Well, come to find out they couldn't play fortnite and my son was extremely bummed. We ended up having the game bus leave early, because the kids were bored. Also, some of the other games the kids wanted to play they didn't have in either. Honestly, wished I was told Fortnite wasn't working before starting the rental time. Talked to the host and he said apparently Fortnite hadn't worked for other parties and something may be wrong with their Hotspot internet. Then several parents messaged me after the party saying how rude the attendant was to the kids which was so embarrassing for me. He took the time to explain all of our options and gave helpful advice to make sure our group had the best possible experience. Afterward, he even offered everyone cold water, which was such a thoughtful touch. This ended up being the perfect birthday activity for my 11-year-old. The combination of great entertainment and exceptional customer service made the day extra special. It's open until 11pm on Fridays and wasn't too busy when we went. The owners are super friendly, and help assist in getting you into the simulations safely, and they also have lockers with a key for your belongings. They have many different types of games and it was such a unique experience!
