This restaurant is located in a local shopping center and I think it's a popular place . The food looked good but flavors were ok . Three of us ordered four items to share , but somehow the presentation looked different than the menu photos . Overall the food was ok . The service was nice , the young lady was very kind to explain the menu items and she was attentive . Will give a try next time when we pass by .

Service was 5/5. Friendly family run business located in a mall with lots of parking available. They have QR codes at the tables for the menu but I am not sure they work instead they ask that you order up front and have a paper menu there. Food was standard. The fresh rolls have the crunchy wrapper in it and was tasty. The sauce was a bit thin for my preference. A couple other reviews mentioned the filling to bread ratio for the banh mi. The banh mi is on the smaller side but it's the baguette roll itself that is smaller than other places. The ratio of filling to bread when you take into account bread size is actually okay. They may want to consider the price or upgrade to slightly larger rolls with more filling. I wish they put less ice in the drinks. Will ask for less ice next time.

I stopped here in the morning after getting off the Clinton-Mukilteo Ferry. It is in the strip mall to the left of the Safeway. The service was great, very friendly and kind. When I asked for the tofu, they asked if I wanted a vegan sauce, which was very thoughtful of them. I forgot to ask about gluten-free and I don't think it was, but I did ok with it. For water they bring you your own bottle. The smoothie had more of a lychee flavor to me than a mango flavor, but I didn't mind that. The restaurant is very clean and new, I hope it stays clean and well cared for for years to come.

Stopped by to check out this new spot in the Lynnwood/Mukilteo area--always on the lookout for good Vietnamese bites. I ordered the grilled pork banh mi and egg rolls to enjoy there, plus a grilled chicken banh mi to go. Ended up getting the last two banh mi--score. The grilled pork was really good: tender, flavorful, and finished with a swipe of egg butter, which felt like T-House's own twist. The grilled chicken banh mi was packaged nicely in its own sleeve, with the veggies kept separate in a bag--appreciated that detail. Egg rolls were freshly made and hit the spot too. They just opened last weekend, and there was already a steady stream of customers while I was there. Staff were warm and welcoming.

Great place to get Vietnamese food at a casual spot in Lynnwood! The service is really good, the food and drinks. Here are amazing, I highly recommend the bunny as well as their Matcha. Overall, I would come back!

Food - everything was delicious!!! We ordered the signature banh toasted and it was really savory, I think it's the butter that gives it that extra oomph. The spring roll was super fresh and yummy too, I got the shrimp & pork one. It also has a fried wonton in it and that extra crisp gives it that nice extra texture. Would def order again! The banh uot was also sooo yummy. I've never had that at a viet place but I love fresh steamed noodles and this was exactly what I thought it'd be and it was so good! Loved the pork floss on it, the fried donut pieces. And there was lots of meat. Would order everything again! Not pictured is my husbands pho bc he was heating it up (he likes his soup super hot). He is pretty picky when it comes to pho broth bc of what he grew up with but he likes theirs! We will def be visiting again whenever we have a viet craving. Service - the cashier and waitress was super sweet and friendly! Can tell that they are sincere people. Ambiance - while I didn't dine in, it was a very cute spot and looked really clean! Next time I hope it dine in and try one of their drinks too!

Ordered Matcha latte and Matcha strawberry, was disappointed with how much ice was in these drinks and the taste of them. There were 70%ice and 20-30 liquid?! Only a couple of sips and that was it. It was reasonable price but not worth it. Pho was good and service was okay.

The dine in was laid out perfectly fine. Not squishy at all and music was complimenting. Our first experience for dine in was different than other restaurants. You go in, order at the register, pay and then seat yourselves. The wait wasn't long at all, we got our banh mi sandwich first, which we split in half to enjoy while we wait on our pho. Our Thai tea arrived and then our soup, which we loved because it came steaming HOT. Exactly how we like it. Some places serve the pho but it's more "luke warm" instead of steaming hot. The broth was amazing! I have a hard time deciding which out of the 3 favorite pho places has the best between Pho Laday, Pho Asia or T-house. They're all good. So if you want good pho AND banh mi, maybe come to T-house. If you want a different experience like a boiling hot stone bowl of pho, go to pho laday. Pho Asia has always been a regular to us and it's never been bad so, I guess for me, that's just a quick hit up spot that is closer to me for travel. That Banh Mi has a special house made sauce btw! That's why it stands out to us!

The missing vegetables they forgot to pack. Bad service.

Food is mediocre best their broth has way too much nutmeg I picked up one simple order and they completely forgot the bag of vegetables When I called them and told them about the bag of vegetables, they had me put on hold for about five or 10 minutes even though I was just there five minutes ago and there's nobody in the store They asked me to come back to the restaurant which I was reluctant at first, but I ended up coming back I feel very bad tipping these people 18% when I physically went there to pick up One Small item and they couldn't even do it correct I don't see any remorse or them to really care. I will not be coming back again.

Food was meh. Ordered shrimp and pork spring rolls, the rolls were soft and fresh, but the peanut sauce was so runny and had no flavor. Only flavor came from the peanuts. My husband ordered the signature banh mi sandwich, he said it was not good. I ordered the grilled pork, lacked flavor. The veggies should be pickled to give it a boost in flavor but it wasn't. Also the bread was soo thick and hard I had to rip some off so i can taste something. When i was waiting for my food a table complained about their pho, couldnt hear completely but the customer was being nice about it. I hope this business reads this so they can improve. All the hard work into opening a business and the food is lacking is a shame. I included a picture of their menu cuz some guy posted 21 days ago and when i tried to order the Roasted pork banh mi over the phone the lady had no idea what i was talking about.

Nice service. The signature bánh mì is good ; however the fillings need more and the bread is smaller than other bánh mì stores. Signature rice dish is ok. It is not broken rice dish from southern' s Vietnam. I recommend the all signature ones.

I see a lot of reviews about their sandwiches, but this is about the brisket pho…read more My past experiences here have always been great, so I don't know what happened this time. I ordered brisket pho with extra meat to-go, and when I got home and started eating, things were normal at first. HALF OF THE BRISKET was good! And all of the noodles! I noticed that the other half of the meat had this strange texture that didn't seem normal for brisket but I didn't care until I ate some of it. It was terrible, it had no flavor, and the texture made it even worse that I had to spit it out. I still ate the noodles so that I didn't starve, but I left all the weird meat as you can see. Is this what happens when you order at 5:03pm? Did they purposely choose some of the leftover bad meat as the "extra" meat? Or was it maybe an innocent mistake? Maybe it's something normal that should be expected when you order 1 hour before they close? I don't think that one makes sense, though. I probably won't come back for a while and try out a new place instead.

The sandwich isn't as buttery and flavorful as I remembered. Pickles and bread are good, tasted very fresh. But they were lacking flavors for the meat and the butter and pate spread. Ordered the cold cut and pulled pork, flavors are just alright. Overall, just a mediocre banh mi. I've given it a try twice and it still didn't live up to my expectations the way I used to remmeber it sadly.

Fast forward a year later to a Sunday at 12:30pm and I finally made the long drive here without going through Aurora Ave since my GPS randomly decided to give my road rage some grace. This place has plenty parking around the perimeter, so it was easy settling in. Only confusion was finding the entrance to this place, but when I did I was actually surprised where I was stepping into. Inside is laid back and cool with plenty of seating for groups of various sizes. There's tables and booths, and I got booth seating for myself when I walked in. There's a TV playing sports nearby where I was, and Vietnamese pop music was playing in the background too. Menu consists of regular foods in most Vietnamese restaurants, though their provincial noodle soups and banh mi sandwiches caught my eye. They even have bún măng vịt (duck and bamboo shoot noodle soup), my favorite that I gotta try next time I come here! From my IG feeds and as a starting point, I got their bánh mì thịt heo nướng (grilled pork Vietnamese sandwich), which comes with all the works of a regular banh mi sandwich, though I was kinda surprised how brightly orange the grilled pork was. Regardless, it was tasty and the meat was juicy. The pork pate added a nice savory touch to the sandwich, and no other condiment was in excess that it took away taste from the flavorful grilled pork. Staff was very kind throughout, and refilled my water every now and then. It was also nice chatting with one of them about our day and other recommendations from the menu. There's so much to have on their menu so I need to make the drive here again to have more of their stuff!

It tastes just as good and has the same wonderful quality I remember from growing up. I love their vermicelli bowls and their Vietnamese crepe the most. I also love their pho. Their broth is light and doesn't have the strong strong herbal flavor that some phos in Seattle have. Their pho is the most authentic pho I've had outside Vietnam. I hadn't eaten here In years and my wife never. They used to give a nice refreshing lychee water drink with a long dessert spoon for the fruit which I remember loving long ago. Many other tables had them but we were never offered it as service was brisk yet not very friendly. I ordered a Dac Biet pho (my regular choice) but they don't have tripe??? I usually pass on pho restaurants that don't serve tripe and tendon. I was at best average but honestly not near the best I've ever had in the US or Vietnam. At almost $20 for a bowl I wasn't impressed enough to say "let's go back". My wife ordered the pork vermicelli bowl (her usual). She liked it ok and I tried a bit. Again pretty tasty and in my opinion a better dish than their pho, but not worthy of returning over other choices. Overall if you are comfortable parking in a tight little parking lot to eat average food in a little old building it's not a bad choice. But I would not purposefully go back even though we shop often at Costco and Home Depot nearby.
