    Scrumptious thai salad
    Marge S.

Such a healthy + delicious meal. Went there because great reviews + food pix. Did not disappoint! Best salad ever. Who raves over a salad? The variety of veggies + explosion of favors sweet + savory was delicious. The owner helped us through the menu and her suggestions were perfect. We will definitely come back to try it all. Soups were heavenly. Watermelon mint infused water was so nice. I could eat here ever.single.day.

    Shrimp pad thai

Prices are good for portion sizes. Pad thai was good, I asked for level 7 heat not spicy. Second visit, shrimp w/ crispy noodles & ginger sauce level 9 still not spicy. Wasn't offered the spicy sauces they bring to the table. My son enjoyed his fried rice. Rolls were good, peanut sauce was better. My issue is we weren't told the lemonade wasn't refillable when offered another. $12 for 2 lemonades, we would've ordered thai tea if we knew. Food takes a while, gotta be patient when dining. I'm going to try others, nothing outstanding/ memorable.

Big Bun fresh papaya salad and happiness.

The young man who served us was pleasant and attentive. The papaya salad was fresh (added pepper sauce/oil) to add the heat I'm accustomed to; the shrimp and scallops in my friend's fried rice looked like they were cooked to perfection. The bun salad bowl was so big, it was more than enough for two people. The decor is not reflective of the food. I am glad I gave this place a second chance.

    Summer Roll

We have been driving by here since we moved back....four years ago.....Thai and Viet food. Interior is a bit dated and very utilitarian. New owners as mentioned in other reviews but the owner was present and waiting on tables. Menu photos were uploaded and the choices were very broad. Apps were Summer Rolls and Siagon Roll. The peanut sauce with the summer roll was very good. We went with Pad Thai and it was very good. Not too spicey. 3/10 is what we asked for....Huge portion. I went for the Sweet and Sour soup 1/10 in heat.....note to self...the pepper oil floats on the top of the soup and washes over your lips with each spoonful....it was a bit much for me. The drinks were good. Interesting I had to pay 50 cents for a red solo cup that I could have my "infused" water in. Sweet tea was freshly brewed. Check out the photos. The new owners are doing their best.....saving grace is they have the same cook and chef as the last owner. We heard several folks who came in asking about the previous owner. There are still things on the menu for us to try so we will be back. Maybe they will earn the fourth star. @kurtsbesteats

So lunch is almost always five stars for great food and service. We stopped in for dinner on our way home from the airport and yikes. There was a serious lack of structure and competence during the dinner service. To the owners, please empower someone to bring order to chaos.

What a find!!! This is the BEST place to accommodate vegan AND non vegan eaters both with 5 star options! Everything is made fresh in house, even the peanut sauce... which was SO good that I had to get the tiny amount left I had to go! They also have their own nice cream that they make in house! This place is now going to be a favorited and staple place for food when I'm in town. Oh and for anyone that likes owners and staff who know their menu inside and out, this is the place. MUST. VISIT. IMMEDIATELY! Such an amazing mother/son restaurant, can't wait to come back & try the mushroom fried rice next time!

The woman answering the phone was very pleasant when placing the order, and I received a warm, friendly greeting when I arrived for pickup. I ordered the Hot Mama Roll, which was easily my favorite of the evening. The combination of kani, eel, avocado, masago, and jalapeños wrapped in mamenori delivered the perfect balance of flavors, and I absolutely loved the jalapeño kick. If you're a fan of spicy sushi, this one is a must-try. I highly recommend pairing it with spicy mayo. We also tried the Rising Sun Roll, featuring cucumber, tempura kani, masago, and avocado, topped with tuna, salmon, and ebi with a touch of sriracha. Everything tasted very fresh, and the variety of seafood made for a flavorful roll. My only wish was for a little more heat. Clearly, I love my spice! Adding some jalapeño would have taken it to the next level for me. That said, it paired wonderfully with eel sauce, which added a nice touch of sweetness. Overall, Mangetsu delivered fresh, flavorful sushi and friendly service. A great option for takeout in downtown Melbourne, especially if you're looking for quality sushi later in the evening. We'll definitely be back.

The MD menu was a 4 course meal which included a starter, appetizer, entree, & Dessert. All items were a shareable size & we had allot of food so we def ended up with to go trays. We started with drinks I got the Crouching tiger, hidden dragon which was a gin based drink. It was semi sweet but, good . My husband got the Iron Monkey which was also a gin based drink semi sweet but also good. We moved into ordering our food , for our starters we ordered the firecracker shrimp & chili wontons. The shrimp were huge and the wontons were spicy both were delicious and flavorful. For our appetizers we ordered the Crab Rangoon & Shanghai sticky ribs. For entrees we got General Yao's chicken which came with white rice & the Teres Major Steak which came with asparagus and white rice. The steak took a little longer to come out than the chicken. My Chicken came out a minute or two after my appetizer. Everything again was a sharable size and we were stuffed with plenty left over . The food was delicious. For dessert we ordered the Black Sesame soft serve & the Matcha Panna Cotta. Both I will say were very unique in taste but also, very good. The customer service was spectacular! The ambiance was very busy but they did a great job of checking on customers , keeping our water refilled and making sure we were good. I will definitely be back. Definitely add this restaurant to your Magical Dining list.

I also love it as a non-alcohol option. They also have a great Aperol Spritz that has a punchy Yuzu citrus syrup in it. This go, I had the X'ian Noodles. Nice heat on it! Indulgent wide noodles to much on. The flavors are not what you're typically thinking as an American eating Chinese food. The spices were more-so warm spices--think like nutmeg coriander. It took me a second to adjust, but it was really yummy. Once again, it is the staff that truly stood out here. My bartenders were Eric and Sammie!! they were both so friendly, made great drinks, and provided beautiful service. It's a hidden Asian-inspired tiki speakeasy located inside of Voodoo Bayou. You access it through a secret entrance where you sit down in fancy chairs and then the wall opened and spins you around into a separate dining area and bar. So fun! The food & cocktails also live up to the hype which is a relief -- this isn't just a gimmicky experience. Everything we had was delish! We started with the Saigon Suzy dirty martini (vodka, cocchi, smoked shoyu, yuzu ponzu, devil horn pepper, and olives) and the Bump & Grind espresso martini (tequila, coffee liquor, chai demerara, and chocolate). Both packed a punch and were very tasty. For food, we shared the hamachi crudo, the char sui pork bowl, and the spicy tuna roll - smoked (yellowfin tuna, cucumber, avocado, rice cracker, and mango habanero). The char sui was huge had a very generous portion of pork belly. I'm super picky about pork belly and this was some of the best I've had -- so tender and buttery! I also really enjoyed the spicy tuna roll and requested the smoke dome which they can do to any sushi roll. We sat at the bar and the service was 10/10 even with it being close to closing time.
