I would say the dine in setting is intimate, I can picture a coworker lunch, solo dine or a date night comfortably here. I ordered the Beef pho the broth was still piping hot when I made it home and they included all the sauce and veggies necessary for the best way to assemble the soup! I was visiting family in the area so we stopped in for lunch here. It wasn't busy so we ordered and got our food right away. I will say the food was good.....until my husband found the plastic straw wrapper in his Pho Dac Biet. He was halfway through the bowl and pulls up the plastic straw wrapper with the noodles. At first he thought he dropped his plastic straw wrapper in there by accident somehow. We quickly scanned the table to make sure all of our plastic straw wrappers for our drinks were account for. Sadly, the extra wrapper came from the kitchen and was mixed in with his Pho. Sadly I didn't snap a pic for proof as we felt so disgusted. It will be our first and last stop here. read more

Staff were direct and visibly uninterested in customers lol. Our orders came out quickly. 8. FRESH SPRING ROLL (no pork): They kindly accommodated our request to omit pork! Fresh, succulent, and savory. The peanut sauce is excellent. 67. SPECIAL COMBO NOODLE SOUP: The soup is great. Noodles are good. No notes. We were large party and unfortunately there was only one waiter. Needless to say, not the quickest meal. Lots of Viet dishes- but hit or miss. The good: Banh xeo was crispy, Bulgogi steak lots of flavor (Viet version lots lemon grass). Boba drinks excellent. The bad: stir fry meh, bun bo hue was way too spicy, seafood soup bland. Tom Cuon Chien Gion- Crispy Shrimp Rolls are always good & the sauce they come with is really good to dip them in! The 94. Com Chien Ga Quay was with rotisserie chicken, which was good - But I think I would prefer it pre-cut up, rather than me picking the meat off the bones...Everyone at Pho Viet is Super nice and so was the delivery person too!! Wow! I should probably be giving this lovely restaurant five stars. However, five stars to me means perfection; absolutely no room for improvement. If I could, I would give this restaurant a 4.8 - minimum! The food is extremely fresh and made to order. If you plan to take out you should call and place your order prior to arrival. I've ordered twice and each time it took about 20 minutes for my food to be prepared. The staff seems to be very invested in their customers. When I ordered the first time she took the time to explain the dish and make sure that that is what I was anticipating. She also let me taste the sauce that would go on it. This was very appreciated. I'm a huge fan of Vietnamese food! Yelp knows this and wherever I am if I look for food, it recommends several Vietnamese places near me first. I love this! Thank you Yelp! I tried Pho Viet 2 since there is not a lot of Vietnamese in the area where I am right now. It was okay, i huge menu which is always complex for me. Good but also overwhelming. I was getting this to go and my rule is that I never get pho to go. It really needs to be eaten at the restaurant. I've done it a few times and while it's not bad, it's not quite the same. I went with my go-to dish of vermicelli (bun) with chicken. It was good but not great. I would eat here again if I didn't have better choices, my partner got a mixed bun and he agreed it was just okay as well. I believe he got pork and shrimp. He got a quail appetizer which he also described as okay. I got the summer rolls which were good but the peanut sauce seemed to be a bit watery. We got passion fruit bubble teas. I don't usually get them, so based on my experience this was made well and tasted good but it was so sweet that I literally could only drink about 25% of it. That's not a criticism of the restaurant. I just can't handle those extra sweet bubble teas! My partner drank his and the rest of mine but admits the sugar is extreme! read more

Ate there yesterday afternoon. Was surprisingly busy for 3 pm. We were seated in a reasonable time frame. Table was clean, drink was brought out quickly. Waitresses was very polite and good at her job. Ordered food, there was an issue with one of the ingredients in one of the dishes. Was offered alternative which was fine. It's an average pho place. I have eaten here 3 time And I must say it's kinda pricey. The boba isn't anything special. If you are eating here I would reccomend dinning in, the amount of food you get is very diverse from dinning to pickup. The chicken pho had a nice light flavorful broth that went well with the noodles and vegetables. The rice plate had a great balance between the savory meat and the sweet but tangy marinade and the serving size was just enough to finish. Overall if I'm in the mood for pho and need something that is quick and easy to access I would go here. read more

Upon entering I noticed one other customer. I sat down and ordered egg rolls and #67. While the egg rolls took a couple of minutes to come out, it was almost 20 minutes before my main dish. Why? Okay I love it here! I broke my bubble tea cherry last night and I was so excited! I dined in at around 6:30 and there were a few people eating here as well. Our server quickly attended us and went over the combinations of boba tea. I went with the mango tea & lychee pearls and my mom had the passion fruit slushee with passion fruit pearls. It took a little while since they were busy with take out and dine in orders and plus our server was the only one assisting those dining in and placing take-out orders. The menu is huge, though so I definitely needed time to look over what I was going to have. My mom had come here before and swore by the pho so we ordered that, along with the beef short ribs, cracked rice, and side of fried rice. You guys, let me tell you this was some of the best Asian cuisine I ever had. Not only was the food seasoned well, but the portions are massive, and the customer service made it even better. I went back and forth between a 4 or a 5 star review here, and ultimately decided on 4. First off, this place is located in a raggedy strip mall, the interior is eh, and usually only 1-2 people working. But we know this, and since it is literally 5 minutes from our home, we find ourselves going back (not many other options for pho here). The quail appetizer 5/5, spring rolls that you make yourself 5/5(pictured), they don't have the lotus salad on the menu(really wish they did!!), and the Vietnamese iced coffee 5/5. I love the BUN BO HUE, although it seems that every other time it's great.. then good... That's part of the reason why I gave 4 and not 5 stars... but the main reason would be that I feel the portions of meat that are given in the pho/noodle soups are small for the price. The noodle portions are too much. I think they come pre-packaged, but none the less.... It needs more meat. Honestly for $12.50-$14.95 soups, you don't get much meat. That's my main critique, otherwise, we will continue going here. read more

Was a wonderful experience again!! The staff was exceptional, at one point we had 3 people checking in on us. Food was served timely but made fresh and quality of the food was remarkable. It's newer than Pho Viet on the corner of New Haven and Wickham Rd. The booth chairs are all intact and they have several TVs inside. It has an informal family feel and the kitchen has two cooks who work hard to feed everyone who stops by. If you look around you'll most likely spot a regular enjoying a meal. I've had bun thit nuong cha gio (noodles with grilled pork and an egg roll) and banh mi ca ri ga (chicken curry with a French baguette). The bun dish was very satisfying but the ca ri ga left me disappointed. The broth of the ca ri was delicious but the chicken was just okay and the bread wasn't the traditional bread with the crisp crunch layer outside a light bun. I've tried my friends' dishes and they're all delicious. The waiter was jovial and attentive, he made jokes and apologizes if there's any delay. This is our go to place now over the original as it doesn't leave that fried food smell on your clothes when you leave. If you want Viet food, this is the place to go. read more

Absolutely inedible. We were excited to stumble on this location since we love the one off 192 I'm Melbourne. We ordered the fried calamari, spicy beef noodle soup, and the Hanoi style grilled pork and meet patty to go. On the way home we were so overwhelmed by the off-fishy smell of the calamari we had to roll the windows down. Came home and opened everything up and it as just everything else was just a disappointment. Foul smelling and greasy, it just was off.
