My husband and I visited this place a couple weeks ago. This was on Friday. They close at 830pm and we arrived by 745pm, which I know was cutting it close but we were determined to eat very quickly. The place felt cozy, though at some point a bit too hot. Someone came to take our order as soon as we arrived. The lady that took our ordered seemed upset and annoyed. We got the vegetarian pho which was very good the broth had a pleasant taste to it. There was plenty of broth and noodles. We also got the spring rolls which were just okay. They were hard, which makes me think they might have been old. The peanut sauce was not very good from the color to the taste. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is mainly because of the service. It was around 815pm and they were already shutting down everything. One of the ladies in there even had her purse on her arm. They came to bring the check before we were done eating. We rushed to finish our food because at some point I couldn't see anyone anymore and I genuinely thought they had left. From the moment we walked in to the moment we paid and left no one returned a smile to us. They seemed annoyed that we were there . We left the place at 820ish. As soon as we left they locked up. I understand we were some of their last customers but we did not cause them to stay there past their closing time. I did not feel welcome. I don't think I will be coming back. read more

The interior was ample considering that about 10 of us were able to sit together. Bun bo hue (3/5): fairly oily. Meat was good and tender. Flavor was a bit lacking. Mostly spicy but not very salty. I ordered through Uber Eats and I have to say for delivery service the food was great!! Probably would have been way better in person ! I got the beef noodle soup and it tasted amazing. Everything was packed tightly so no spill. The beef was so tender and cooked as soon as I put it in the broth and the vegetables smelled fresh! I ordered #3 Pho and the hot broth was excellent. As well as garnishes Grilled Pork with Cha Gio rolls on bun rice noodles was delicious. Marinated and grilled Pork flavor was really exquisite. Almost a bit sweet since it gets caramelized on the grill. Nice thin fat trim accentuated the grill char with toasted peanuts. Crisp, Fried Spring rolls were very good, filled with a moist peppery pork and carrot and glass noodle filling that did not get soggy, and was seasoned perfectly. I really liked this place and have been a loyal customer for a while, but my recent experience completely changed that. This time, I ordered the egg rolls like I normally do, assuming they were vegetable since that's how I've always had them before. In the past, my friend ASKED what kind of meat was in them and was told CHICKEN, so I trusted that. This visit, the egg rolls tasted different, so I double checked and asked, the server told me the meat inside is pork. I can't eat pork, so I asked politely if I could exchange them or get a refund, but the staff refused and said it was already in the system (they just kept shaking their heads and made me feel like I was in the wrong, without offering any solution, so I ended up paying for something I couldn't eat). The way they handled the situation was very unprofessional and rude. One staff member even said, "You already took a bite out of this, I can't serve it to other people," which was very concerning. I wasn't asking for it to be served to anyone else, but the fact that this was even mentioned raises serious food safety concerns. It's very concerning to be given incorrect information about ingredients, especially for people with dietary restrictions. The food was so fresh, it felt like the ingredients had just come from the garden, and the meat was so tender it practically fell apart on the fork. The Pho broth here is clean and simple in my opinion, adding your choice of sauces and side dishes to eat alongside your soup is just a great combo. I typically order the #1 it comes with all the fixing of beef that they have especially my favorites, tendon and beef meatballs. It's served with your side veggies and upon request they can give you more. Beef Banh Mi - The beef is seasoned nicely and the fresh jalapeño, carrots, greens and mayo balance the flavors out into the fresh bread. Their chicken wings are simply fried, not much seasoning that it over other chicken flavor but enough to not be plain. The sauce that it's served with is the show stopper lol such a great match, crispy goodness dipped into a sweet and tangy sauce. Thai tea is refreshing and of course sweet but if you let the ice melt a bit it's just perfect after your meal. Service is direct, fast and clean.
