Guys at the counter are all smiles and ready to assist, prices seem fair ($5 bobas). But I'm neurotic about cleanliness, as well as seeing where my food is made - and this didn't tick my boxes. I especially didn't like that a random curtain hung behind the order counter to conceal the food preparation area, so I politely left. The people eating at the tables seemed happy enough.

    Banh Xeo (Vietnamese crepe)

I really wanted vietnamese crepe (Banh Xeo) and had seen a great review of this restaurant for their Pho, so I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered a frozen drink with mango, strawberry and pineapple and strawberry popping boba, it was super tasty and a welcome on such a hot day. The crepe came out and it looked pretty weird to me. I have probably had this dish over 100 times in at least 4 different states and this one was orange, where all the rest were yellow. The texture was also more gummy than crispy, kind of like and undercooked pancake. It had shrimp pork and bean sprouts inside, but the filling was kind of sparse. The veggies were cut very nicely, but way bigger than I am used to having. The fish sauce was very bland, but nothing a few squares of Sriracha couldn't fix. Overall the taste was good, everything was fresh, I just wish it were crispy. I will definitely be back to try their pho. The lady that waited on me was very friendly and attentive. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted in my drink too. It's a cute restaurant witg lots of seating, including counter seating. You seat yourself or can order to go from the counter.

If you get a chance, do not pass this gem up. Nice modern bistro with really great Vietnamese food. Service is great and the local vibes were chill. Great rice specials and tasty pho. I am beyond obsessed with their Strawberry Boba

No broth ‍ its like eating dry pho

Came here with high expectations but it was a total disappointment. Got their pho and it's mediocre at best. They're very skimpy with the broth which was cloudy so you know it's not from boiling clean bones for hours. Noodles had no chew, totally over cooked and were all broken in pieces where you can literally eat with just a spoon.

Generous portions, good menu and large bubble tea options. I've been here a few times recently. I am a vegetarian and I can find good options here. I did the tofu soup and sandwich combo which was a nice deal, the sandwich was a bit plain though. On another visit, I did the curry tofu with vermicelli noodle; it was a different combination but tasty. I will def order with rice next time though. My friend ordered the Vietnamese crepe and it looked pretty impressive; she said it was really good. The Pho NOLA bubble tea (mango with a bit of spice) is fantastic!! I also like the thai tea too.

If you are looking for good authentic Vietnamese food then look no further, pho Nola is the place to go. They have a pretty extensive menu with different rice dishes, noodle dishes, pho, and smoothies. There's something for everyone whether you're a meat lover or vegetarian. I had the banh xeo (Vietnamese crepe) and the bun Bo hue. They were both good. The bun Bo hue has a good kick to it and they were generous with their meat portions. Probably the best bun hue I've had in New Orleans so far. The banh xeo came out hot and crispy and they did not skimp on the fillings either! The inside was clean with plenty of tables. They are located in a small shopping complex with plenty of parking spaces. Overall I highly recommend and I can't wait to come back and try their rice dishes

    Green Tea Latte.

Disclaimer: review based on smoothies only. We tried the Green Tea Latte and Island Crush. They were both very good! The Island Crush was bursting with fruity flavor and the Green Tea Latte had a "clean" taste. Both smoothies had a milky background flavor, so if you are not a fan of that, beware! The smoothies are also a nice bang for your buck. The cups were a nice size for only $6 a piece. Customer service was fine. The restaurant was clean. Service was a bit slow to say there were not many customers. However, the young lady was working the smoothie machine solo dolo.

I ordered the shrimp pho and was pleasantly surprised. The broth was light but still packed with flavor. It didn't feel heavy, but it still hit the spot. They were generous with the shrimp. They were a good size and there were plenty of them. I left full and satisfied. The space itself is cute and tucked into a tiny strip mall, nothing over the top but still a nice vibe for a casual meal. Service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The only downside was that they were out of quite a few items. The staff mentioned it was because we came on the later side of the early evening (around 4 pm), which felt a little early to be running low, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, a solid find and I'll return the next time I'm in town.

The restaurant sets off cute date or special event night vibes with its trendy, inviting atmosphere. I love how the bar and main dining area are separated- you can either dine at the tables or go next door to hang out for drinks. We stopped by for a late lunch and were greeted warmly by our sweet waitress Mikayla. She was very helpful and patient with any questions we had with items on the menu. Service was stellar A+++ !!! Now onto the incredible FOOD: Bo Ne - filet mignon steak cubes & eggs (10/10): When an entree comes out sizzling & the aroma wakes you up- you know it has to be AMAZINGLY FLAVORFUL & FANTASTIC! Spread the butter & pate on the toasted bread, then use it to soak up all the INCREDIBLE flavor explosion from the sizzling steak & eggs!!! *VOILA chef's kiss* (side note: I grew up in Houston & had Bo Ne fairly regularly & I honestly think Ba Chi elevates this dish to another realm!!!) Curry clams & fries (10/10): I was worried I wouldn't like it because I wanted mussels, which were unavailable. To my surprise, this dish was another great hit !!! The yellow curry flavors were unique - a bit of heat & spice but not overwhelming. Next time, I would ask for the fries to be served on the side so that they stay crispy! We really wanted to slurp down a gallon of the curry- it really was THAT good! Pro tip: get a side of vermicelli noodles (or rice), mix it with the leftover curry & proceed to gobble it all up if you have room left in your tummy! Spicy lemongrass chicken wings (8/10): These were good-sized wings that packed a little punch with the spice! We enjoyed the spicy lemongrass flavor of the crispy wings (be aware that not everyone has a palate for lemongrass- they have other flavors available for those less adventurous eaters). DRINK: Dragon Slay-Her: what a gorgeous & beautiful drink - the dragon fruit margarita was a specialty cocktail I've never had before and I LOVED IT !!! (10/10) Their espresso martini with ube foam is another popular cocktail & I look forward to trying it on my next visit! TL; DR: If you're wanting to FIRE UP and add some PIZAZZ & all that jazz to your fabulous foodie life, then make lunch/dinner/drink plans for Ba Chi! You'll have the best dining experience there with quality food and top notch service! We LOVEDDD & enjoyed our dining experience today!
