Tried Pho Chopstix tonight for first time, sadly disappointed. Spent $35 Plus Tip for 6- Rangoon 1- Kung Pao Chicken and 1 -Shrimp LoMein. Asked for side of fried rice and got literally less than a 1/2 cup of rice. The Kung Pao Chicken was all Water chestnuts, celery and peanuts. Can count maybe 5-6 tiny strands of chicken that amount to maybe 1 oz of actual chicken. Literally no chicken in the entree ... combined with the smallest portion of fried rice equals disappointment. I highly recommend Pho Chopstix. The restaurant is family-owned and everybody is so nice! There are a lot of food options on the menu such as pho (you need to try the pho), other Vietnamese dishes and Chinese food. I have tried the pho, fried rice, orange chicken, garlic chicken and the crab rangoons and everything was delicious! Also, I recommend to try the Vietnamese coffee. The food at Pho Chopstix is perfect for this time of year and very cold weather. I was in the mood for soup/pho, so I ordered the Pho Combination soup. The Pho combination was amazing and consisted of 4 delicious meats, with the usual pho accompaniments (Basil, Bean Sprouts, Jalapeño, and Lime. We also ordered the Vietnamese Spring rolls (which consisted of 4 spring rolls) and the Vermicelli Noodles with Grilled Pork and Shrimp. The Vietnamese Spring rolls were amazing and the perfect sides, if you have more than one person all 4 rolls will probably get eaten. The Vermicelli Noodles were noteworthy, they are a great alternative if you are not in the mood of soup/pho. I highly recommend Pho Choptix, whether you are in the mood for pho or Chinese Food (they have an extensive Chinese Menu), you will not be disappointed. read more

If you want amazing Pho - RUN DONT WALK to Pho Chopstix!! I used to work close and was introduced to Pho many years ago by the friendly family that owns the place. The broth- oh the broth is beyond anything I have ever tasted. My favorite is the chicken Pho but the beef steak pho is a very close second. Because my job moved, I have tried Pho many other places. NO PLACE compares to Pho Chopstix! I now drive to Wichita JUST to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and the delicious food. P.S. Szechuan chicken here is not good. Doesn't even have the correct seasoning. It's just a normal dish you can get anywhere. Szechaun should have peppercorns and chili's. I also asked for extra hot and it's like going to dillons for Chinese food. The pho is good though. I dont recommend the Chinese dishes. read more

Like many, Pho Chopstix offers a variety of Chinese dishes to placate the timid, but you and I are here for the pho. And maybe some cafe sua da. The broth of the dac biet was well-seasoned long before I arrived, and the brisket rare enough to cook ever so slowly as I ate. Warm and cozy location with friendly service every single time we come here. They always have lunch specials which is a plus and their Vietnamese sandwiches are delicious. I usually order the beef or chicken pho and I'm a huge fan of their Vietnamese coffee. It's around the corner from our house so it's very convenient! First time since the new ownership and introduction of pho to the menu. Had the regular size bowl of eye of round, sirloin tendon and meatball pho and a Korean pork sandwich. The pho was light and refreshing. The broth could have been a bit more seasoned for my taste but nothing a little salt and pepper didn't fix. Noodles were spot on, meat was tender and flavorful. Complimentary plate of standard veggies came with the pho to include bean sprouts, mint leaves, sliced jalepeño and lime wedges. The sandwich was phenomenal. The pork was perfectly cooked and seasoned with that nice char broil flavor. The vegetables crisp and fresh and bathed in a delicious fish sauce. The roll was crispy on the outside,soft inside and a perfect carrier for the yummies onboard. Atmosphere is casual, place was clean, neat and service was very good. Washed it down with a Thai tea w/ boba which was also very tasty and refreshing. Looking forward to go back and sample more of their menu. Oh and cost was not bad. Two sandwiches, two regular bowls of pho (I can't imagine eating the large bowl in one sitting...I didn't finish all the broth in my regular bowl), the Thai tea and an iced tea for $33. read more

Started at a 5, down to a 4, now I'm dropping to 2. Why? I ordered the Bun Thit Nuong today (rice noodles with grilled pork). While it wasn't *bad*, if I closed my eyes, I would've thought I was having spaghetti and meat, like say, Italian-style spaghetti. Very strange. Everything was fresh, but not very authentic. I noticed the usual older ladies weren't there today, and instead it was filled with high-school looking staff. They were polite and all, but I wonder if the quality suffers when the boss is gone.
