What an amazing Pho place. Pho Laday located in Mukilteo Speedway is a must visit place. Everything in this place is amazing. Food, service and ambiance. We've been eyeing this place for a long time. Finally got to try it. We ordered short rib and rare steak pho and the char grilled beef platter. I must say we never had an amazing treat like these. Flavor was on spot, so good and very tasty. The grilled beef was so tender. Sauce is amazing. Good value for money, serving portion was great and had some take out. I am so excited to try the Vietnamese coffee one of these days. They have other drinks I would like to try. I also want to try the other food offerings they have Open daily and long hours. Servers are very kind. They are students and very friendly. We have not found the time to try this new Viet place on the way to the ferry Friday night. We often just need a good yet quick meal and eat a lot of noodles and Asian food. This will be a more regular stop as it's convenient in and out on the right side going to the dock! The Chinese restaurant up the street struggles to offer efficient service and Han River Vietnamese nearby had shut down a while back (thankfully). This immediate area needed a good reliable pho and Bun cha place!!! Parking is plentiful and everything nice and clean with no frills yet very attentive and engaging service by some young staff. I'm Asian restaurant culture there is the old guard going through the motions type and the younger more friendly and engaging type. This place is the latter! I ordered the Pho Dac Biet, my standard order. My wife ordered the pork vermicelli plate and a Thai tea. We also got a fresh spring roll. The spring roll was good in just two big pieces, good peanut sauce and just shrimp in it. It was a little loose wrapped and harder to eat but tasty. We make ours at home sometimes with roast pork and shrimp which we highly prefer and roll them tighter. I like that I could order a medium sized pho and mine was almost too loaded with meat per noodle portion but that's a first world problem! Pretty good broth and the tendon cooked very well! She liked her pork bowl and it was large and tasty. I tried the pork egg roll and the grilled pork. Very standard but good flavor. We decided that we would return for sure. First time here. We had the a large bowl of the Pho Short Robs and Rare Steak. It's a wow just seeing those 2 huge bones sticking out of the bowl. The meat falls off the bone. The broth is rich and meaty, complex in flavor and scent. It tastes like it's been simmering for hours in various spices. My whole fe ordered the Chargrilled steak over rice. It is equally satisfying with the meat slices tender and the tasty hint of charred smokiness. The service is proficient and attentive. The restaurant is a good size. The decor is simple and clean looking. It was full even at 2:30 pm. Restrooms are clean and one for male and one for female. It is handicap friendly. A great spot for pho in the Everett area! Having had both the hot stone bowl pho and the regular pho I'd have to reocmmend the stonebowl pho though it can be messy if you're not careful adding ingredients in. Might want to drink some of that broth first or put veggies and red meat in first. On that note I really appreciate they give you raw steak to put in as that's the best way to enjoy it even though it makes delivery and food safety logistics hard. But this way you get the most tender and flavorful steak that complements pho so well in my opinion. The meat quality is about average for pho spots but that can help keep prices down too. The drinks here are great too though a bit on the desserty side (sweeter but not TOO sweet) with a creamy vanilla quality to the creamtop thai tea and strawberry drink. There is at least one lady on the staff too who is so sweet and friendly, it's nice when they try to engage with you even a little bit. The restaurant is located in a strip mall filled with other various businesses, with plenty of parking. Live plants decorated the interior restaurant. The floors are slippery, almost oily. We ordered the shrimp spring rolls, egg rolls, the small combo beef pho and the pho laday that is served in a hot stone bowl. The spring roll was good, we didn't like that it had an open end because the filling fell out, we also didn't like the peanut sauce. The egg rolls were delicious, perfectly tightly rolled . The combo pho is really good, the broth is clean and clear. It had plenty of sliced brisket and beef , but only one quarter of a meatball. We would have like to have more meatballs. I'm not sure if the stone bowl is more for looks because the pho was dangerously hot and took a while to cook down to eat. All of the pho toppings came on the side to be added into the Pho Laday. We finally had a chance to patronize Pho Laday. It's only 12 minutes from our house so we had high hopes and were not disappointed. We were greeted immediately and told to sit anywhere. The restaurant appeared to be clean with pleasant decor. All tables were cleared which is not always the case in some Vietnamese restaurants. A6 Spicy Wontons, L2 Pho Suon, & P8 Pho Ga were what we ordered. The pho garnishes (basil leaves, sprouts, lime, & jalapeño) were very fresh. The spicy wontons were decent albeit the portion of 6 was a bit steep for $8.99. We saved the sauce to dip our meats into which was a smart decision. When the 2 bowls of pho came out, my husband commented on the ample green onions and herbs in the broth. I placed my 2 large ribs on an empty plate. The pho broth was slightly oily (probably from the ribs) but oh mine, the flavor was deliciously robust. All my meats were so tender. The Pho Suon was $19.99 but I took home enough leftover for another meal. Overall, we were pleased with Pho Laday and would definitely return. read more

There are so many pho places around the area and this place seems to be one of the newer ones. Their pho is delicious and their broth is super flavorful. Prices are a little higher but value is there. In long We had the time for a late lunch and caught them when there were just a couple other tables, after the lunch rush. They still have their big Grand Opening banner up, as of this writing. There's hustle and bustle in this section of the Speedway--several places that have been great for years and years and years. We rolled in to a well-lit dining room with tons of windows. Nice matching tables and chairs neatly lined up. There are laminated menus on the tables, and absolutely everything is spic and span--the Sriracha bottles, every utensil, the menus, everything is spotless. So nice. We tried a bunch of different stuff, and the server was so warm and prompt throughout. The chef brought out some of the food and we got a strong mother-daughter vibe. Spicy wontons Soft and chewy and flavorful, big flavors in the sauce. Not overpoweringly spicy for us at all, but great complement of heat to the rest of the flavors. Shrimp bites Essentially shrimp toast. Baguette crostini with chopped shrimp, scallions, probably some mayo, bit of cheese. They cautioned us that these take a little longer, but we just got them after a few bites of soup. Hardly any wait, really. Black tea Not every place gets the water steaming hot or brings you your own pot and mug. No dreaded silver pot here. Worth calling out. Steak, brisket, meatball phos The small here is filling, especially with all this other stuff. For $15 it's not the biggest bowl in town, but, wow, every single aspect of it is as good as you can ask for. The broth is clear and dark, tons of rich marrow, nicely seasoned without excess sweetness. Easy top 3 broths for 15 miles in any direction. Every bite of meat had real pop of flavor with it. Noodles were perfect, all the condiments were fresh, fragrant and still crisp (for the ones that should be). The chili paste on the table is the best around. Tofu pudding Kind of like a vanilla flan. So comforting and indulgent without being overwhelming. Maybe I'm not paying attention, but I can't recall seeing this elsewhere. So we had 5 plates, 2 drinks, and an extra serving of broth to go. We will get 4 meals out of all this, plus dessert at each one. With a solid tip it was eighty bucks, but for this quality and this much food still with us at home, the value is right where it needs to be. Plus, there's only one pho place closer to our house. In my long search for a great place for bun bo hue, sadly this place misses. The bun Bo hue was missing pork blood and pork bone. An essential part of great bun Bo hue requires the marrow and savory richness of both of these ingredients. Get the spicy wontons and the Pho laday special. The beef combo rice plate was amazing. Skip the Thai tea, viet coffee, bun Bo hue. Pro tip to the owner: Please offer and option for warmed cream puffs. airfry your cream puffs at 350 for 40 seconds and you will turn what is a 7/10 cream puffs into 9/10 puffs. We've ordered delivery and have dined in! Both times have been great. Their restaurant is spacious and clean. I went here with my bf and his mom and we had pho! I had the brisket and meatballs pho (P7) and the broth was well seasoned and flavorful -- they did not skimp out on the meat which I appreciated! My bf got a chicken pho with extra tofu and my bf's mom got the veggie pho. She absolutely loved hers AND it was her first time having pho! We also got the pork skewers meal with eggroll to share. I also got the strawberry cream matcha which was good. I happened to come by on opening weekend (didn't know that they were even there!) and ordered a vermicelli bowl and spring rolls for takeout. They had a couple other customers dining in as well as what I assume was some friends and family there to support the opening. I wasn't greeted when I entered, and didn't see a sign that said to order at the counter or wait to be seated, so I did stand awkwardly at the door until I walked up to the counter and saw that a girl was standing there the entire time. Totally understand that they're new and figuring things out, so just wanted to share as constructive feedback and not a complaint at all. After placing the order, they asked for my patience with the new kitchen staff and that the food may take about 10 minutes to prep, so I took a seat at a table and waited. They were kind enough to bring me a glass of water to sip on while I waited. The food came out sooner than quoted, and I headed out. I enjoyed it, as I normally do with vermicelli and spring rolls. The peanut sauce on the spring rolls was a little thick, so I ran out of sauce pretty quickly (I like a thinner sauce that I can dunk the rolls into). The vermicelli bowl was good - it had an herby green in it (I assume a type of basil or something similarly fragrant), but the fish sauce balanced it out. I also liked that the meat was already cut into smaller pieces before squeezing onto the skewer - it makes it easier to eat, for sure! Overall they made a good impression for their opening. Out of all the pho restaurants in the north-end, I feel like this is one of the better spots. The pricing for this restaurant is like Seattle pricing so it's a bit on the higher end. I do like how there's so many options to choose from on the menu. The egg-rolls are really good, reminds me of homemade egg-rolls. However, it only comes with 2 per appetizer plate. I ordered the Com Bo nuong sot me rice plate. The meat they used was skirt steak and it comes with the crack sauce. Very good, very flavorful. Also ordered the small chicken pho and steak pho. The chicken pho came out super hot as the steak pho didn't. The meat was very soft and tender and gave a decent amount. I heard about a new phò restaurant from a co-worker & my wife tried it before I had a chance too as well. This time, I came along with my wife and I think I just found my new favorite phò restaurant. I went with the hot stone phò and everything with it was amazing. The sides are presented separately and you can gradually add in what you want in your bowl or throw it all in at once. The broth was perfect and not greasy at all. My wife went with the bun bu hue, and says it was one of the best ones she had. Our appetizer was just the egg roll, it tasted as expected. Service was wonderful and delightful. We felt welcomed right away. The seating area was clean, tables were kept clean and not "sticky", with mellow music in the background. I got here at noon and business was picking up. Opening hours are 10:30am. They're fully staffed but you can tell they all get a little flustered when it gets busy. The staff is great, all very polite and patient. Although its a small space, its very well maintained and has clear walkways. Its clean and the restroom is nice too. I didnt get any pictures of the inside due to so many people but its very cute and lighting is soft. I looked at everyone's dishes and everything looked well plated and yummy. I had the pho and its some of the best pho I've had. I will be back and ill bring my family. They do have kid's choices as well. Its so full of flavor. Food is always great as is the service. The dining room is somewhat utilitarian but it's all about the great pho and other offerings.

The restaurant is clean, spacious, and well decorated. My family and I came on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. We were able to find seating quickly. We ordered the egg rolls, gyoza, pho, bun bo hue, and banh mi. The egg rolls are traditional Vietnamese style and filled with meat, carrots, vermicelli, and jicama. The pho was a good portion with plenty of noodles and brisket meat. The broth was flavorful and had a nice layer of nuoc beo (fatty beef broth) on top which added to the depth of the soup. The bun bo hue was also delicious. The broth was fragrant and nicely spiced. I wish they served it with more traditional cuts of meats but overall it was very tasty. The banh mi was well seasoned and had lots of pickles and fresh veggies. This place is our go to place for Pho. I tried the fried chicken with rice and salad. Chicken was delicious, rice was a jasmine rice with tumeric and the salad had this spicy dressing which really hit the spot. Service was spot on. I had the Brisket and Tendon Pho and it was incredible best absolutely the Best PHO I have ever tasted! I couldn't finish the large bowl but my broth was nearly gone when the waiter came over she asked if I wanted more broth which I did and she put my left over PHO in a to go container! We're locals and have eaten here three or four times because the food is good. However, our experience tonight was disappointing. We ordered pho, and our server told us they had run out of basil. There was no apology--just a simple statement that they didn't have any. This was surprising since we were there over an hour before closing. What made it more frustrating was that after we finished eating, a table that arrived after us was served pho with plenty of basil. It's confusing and honestly disheartening to be told something is unavailable, only to see another table receive exactly what we were told they were out of. It leaves us wondering why we weren't treated the same. We enjoy the food here, but honesty and consistency matter. We hope the restaurant addresses this, because we'd love to continue supporting a local spot--but experiences like this make it difficult. read more
