Excellent Vietnamese food. We had a spiced beef wrapped in herb leaves bun dish, pho ga (one of the best executions I've had of this - good for kids), a grilled chicken shredded pork rice dish with fried egg, chao tom (served in a cylindrical fashion) , spring rolls - delicious. Diner booth type seating. Clean, pleasant, and casual setting. Ordered a passion fruit boba to go.

Ridiculously giant pho portions for the cost without any compromise to flavor. Decor is basic as you'd expect from a local pho shop but clean with many booths, and service is efficient. Summer rolls were delicious and crispy. If you have a car to drive over from visiting Niagara falls like we did, it's definitely worth a stop if you're hungry.

Rude ServerS. Horrible Service, Average food, ordered coffee and reminded Server twice, but coffee still never arrived before we finished eating. we had to cancel order when we settle the bill

Literally the best pho place in GTA, not just niagara. we moved to niagara from toronto the past yr and niagara is def scarce when it comes to food options compared to the city. but this place is a GEM. i feel like its so rare for a place to always be frsh and always be good. but this place is literally ALWAYS FRESH and ALWAYS GOOD. you will not be disappointed. ps- the wonton soup is a must try. YOU'VE GOTTA EAT HERE as you're guaranteed to leave happy and full. Food: 5* | Service: 5* | Cleanliness 5* While waiting an hour to cross the border, we came across a spot where the food looked good online & posts had many 5* ratings. So glad we came across this Authentic Vietnamese restaurant with fantastic friendly service from the moment you walk in the door. This gem is 11 minutes from the US-CAN border and we came in around 9:30PM. Though they close 10PM, the food was still hot and fresh. I've been to many Viet restaurants across Toronto and all over York Region over the past 30 years and have to say this is on my top 3 best list. We order XL Pho Beef Noodle soup and the broth was very flavourful. The soup was served hot and fresh. It had a great beefy flavoured with fresh sliced beef, beef ball, and tripe. Waitress told us that the chefs come in 5AM to start making it. Saturdays are busy so come early so you're not disappointed when they run out. The Vietnamese rice with lemongrass grilled chicken and pork chop with fried egg was well seasoned and flavoured you didn't even need the extra sauce. Cooked to perfection; both cooked well and moist and good portion. Fried Spring Rolls was fresh and crispy with meat and veggie filling. We shared so I got to try all the dishes and they were all excellent. Meal for 3 was under $45 with tax! Can't go wrong...Definitely coming back!

I love the abundance of good Viet food in Niagara Falls. My parents found this place and wanted to bring us to try their offerings and the food was good. We ordered some pho, fried rice and some curry dish and they were all tasty. My only beef is that the noodle soup wasn't piping hot when it came and the service was slow. I am not sure if this place is new but the servers seem confused and often forgot our request for refill of water and things. Overall, it was a good meal but I am not sure if I would go out of my way to eat here.

The tendon came on the side for an $8 charge, and was a bit more tough than normal, but I loved my pho. The bun that I tried was great, as were the rolls. Service: kind service. The app on the QR code menu was a little confusing of whether I had to add certain ingredients or not, but the food was served quickly. Ambiance: fine. Plus, the noodles were stuck together like one big tasteless, noodle brick. I couldn't even pull it easily with chopsticks. I thought I would cry seeing all the happy looking customers around. Most of them ordered soups. My partner's pho looked quite good, but, as he put it, "the broth was below average, the rest of the ingredients were average." Regarding my Hủ Tiếu Xào Quảng Đông/Guangdong-style Stir-fried Rice Noodles (number 606 on the menu), I ate all the broccoli. The shrimp were small and lime juice helped. I totally don't appreciate flower-shaped carrots (didn't eat them, plus celery as well), and the worst, the blob of noodles had no taste whatsoever. For me, it was simply a disappointing experience, but the menu is extensive, and it certainly does not lack a variety of delicious dishes.

It's spacious, airy and clean - the prices were reasonable unlike other spots. We ordered the chicken pho, the pork chop rice and a vermicelli. The broths had a strong depth of flavour with a great umami punch. The portions were good for the price point... the protein was a little on the smaller side but not the worst. The best part... the washrooms were clean! There were 3-4 stalls and the one I used, wasn't moonlighting as a bathroom... win!! Service was good, friendly and kind... they didn't check in on us but they did have a couple of large tables so maybe that's why they were busier. We're adding this to the list and we'd recommend dropping in! It's a bit off the beaten path but plenty of parking. Sorry no photos, too busy trying to keep the munchkins fed and happy.

The bò kho served with bread would taste much better if the broth were thicker. Adding a little cornstarch to create a richer, more stew-like consistency would make it perfect for dipping bread. Another concern is that the bowls, spoons, and cups all had a very strong dish soap smell. It seems like the dish soap wasn't rinsed off completely before putting the dishes into the dishwasher, and the detergent smell stayed on them. This can be harmful to customers' health and also makes the food less enjoyable. The restaurant itself is clean, and the service is very good. My only issue is the strong dish-soap smell on the utensils and dishes -- it really takes away my appetite.

Being Hmong, I try not to be bias, "only Vietnamese people can cook pho! The restaurant started from a Vietnamese owner." Pho Bowl Vietnamese Restaurant I have not had pho in this area of Canada, so I decided to try Pho Bowl. The reviews said this was a good spot. Really? Are you people from mars? How can you say this pho broth is good? It's not even bone broth like it should be. Let me start, we walked in and they gave us an order slip. What? Do I fill it out? Don't expect a big tip. I filled it out. Waited for service. Confused. We eventually got our food. Stop! Their was a long white hair in our food. Nasty. Really. How can you miss it. Nasty. Someone is loosing hair? Old hair. Sorry. You should know better. They did not even remove the item or give us credit. Wow. Your tip is really going to look bad. The pho? I tasted the broth and it was not good at all. For starters, they gave me pork meat. Which is a no no. I know the difference. I ordered the Pho special, I know what I'm expecting. Pho Dac Biet taste better than this. This was clearly a fake pho special. Bad broth. Wrong meat. Sorry. This was a disaster. I had so much high hopes. How can people say their pho was the best in Canada? Wtf? Please. Dumpster fire. $5 tip from $70 bill. That's the kind of service I got. Next to nothing. I paid myself because I took my own order. The only positive is the amount of pho in their extra large. Otherwise this place has gone down. They maybe very good at one time but for sure they are lost. Sell. Update and purge workers. The pho presentation is on par but the broth needs fixing. Don't go cheap on the broth! The place is clean. They need help.

I called to tell the restaurant that we were going to have 30 people come in on a random weekday, and they were able to loop off an area for our party without an issue. The owner was very friendly and gave tips on the area as well as general, very appreciated life advice. Appetizers: we got eggrolls and garlic noodles for everyone. Solid egg rolls, and my partner liked the garlic noodles so much that he looked up how to recreate the recipe at home. It's definitely not something you see on a lot of Vietnamese menus, but it's such a unique, Vietnamese-American creation that I'm glad we were able to try it out here! Main course: I got a banh mi xiu mai, because that's something that's almost impossible to find on the east coast, and it was done exceptionally well. I wish I took pictures of the food, but we were too busy eating and socializing--which is a sign of good food I guess! Would definitely come back if I'm ever craving Viet food and am in the area.
