I went again...a week later. Got the SP3, and it blew my mind. It was somehow even better than the noodle soup I had the first time. Hearty, flavorful, spicy, and served at the perfect temperature. The chef came out to double check on a request we had made dietarily, so shout out there. Our waitress, Brenna, was super helpful. Love this joint.

This restaurant can get very busy if you go during lunch hours! I enjoyed my iced Thai tea because it was not too sweet. The bun bo hue (BBH) is also very good! Nice aromatic flavor with a hint of sweetness. I also enjoyed their Khao Piek which is a seasonal item. I do wish the noodles were a little more chewy and bouncy. It maybe just be me but I felt like I could have had more noodles in my bowl.

Sliced beef pho...holy smokes that hit the spot. I e been craving a good bowl of piping hot noodle soup for years and this just hit the spot. The space is exactly what I'd expect with cool music and great service! Perfect spot for when temps get freezing.

The pho is so good! The broth is tasty and noodles are thin. So yummy! Definitely will come back again! Friendly staff and nice little place.

    The outside

So let me start off by saying the food is AMAZING. The chicken broth was phenomenal with a kick of spice and the meat was tender and the add on's were perfect. However no matter how good the food is service can make or break an experience. While I was at the front ordering with my friend a gentleman from the kitchen came back and told me in an extremely rude manor that I needed to have a different shirt on. I reassured him that I will go outside once I pay for my food and he then proceeded to huff and puff at me and informed me that my business is not needed. So as far as I'm concerned this establishment has lost a regular customer and on top of that I will be recommending all of my friends and family to other pho places because we meet once every Sunday to eat pho. Great food but do not expect tremendous service.

This is a great little place in north Bentonville! They have fairly quick service for dine in, or are great for takeout. They were able to do my dish gluten free, which is always a plus! They have a few gluten free options, as well as vegan. Would go here again!

The waiter was so friendly and offered suggestions for us. He was spot on. The place is clean. You can tell the locals eat here. The outside doesn't do it justice. Our first experience with Vietnamese was not our last.

I am a big man and have been all over the world. I like to eat and have had a lot of banh mi. Hands down, this was the freshest and best I have ever had. Bread was perfect and the right amount of crunch, and the meat was plentiful and to die for. Will definitely be going back be trying every item on the menu!

I DoorDashed this right to my front door! I'm new in town& wanting to try all the yummy eateries. Everything was packed with care. This is some of the best crab Rangoon I've ever had - it's so light and crispy. I would definitely recommend trying- don't really recommend the tofu though- other than that- delicious !!

    Super cool Pho spot!

In town for an event and decided to trust the Yelp crew here for their recommendations. Yum! Pho 85 was delicious. I especially appreciate that they offer a vegan pho. It's hard to find out and truly the best I've had. Love the vibe and the service is great! Thank you Pho 85!

    Salt and Pepper Prawns

Yaaay!! I can finally review this place!! Hands down the best service I've ever had at a pho restaurant. I would be surprised if anyone ever got half way through their glass of water without being asked at least twice if they would like a refill! Now as for the food. I was SHOCKED by the flavor of the pho. Now I will say I love to doctor up my Pho as much as the next Viet person but I swear it to you that the broth does not need it!!! The flavors were very balanced!! Pro tip: If you like spicy ask for the chili oil. I also had the salt and pepper prawns and the KA PIEK. NEEDLESS TO SAY...both were AMAZING. And if a place is offering Ka Piek to order you best believe I will be back!!! Thank you guys for such an amazing meal! I'm in love!! (My American boyfriend is too)

I've had Saiwok bookmarked for awhile as it was recommended by a fellow local friend that frequently dines here. I went with what the staff recommended for me. Customized Bowl - I chose Brisket with vermicelli noodles Imperial rolls (3) Brussel sprouts Lychee sangria Little did I know it was 3 separate dishes I was recommended In California when we order this dish (Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò), it comes with an eggroll on the side that gives you an option of pork or veggie. So when the cashier asked if I wanted to add imperial rolls, I was like sure I'd like pork please, I asked if there was anything else the recommended for me, The cashier made a mention that they had really good Brussels sprouts and so I said let's add that too! I added a Lychee Sangria to top my solo dinner, was handed a cup and told to sit anywhere I'd like and the food would be out shortly. I think I was a little taken back by my $54 solo tab for dinner but was hangry, The food came out shortly and it was 3 separate dishes. :O Imperial rolls were small but crispy and good. Brussels sprouts were indeed good but had alittle too much glaze dressing for me. The bowl came out and it was lacking on the brisket meat. It was filled with tons of vermicelli noodles! It did end up being way too much food for me. I ended up taking some Togo and mixed in the Brussels with the vermicelli salad bowl to take to the hotel for a late night snack. I would come back to try other things and maybe avoid ordering too much and ask if what is being suggested is too much for one person. The vibe inside is pretty chill. Ample parking outside.

4/22/26 This family…read moreowned business was highly recommended by a local friend and I had promised to check this place out the next time I was in town. Well Yelpers, I've found my new fave Northwest Arkansas restaurant! TBH, I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived. It looked like a modernized restaurant with an open kitchen. I opened the door to the restaurant and waited to check in and a handsome young boy asked if I had reservations and I advised I didn't and he asked if I wanted to sit indoor or outdoor. He grabbed a menu and helped me to my table. I was quickly greeted by a staff member and given a glass of water and was told that there isn't an assigned server but that multiple staff members will work together to attend my table. After eating American and Italian food all week on my business travels, I was craving some authentic simple home cooked food and this location brought me virtually home for dinner. For those of you that know me or have been following my review journey, have gotten to know my household ethnicities. When I saw the House 1830 Menu, it was a delightful mix of Vietnamese and Laotian food! The color purple was present from accent walls by the kitchen to my cloth napkin on the plate sets, to the "seasonal" menu font color all tie together with staff uniforms including the outdoor purple umbrella above the outdoor seating space. They even have custom pillows on the bench seating with the House 1830 logos. Susana, one of the owners came to greet me and asked if I've been here before or if it's my first time. She shared that her husband Binh was the head chef today and many patrons typically think it's a fusion restaurant but it's really a family inspired menu that keeps the food as authentic as possible. Binh is Vietnamese and their sister in law Bé is Laotian. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Bé as she was celebrating her birthday elsewhere as she should. Susana shared that her contribution is the inspired cocktail menu...which had so many yummy options that you don't see anywhere else. They had a Lychee Martini on the menu but I see it often everywhere so I ordered the Longan Martini to try and it was delish! I started with my roots and ordered a Vietnamese House Sampler described as a sampling of the crowd favorite starters. Cha Gio | Mini Banh Xeo | Bo Xien Tam for $21. The eggrolls were crispy and had the right amount of filling well seasoned, the Bite-size Banh Xeo shrimp crepes was light and the flash fried marinated beef skewers were seasoned to perfection with a family marinade. Lettuce, cilantro, mint along with the various nuoc cham (dipping sauces) were great! I didn't want to fill up as I wanted one of my favorite Lao dishes Nam Khao - Crispy red curry seasoned rice combined with small chunks of cured pork, and spices. It comes with lettuce, mint, cilantro where you can eat it like a lettuce wrap or eat it as is like fried rice for $18. This light entree for me hit the spot. The staff was exceptional, occasionally stopping g by to check if my water was ok or if I needed anything. I went to check out the bathroom to wash my hands and thought the wall murals were trendy and happy to see the restrooms were clean. I stopped at the open kitchen and complimented the chef and his staff on my delicious meal. They were very cheery and thankful for the compliment. Went back to my table and contemplated another cocktail or dessert but I was really beyond stuffed and figured I'll be back and to save options for my next visit. Chef Binh stopped by my table and we started talking about a little of everything. The restaurant concept, the seasonally inspired menu and to keep things fun for regular diners, shhhh....you didn't hear it from me...but there's even a secret menu that changes often! You'll have to ask or sign up to get the details! You don't get many seasonal menu options from Asian restaurants so I love that they have a seasonal menu and a secret one that only the special members know about! Come check out House 1830! You will not be disappointed yes, I'll be back to visit Binh, Susana and team! Thanks for the hospitality! Thank you, Zerric for the best recommendation! Xoxo
