Jonas Burt- Remember this guys name. This man is one of the most well-trained and professional electricians we have ever had a chance to work with. He currently works for Phoenix Electricians Today which is how I found him. I'm going to be honest with you, my wife and I have no experience in hiring electricians and the company got great reviews which prompted my request for an appointment. Jonas was the electrician who came to our home to give us an estimate and based on his first impression, you could tell this guy knew what he was talking about. We eventually got to know each other very well and found out how well trained he was based on his practical experience and school-based training. He spent so much time making sure everything he did at our house was done perfectly and he spared no time for himself taking breaks. He spent so much time in our attic in most likely 150° heat making sure that our recessed lighting was properly installed. Everything in our house works perfectly now and I can't stop raving about this guy and how satisfied we felt when he finished the job. Dennis was very courteous, helpful and competent. Our home warranty sent another company and after quite a bit of testing the electrician said the problem was with the fixture and not covered. He said he thinks he can fix it and offered to do it "off the books". He gave us a quote but never called back when he said he would. As it turned out what he was wrong in diagnosing the problem. We called Phoenix Electricians Today and are we glad we did. I am not one who typically writes reviews, but I had such a positive experience with Joe I had to let people know. My garbage disposal and dishwasher stopped working, since they both connect to the same outlet I thought I could troubleshoot myself... I was very wrong. When Joe came to my house, he was very professional and upfront with the costs (which weren't bad at all). I had originally called them to fix my outdoor "sensor" lights. When they (Joe) saw what they looked like, he showed me how the wires were just hanging etc. I had him re-wire all four of them and install LED lights. I now feel comfortable going outdoors at night with my little dog. Also when I come home and have light at my garage door and front door. He also checked all the wiring inside and "up-graded" all my outlets to make them safe. I just had him come back and put in new lights in my kitchen, which makes it look larger and brighter. These guys are AMAZING. I, like a true dummy, bought an electric car with no outlet in the garage to plug it in. I called phoenix electrictrians today based on great reviews on yelp and they sent Joe Lake out to find our problem where some things stopped working all of a sudden,Joe did his check of panel and was ok so had to check recepticals and wiring one by one including attic and found the loose wire within 2 hours and the $260 stage one trouble shoot covered the fix and $39 fee so to me for piece of mind about our elecrtical status and the fact Joe was super guy we feel good and feel lucky to call and get a tech and fix all in 4 hour period in one day!! read more

Recently i traded out all my CFL 's to LED's. I have canned lights in my kitchen and when I tried to dim my lights i had strobbing. I went to my local "big everything store" and purchased new dimmer switches. The sales person that helped me sold me the most expensive dimmers and guess what, they didn't work. The repair tech, Joe, was very nice. He repaired the problem in 20 min. Even though Joe was friendly & fixed the problem, we probably wouldn't use this company again. They charge way too much.
