We decided we needed some pho for lunch and Pho85 was in our neighborhood. We stopped in and the store is clean and welcoming. There is plenty of seating. The waitress was quick for orders and had our drinks in a flash. I ordered the chicken pho and my fries had the bahn mi sandwich and spring rolls. The food arrived in a few minutes and it was piping hot! The pho I ordered was very large in portion size which was awesome because I was starving. My friends sandwich was great. I went again...a week later. Got the SP3, and it blew my mind. It was somehow even better than the noodle soup I had the first time. Hearty, flavorful, spicy, and served at the perfect temperature. If you haven't tried this place, please come in. But be warned, you might love it so much, you'll become a regular! I was visiting family and came in to enjoy a nice bowl of pho. The portions were generous and the food was delicious! Something bout those beef ribs in your pho just hits different! There are plenty of tables available, half of them with booth seating. It's cozy and spacious and well lit! While I was there, I even got a chance to chat with the owners of the restaurant and they are very pleasant, kind, hardworking people. I'm from California and we have a TON of great pho restaurants. However, there's just a special Southern hospitality vibe (in my West-coast opinion) about this restaurant and you can taste that comfort in the food. So let me start off by saying the food is AMAZING. The chicken broth was phenomenal with a kick of spice and the meat was tender and the add on's were perfect. However no matter how good the food is service can make or break an experience. While I was at the front ordering with my friend a gentleman from the kitchen came back and told me in an extremely rude manor that I needed to have a different shirt on. I reassured him that I will go outside once I pay for my food and he then proceeded to huff and puff at me and informed me that my business is not needed. So as far as I'm concerned this establishment has lost a regular customer and on top of that I will be recommending all of my friends and family to other pho places because we meet once every Sunday to eat pho. I was SHOCKED by the flavor of the pho. Now I will say I love to doctor up my Pho as much as the next Viet person but I swear it to you that the broth does not need it!!! I back what I said about another joint nearby being the best Vietnamese in town- this place is it. I even convinced the bf to love and crave pho. I happened upon this place while in from out of town. I travel often and have ate pho in pretty much every town I've been too, and it's been more than I can count. This place beats all of them. No lie! I called to ask about vegan pho broth, which they had. The lady whom I assume is the owner was the friendliest person. I felt comfortable eating there with how transparent she was with their vegan menu options. The veggie broth is amazing. Lots of flavor and not a clear see through broth. It was a bit heavy on the anise but the broth had body and was fragrant. Which is honestly harder to find than one may think. The portion size was large and the veggie to noodle ratio was spot on. My only minor complaint is my noodles were a bit over cooked, I did get take out so next time I will ask for them a bit under to compensate. This place is a gem for Rogers AR, the pho beats some of the most known restaurants I've been to in Dallas. Will definitely come back when I can! read more
