In 3 months since having the 15D Swim Spa delivered, the skirting looks like this. Are you kidding me?? Delivered June 16.... It's Sept 19. I've been in this swim spa ONCE since it's been delivered and provided regular maintenance as required. Can you imagine what this will look like in 5 years? The warranty reads, "... skirting, will not crack or rip for the life of the swim spa. Bowing that can occur under some conditions is considered normal and excluded by this limited warranty. Normal wear and weathering that occur overtime are not defects. If the skirting on the swim spa fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, master spas will replace the applicable skirting components (parts only). The cost of shipping and installation of any replacement skirting is the sole responsibility of purchaser." Can't believe Michael Phelps put his name on this product!!!! Make sure you do a wet test before purchasing a Master Spa hot tub. There is one seat in the entire hot tub that has descent jet power, but the others are weak at best. If we could return this hot tub tomorrow, we would. Our hot tub was delivered 12 days ago and the initial set up by their service department was cancelled the first time and a no show on the second appointment. No one wants to deal with a company that has zero respect for someone else's time. read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I purchased their largest spa off the showroom floor for $60k. I was given the wrong electrical diagram on the day of purchase. I was 1 wk from delivery including a crane when I went to the store of my own initiation and they casually handed me the correct electrical diagram. I noticed the discrepancy when I got home, informed my electrician who informed me I could not run that much power to the site. I would have had a very expensive, unusable tub in my back yard. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME BACK MY DOWN PAYMENT. Several other issues happened in between. While they were nice and sweet to my face, they were dishonest in the way they conducted business. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN ITEMIZED SALSES RECIEPT. I'm pretty sure they charged me for a $5k spa cover that I didn't know about. read more

We stopped in because of the sale signs. Later found out the sale was just for floor models. Eventually, was talked into ordering one from Joshua. He was super nice and friendly. Would still loved you have this spa. Unfortunately, we have come into financial problems just a week after putting in the order. I don't recall it being pointed out that we could not get a refund after three days, I only saw the 30 day. Joshua never responded to repeated emails. The manager Jarrett did, but brushed us off and only replied with the three-day refund policy. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Any place that has to lock in your money after three days as a very shady selling practice. You don't actually sign anything in person, it's online and the computer is not in your control when doing so. So we are now out $2300. read more

Definitely avoid this store. Huge banners advertising a 50% extravaganza and when questioned about the savings, the employee was hostile and extremely rude! He avoided and ignored questions and continually behaved unprofessional. Bottom line is everything was overpriced and then marked down to regular pricing. Completely misleading the public. We had a very positive experience dealing with sales person Josh. We ordered a hot tub to be delivered in October-December. Josh gave a detailed overview of the workings of the hot tub that interested us and made the ordering process seamless. Will give final review when delivery, etc. has been confirmed later in the year. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Phoenix Hot Tubs and Swim Spas. I am over 50 years of age and have purchased many things in my life and without any doubt buying from this company was the best purchase experience I have ever had. The team was over-the-top accommodating. I met the Phoenix Hot Tub and Swim Spas sales team at a home show at West World in Scottsdale in March 2017. At that time I put down a $1000 deposit on a MasterSpas Twilight Series Model 87.3. The spa is awesome because it has 2 lounges (nearly an impossible configuration to find with most manufacturers). Let me tell you how great the dealer was to me: due to backyard construction delays, I could not take delivery of the spa until November 2018...yes, 20 months after the deposit was given. Throughout all the construction problems, GM Jarrett Dahlberg was outstanding and worked with me to delay production of the spa until Q2 2018 and then held the spa in storage for me free of charge! What???!!! Name another company that would do that! EVERYTHING about working with this company was hassle free, including a free site review prior to installation and the install itself. During transport the black wood base got a few small nicks in it. I called Jarrett and he sent a field tech to my house to repair it...good as new! If you are in the market for a spa you would be crazy to buy one anywhere else! I highly recommend Phoenix Hot Tubs & Swim Spas! Oh, and if you are thinking that such an outstanding customer experience means you are going to pay and arm and a leg for your spa, then let me correct you there. The price for the Model TS 87.3 was very fair, actually a bit less expensive than some other models with lesser features that I saw in Scottsdale-based spa stores. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call! read more

Liked the showroom and the staff... delivery process was smooth. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed during the sales process that I would need to pay a $75 trip fee if I have a warranty issue. There's been a T displayed on the control panel, which I thought was normal, but found out after 3 months while reading the manual that I need to call a tech if that T is appearing. They offer service for 60 days at no charge, but after that it's a $75 trip fee. I've owned the tub for 90 days and this has been displaying on the hot tub since it was delivered, but I didn't know it was a problem. When addressing my concern about the trip fee, they are not willing to bend. My advice is to have this conversation with your sales rep when purchasing a hot tub, wherever you buy. Wish I could give more than 3 stars, but having issues with the hot tub after only 3 months, and they want to charge me for an issue which I had nothing to do with, leaves a bad taste. read more
