This is my second time visiting, and the quality remains consistent. The restaurant is very clean and bright. The service is incredibly attentive. I ordered a small bowl of pho ($17.99) and a stone-bowl pho ($22.75); the prices seem lower than elsewhere. Next time, I'll try the Bun Bo Hue.

The few long time pho places are in trouble.... The two around the corner of Fullerton and Gale and the one around the corner of Nogales and Gale.... This place has been opened for about seven months plus the new one in the mall on Colima and Azusa. The two of them have taken a good piece of the pho business. There are only so many Vietnamese, Chinese Vietnamese and pho eaters in this area. I would said may be only three pho places can survive in this area. Pho Lovers 4 looks like one of the three. Their broth is still full of MSG. They give a good amount of meats for what they charge. They use a different egg roll wrapper. It is crunchier and flakier. I am ok with their foods. My nephew loves this place because of their beef ribs. I actually like the owner of one of the three long time pho places, but they got too pricey. I hope that they are doing ok. There is also a very low cost pho places around the corner of Hacienda and Gale. However, they are in a different league. Their price point is lower as in life you get what you pay for. Their foods are acceptable and their price point is low. That is the local environment for pho places. Good luck to all. Ray out.

Pho Lovers 4 is located in a very empty shopping area in Rowland Heights. I got their new chicken pho and I thought it was just ok. I don't think it had a lot of flavor nor was the chicken tender and soft. The chicken pho was also just drumsticks on the side. My friends got regular pho bowls and they thought it was pretty alright. Maybe next time I'll try their beef pho! Service was great though and the inside is super clean and bright.

I visited here again and ordered the phở sườn bò (rice noodle soup with beef back ribs). Two large (but slightly fatty) beef back ribs came in a separate bowl with scissors and some broth. It was gladly easy to remove the meat from the bones. The pho had a slightly sweet flavor of broth, and it was steaming hot. While we didn't order the large portions, the phos we got were definitely filling. We also had pork and shrimp spring rolls, and they arrived at the same time as our phos. These were very refreshing. The food came out fast, so this restaurant is definitely good for a quick meal. Also, you'll need to go up to the front to pay for your meal as the servers don't walk the check to your table. The ambience is modern with large tables and comfortable chairs. There's a lot of seating as well, so I wouldn't expect a wait for this restaurant. The only challenge I recognize is the deteriorated parking lot for this plaza.

Meet the new Pho-King in the Rowland/Hacienda Heights area and maybe all of the SGV??? For me, the broth is how I judge pho places and Pho Lovers 4 uses a lot of spices that really comes through with so much flavor without even adding any condiments to it which is how I remember the first time I tried pho. Portions are big here and they let you add either a side of beef ribs or tendons to your bowl of pho for $6 each which are both good deals! This place is just too pho-king good! Check out my pics!

When I have a craving for pho this is my go to spot. Even today as hot as it is outside this place hits the spot every time. The pho is consistently good and service is great as well. I came by myself and literally my food was out in less than 5 min. They give you all the veggies and a side of onions in vinegar upon request. It's located in a shopping center but plenty of signs you can't miss it .

We were visiting family and were looking for a good spot to get Vietnamese food. My wife found this spot and it was well reviewed, so we gave it a try. This place looks and feels refreshing inside. The staff were very accommodating, helpful, and friendly with us. I actually was surprised to be checked in on, as that typically is something I would expect more from a western-style restaurant. Since the food is the most important part, everything we ordered was great! The large Pho "super bowl" was exactly a large I would expect. The broth is really rich and well made. They definitely make their broth in-house, as it was so rich and flavorful. The fried spring rolls were perfect, and they even offered us some pickled onions on the side. I cannot emphasize enough about how great they were with their service.! Came in hungry, left happy! This is our new spot for the area.

Was craving pho and came to support a new spot in the area. Pho is great and service is wonderful.

One of the best pho spots in the area. I believe they're fairly new to this location, but it's clear they know what they're doing since they already have a few other locations (I'm assuming 3 based on their name? Lol) The restaurant is tucked away in a somewhat unusual shopping complex that seems like it's still waiting for more businesses to move in, but don't let that fool you. The space is beautiful inside--clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The large Xe Lửa pho bowl is massive and easily big enough for two people to share. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the quality of the ingredients really stands out. We also ordered the egg rolls, which were super crispy and packed with flavor. They're a little pricey considering you only get two rolls, but they're definitely tasty. Overall, this has quickly become my go-to pho spot. I'll definitely be coming back regularly.

Garlic sautéed filet mignon Pho as recommended by the friendly staff. Sooo bomb. Size small bowl.

Well Dayum, that was one of the best pho ive ever had. I chose the filet mignon pho from the extensive choices of pho combinations they offer. But the friendly attentive wait staff recommended the filet mignon sauteed in garlic version, and that was so bomb. The Broth was incredible. I want more. They got themselves a future returning customer because ingot to try their stone pot version now and there beef back rib pho next time. The price is so much better than the surrounding pho's in the area too. I got a small bowl and it was just right for me considering i wanted a late light lunch, with early dinner plans later on. The atmosphere is really nice and modern and clean. The wait staff actually cares at this location and it might be due to the fact its a family owned business employing some family members. There so many options on the menu for everyones taste. from rice dishes to appetizers and pho ga as well with multiple cuts of chicken to choose from (Wings, breast and thigh) Skip That garbage Phoholic (worst pho this side of sgv). Any other oho spot is better than that place in this area.

Came here base on recommendation from my brother and he was right. Soup was beefy and tasted great. Would return especially on a cold rainy day.

I've been a regular at Pho Lovers 3 for a long time, so I was really happy to see them open a 4th location closer to home. It's nice being able to enjoy one of my favorite pho spots without the usual long drive. The food and service were both excellent. The vermicelli with lemongrass beef and egg rolls was flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Their pho was just as good as always, especially the broth at this location. It has a cleaner, lighter flavor compared to the richer and heavier broth at the other locations, which I personally prefer. Overall, another great experience and definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to.

I've tried quite a few dishes here and honestly everything has been solid. I usually get the house beef noodle but this time I tried the braised pork noodle. The noodles had the perfect bouncy texture, the pork was super tender, and the bok choy added a nice crunch that helped balance the richness of the broth. My friend got the hot and sour chaoshou which was also really good. The dumpling skin was chewy and they were packed with filling. It's also nice that you can customize the oil level in your broth. We ordered the pig ears as an appetizer too. I loved the crunchy texture but the flavor was a bit underwhelming. The initial taste was mostly chili oil and then the flavor kind of disappeared. They have a lot of other great appetizers on the menu so I'd probably skip this one next time. Loved coming here for a late-night meal, but their new automatic tip implementation is a scam…read more The malatang is pretty consistent in flavor and spice, and I prefer the broth from here over some of the other local mala spots nearby. I order the medium spice bone broth every time, but they also have Tomato based broth as an option, which my friends really enjoy. Service is good, from order to serving, it comes out pretty fast. A downside is the quality/cleanliness of the ingredients at times. Occasionally, some ingredients that sit in water get murky (ex. Tofu) and the vegetables get wilted or start to discolor. It's the least of my worries as I continued to return and am satisfied with the taste of the food! What really lowers the rating for this place aside from the subpar quality is the automatically implemented tip in the payment system. I've been going here for the past 2 years and have never been automatically charged for tip, but the last time I went, there wasn't even an option to change or decline the tip. I didn't have the time to question the cashiers when it happened, but based on others' reviews, it confirmed for me that they have recently implemented this system. It's extremely unfair and invalid to require tip without prior informing, and I only had a party of 2 which does not hit the gratuity requirement of 5+ guests. I believe you shouldn't be required to tip a certain amount, or any amount at all, if the service is bare minimum and quite literally their job. This is self serve so that's even less of a reason to force people to tip.
