Delicious food while driving through town. If you're craving Vietnamese food, I recommend it! Service was very attentive.

Huge shoutout to the workers here! You can tell they work tirelessly here but the food comes out so delicious and warm for the soul. I definitely ate more with my eyes than my stomach however. It's not typical to find spots that allow you to order just the pho broth but here they do! I ordered the smallest size too and they gave me a giant bowl which I so very much appreciated but felt bad about not being able to finish. I loved their spring rolls and the pork chop. The pork chop was a little thinner and drier than I had expected but the whole meal felt so comforting and honestly everything was delicious.

I might be biased because this isn't really my type of thing but food was ok. Chicken was super bland and tasted like thanksgiving turkey. Broth was good once it was spruced up with soy sauce and sriracha. Service was ok. They had their child crying in the restaurant and were holding it in between serving us. Ambiance is great. It's clean enough with dim lighting.

Food was good, the chill oil not thot at all Service was okay they never checked to refill water. Over all the feel was good just that we was close to two other tables that one lady just cough cough and other burping. Thai tea was good not to strong but not watered down

Honestly best Vietnamese food I've found in Arkansas. Grilled pork vermicelli bowl was fabulous. Flat noodles were good, perhaps a little bland for our taste. Either way we will be back! Service was great, people were super nice!

Forgot the name of these noodles but they were amazing!!!!!!

This is our go to place for pho. Can't go wrong with a classic pho, but I also enjoy the M3 stir fried wide noodles.

I've had Saiwok bookmarked for awhile as it was recommended by a fellow local friend that frequently dines here. I went with what the staff recommended for me. Customized Bowl - I chose Brisket with vermicelli noodles Imperial rolls (3) Brussel sprouts Lychee sangria Little did I know it was 3 separate dishes I was recommended In California when we order this dish (Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò), it comes with an eggroll on the side that gives you an option of pork or veggie. So when the cashier asked if I wanted to add imperial rolls, I was like sure I'd like pork please, I asked if there was anything else the recommended for me, The cashier made a mention that they had really good Brussels sprouts and so I said let's add that too! I added a Lychee Sangria to top my solo dinner, was handed a cup and told to sit anywhere I'd like and the food would be out shortly. I think I was a little taken back by my $54 solo tab for dinner but was hangry, The food came out shortly and it was 3 separate dishes. :O Imperial rolls were small but crispy and good. Brussels sprouts were indeed good but had alittle too much glaze dressing for me. The bowl came out and it was lacking on the brisket meat. It was filled with tons of vermicelli noodles! It did end up being way too much food for me. I ended up taking some Togo and mixed in the Brussels with the vermicelli salad bowl to take to the hotel for a late night snack. I would come back to try other things and maybe avoid ordering too much and ask if what is being suggested is too much for one person. The vibe inside is pretty chill. Ample parking outside.

4/22/26 This family…read moreowned business was highly recommended by a local friend and I had promised to check this place out the next time I was in town. Well Yelpers, I've found my new fave Northwest Arkansas restaurant! TBH, I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived. It looked like a modernized restaurant with an open kitchen. I opened the door to the restaurant and waited to check in and a handsome young boy asked if I had reservations and I advised I didn't and he asked if I wanted to sit indoor or outdoor. He grabbed a menu and helped me to my table. I was quickly greeted by a staff member and given a glass of water and was told that there isn't an assigned server but that multiple staff members will work together to attend my table. After eating American and Italian food all week on my business travels, I was craving some authentic simple home cooked food and this location brought me virtually home for dinner. For those of you that know me or have been following my review journey, have gotten to know my household ethnicities. When I saw the House 1830 Menu, it was a delightful mix of Vietnamese and Laotian food! The color purple was present from accent walls by the kitchen to my cloth napkin on the plate sets, to the "seasonal" menu font color all tie together with staff uniforms including the outdoor purple umbrella above the outdoor seating space. They even have custom pillows on the bench seating with the House 1830 logos. Susana, one of the owners came to greet me and asked if I've been here before or if it's my first time. She shared that her husband Binh was the head chef today and many patrons typically think it's a fusion restaurant but it's really a family inspired menu that keeps the food as authentic as possible. Binh is Vietnamese and their sister in law Bé is Laotian. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Bé as she was celebrating her birthday elsewhere as she should. Susana shared that her contribution is the inspired cocktail menu...which had so many yummy options that you don't see anywhere else. They had a Lychee Martini on the menu but I see it often everywhere so I ordered the Longan Martini to try and it was delish! I started with my roots and ordered a Vietnamese House Sampler described as a sampling of the crowd favorite starters. Cha Gio | Mini Banh Xeo | Bo Xien Tam for $21. The eggrolls were crispy and had the right amount of filling well seasoned, the Bite-size Banh Xeo shrimp crepes was light and the flash fried marinated beef skewers were seasoned to perfection with a family marinade. Lettuce, cilantro, mint along with the various nuoc cham (dipping sauces) were great! I didn't want to fill up as I wanted one of my favorite Lao dishes Nam Khao - Crispy red curry seasoned rice combined with small chunks of cured pork, and spices. It comes with lettuce, mint, cilantro where you can eat it like a lettuce wrap or eat it as is like fried rice for $18. This light entree for me hit the spot. The staff was exceptional, occasionally stopping g by to check if my water was ok or if I needed anything. I went to check out the bathroom to wash my hands and thought the wall murals were trendy and happy to see the restrooms were clean. I stopped at the open kitchen and complimented the chef and his staff on my delicious meal. They were very cheery and thankful for the compliment. Went back to my table and contemplated another cocktail or dessert but I was really beyond stuffed and figured I'll be back and to save options for my next visit. Chef Binh stopped by my table and we started talking about a little of everything. The restaurant concept, the seasonally inspired menu and to keep things fun for regular diners, shhhh....you didn't hear it from me...but there's even a secret menu that changes often! You'll have to ask or sign up to get the details! You don't get many seasonal menu options from Asian restaurants so I love that they have a seasonal menu and a secret one that only the special members know about! Come check out House 1830! You will not be disappointed yes, I'll be back to visit Binh, Susana and team! Thanks for the hospitality! Thank you, Zerric for the best recommendation! Xoxo

Concrete floors, industrial ceiling, metal chairs and tables and an open kitchen. It's very nice, but it just wasn't what I expected. They have team service, and I like the idea of it. But in practice, it was initially bumpy and overwhelming. We got asked for our drink order like 3 times, by 3 different people in less than 5 minutes. The service itself was preventing me from being able to read the menu! There are some unique cocktails, so I actually needed to focus and read about them. Our food was really, really good. We ordered a couple appetizers (wish they had fresh spring rolls in addition to the fried ones), and my husband had the Crying Tiger Steak, which was mouthwatering (though pretty fatty/gristly -- could've used a tad more butchering). Both the appetizers and my husband's steak came with specific instructions from the server of how to eat it properly: first put this on it, then add this, etc. It's not my favorite when chefs tell me HOW to eat their food. Can I just eat it? And figure it out for myself, how I like it? We aren't from Arkansas, and from what I can see, House 1830 is not a typical local restaurant, which is great. The chef was out of the country when we were there (at a food competition?), so not sure how that factored in to our visit. I'd recommend going there -- just wanted to clarify some things from other reviewers.

Over the past few years, the quality and taste of the food has gone down while the prices have increased. Most recently, we ordered: kimchi jaeyook rice bowl, bahnbahn rice bowl, tteokbokki, japchae, and KFC. The rice bowls were both too sweet and salty. We took one bite of the tteokbokki and it was SO SALTY, inedible to eat more than one rice cake and had to be tossed! Japchae was flavorless. The KFC was also very salty.
