This is quite steep for Wichita, especially with the pho being 70% broth, 15% noodles and 5% meat. They used very cheap cuts of meat including super thin dry slices of brisket and 4 pieces of cheap cuts of round eye and 1 meatball cut into three pieces. Broth tase was below average, it was passable but not very good. Absolutely no aroma of the pho spices. They were so skimpy on the veggies. Like come on you are in Wichita why you charging California prices? It's the 5 star reviews that get me, like do you not know what good pho is? Pho here is below average. We ordered grilled pork and steamed shrimp fresh spring rolls for appetizers and then for the main course I got the beef pho and my husband got the vermicelli noodles with grilled pork, fried shrimp, spring rolls and veggies. I asked her if she could bring a little extra beans sprouts, cilantro and basil leaves with jalapeño pieces to add to my pho, and she just didn't even charge extra for it. That kind of kindness is missing nowdays because everyone up charges for the smallest extra condiment, but here they really serve from their heart. Everything we ate was extremely fresh and tasted amazing. We loved it so much that we ordered two more vermicelli bowls to take with us for dinner!! (Our dinner was satisfying as well) And again, she packed extra condiments for free and told me not to take the leftover plate of free condiments she had given earlier. That really blew my mind. It's small things like this that tell you how good the business is and if they really care about their customers. I highly recommend this spot to everyone passing through Wichita and even the locals.
