at the table already. Large portions, great for the price. Food did not disappoint.

The food is great!! Served hot with tons of flavor! I ordered the spring rolls and V2 which is the tofu with stir fried veggies and vermicelli noodles:) the service was also wonderful! A young man with glasses took care of me and gave me a Tai Tea which is ALSO amazing!! Seriously I think the only thing they are lacking is customers sadly, the vibe of the restaurant was also great, seems like a nice to place for lunch or to catch up with friends you haven't seen in a while!! Overall a new spot for me especially after realizing they are right down the road from me lol!!

Music is ever changing with genre it's always a vibe . Food is always top tier and the service is always fast and on point . Great place to go! Especially if you're needing to shake off a cold or need a pick me up after drinking a lot !

Whoever wrote those fake reviews are probably related to the owners. Pho is too greasy and skimpy on noodles and meat. Overfilled with broth to make the bowl look big only. Servers spill and still serve it. Does not look presentable. Overpriced on everything. $4.95 for medium size boba tea, barely any flavor just sugar loaded. It's going to be another failed business like the previous restaurant.

Super nice people, great service! I have only tried the pork banh mi, which is tasty, but VERY small and comes with no sauce. I added hoisin mayo and that did the trick.

This place is amazing! Finally, there is a great Vietnam restaurant in Conway! We ordered Pho and spring rolls, and they were sooo good! Super friendly staff, and the service was excellent! Highly recommend it!

Their food is not authentic Vietnamese and is over priced. Check out Mike's Cafe in Little Rock, We drive there because it's way better

Friendly staff and delicious Pho! When I'm feeling sick, I order the chicken pho and it totally helps. This place is awesome.

Honest Review: The Pho House - Hot Springs, Arkansas…read more If you're expecting authentic Vietnamese flavors, The Pho House in Hot Springs is not the place to find them. I walked in hoping for a solid bowl of pho and left disappointed across the board. Pho: Overpriced and Underdelivered They charge an extra $4 for an "extra large" bowl that's really just a regular size anywhere else. After tax, you're staring at a $20+ bowl of pho that tastes like water with seasoned beef. Bland broth, no depth, no richness--nothing that makes pho worth ordering. Vietnamese Coffee: A Miss Vietnamese coffee should be bold, sweet, and strong. What I got tasted like watered‑down iced coffee, completely missing the signature flavor. Bánh Mì: The Worst Part The bánh mì was soggy, flavorless, and fell apart like it had been sitting around. No crunch, no freshness, no balance--just a sad, saggy sandwich. Overall If you're looking for real Vietnamese food, do not go here. Everything was disappointing, and for what you pay, it's absolutely not worth it. Save your money--your $100 will go much further and taste much better somewhere else.

Before ordering, I specifically asked how it worked and was told you just order whatever you want for the flat price. At no point did anyone clearly explain they would add extra charges if you didn't finish every bite of food. When the bill came, they suddenly tried charging us an extra $15 because of leftover food. I told the waitress I was not paying an undisclosed fee that was never properly explained beforehand. Instead of handling it professionally, she became rude and argumentative. On top of that, the food itself was honestly some of the worst sushi and Japanese food I've had in Conway. Service was incredibly slow, which made even less sense considering there were only two tables in the entire restaurant. After a long back-and-forth, they finally removed the charge, but the entire experience was uncomfortable, misleading, and not worth it. I won't be going back.

It's one of the only--likely the only--old school, non-fusion Asian restaurant in Little Rock. Consider that when we parked, one of their older Vietnamese cooks was taking a smoke break outside. Classic haha. It just feels like they've been here for a while. When asked, Asian locals recommend here or K-Pot for good Asian food so it seems Asians here mainly cook at home. A1 Viet fried egg rolls: Solid. More meaty but fried well. A6 Fried chicken wings: Under seasoned but fried really well. P2 Pho tai: Solid + better than some in the tri-state area. A10 Grilled pork banh mi: Personally prefer my bread slightly more toasted but theirs has a good color and body with a slight sheen outside and a soft airy crumb. Generous amount of pork relative to the rest and well-marinated. You can taste the lemongrass! Lighter on the do chua pickles. Sandwich itself is more petite and cute here. Also better than some in the tri-state area. What's different from what I'm used to in the Northeast: - Do chua pickles here have cabbage alongside the radishes + carrots. - Spring rolls don't come with lettuce or other accoutrements like cilantro/culantro for wrapping. - Nuoc mam is predominantly sweeter here. I'm used to a lighter or stronger, more garlicky or tangy nuoc mam. They offer a discount if you pay in cash.
