We snuggled into one of the available booths and felt quite comfortable. The ordering process was easy and convenient. You simply write down your order on a slip of paper. Don't forget about anything. We took our time browsing the menu, and no one rushed us, which I really appreciated. The complimentary tea was, as always, a nice, welcoming gesture. We ordered two soups. The large size was actually massive. The 'Seafood Pho' was not bad, but I wouldn't order it again. I enjoyed beef broth, all the greens and veggies. Unfortunately, the selection of protein was rather disappointing. A bunch of tiny shrimp (some of them had a fishy taste), carved squid, surimi and something similar to fish cake were just not enough to be happy about. It should be called 'Frozen Seafood Medley Pho'. The best choice will definitely be to order one of the Beef Pho options. My partner opted for beef noodle soup Bún bò Huế. It was meaty with lots of beef, pork and blood pudding. I think his only complaint was that the soup wasn't spicy enough. What happened was, he didn't specify the spiciness level when ordering and our server simply didn't bother to ask. So it was mild and a little bland. The Egg Meatloaf / Chả Trứng was something new to me. The moist and delicate texture, with its distinct pork and mushroom flavor, was very good.
