He got a pork bahn mi and thought it was delicious and the right size and price!! At other bahn mi places the sandwich is huge, but here the sandwich was normal sized and well priced. I have been coming here for the past year, and it's embarrassing to admit that I probably go at least once a week. My FAVOURITE item here has to be the #5 Park & Shrimp Summer Rolls. The peanut sauce they use is so addicting, and the quality of the rolls themselves are a 10/10 of every time. A friend once asked me "if I could have only 1 meal for my entire life, what would it be?" and this right here is my answer Other dishes I've tried include: #13 Calamari - this is probably my favorite calamari off the top of my head. It is wonderfully crispy without being overcooked, and the included sauce is quite good. I only wish it came in a larger portion! #22 Special Beef Pho - it's very good and a great portion. It's especially great that it can be chosen in 3 different sizes. #35 Combination Vermicelli - I typically choose this dish because I love vermicelli. This always hits the spot and all of the meats are delicious, and the pickled vegetables and bean sprouts are exactly what you expect in Vietnamese cuisine. Pad Thai - I'm a little mixed on this one. I've eaten it a couple of times, and I think it is tasty... but it is also very much not a Pad Thai at all. None of the flavors match the expected flavor of an authentic "Thai" Pad Thai, so I am left wondering if this is a Vietnamese take on a Thai classic. I have been a different Viet restaurant in Worcester that served Pad Thai in this same exact flavor profile. #65 - this is my childhood dish. Rice, pickled vegetables, a large bone-in marinated pork chop with a nice runny egg. This isn't my interpretation of the classic - I think they need a second pork chop! - but it always hits the spot. Moderate sized place with big time flavors! This is our new go to spot for Vietnamese cuisine. The staff is very kind and pleasant. And the kitchen knows what they're doing! Food comes out fast and with a high degree of quality! The Ban Xao crepe is a must get for me every time! I keep trying different things and every time it's great. The crunchy spring rolls are outstanding for just an appetizer as well as the fresh ones with peanut sauce. I tried to beef ban mi and it was over the top good. The meat was very soft. Flavorful and the bread perfect for ban mi. We also had the pork chop so gooood! You're going to love this place. Next time I will add some photos. The Boba is very good. Everyone we got was good. You can tell when the Boba is fresh you know it's very soft. The brown sugar milk tea was a star of the show although their fruit flavored ones are very good as well. It had a very high noodle content with little beef. The flavor was just lacking overall for the pho. Not only that, I was unfortunate to have a hair in my pho. We went out to dinner here on Friday evening and it was not very busy. While we were there it looked like they do quite a bit of takeout. We ordered the Lemongrass Chicken Skewers, Vegetarian Summer Rolls, Chicken Vermicelli Bowl, Birdnest Noodles with Chicken, Milk tea with Boba, and Thai iced tea. The vegetarian summer rolls were very good. The veggies inside were fresh and crisp and the fried tofu has a good texture. I think they were my favorite part of the meal. The lemongrass chicken skewers were tasty, but a bit on the dry side. The Birdnest noodles and chicken vermicelli were both very good. Both of the drinks were good except next time I would get the milk tea without the boba as they were a bit gummy and clumpy. The service was excellent and I would definitely go back again. read more

I ordered pho from here since it's one of the only places to get it. It was okay but I was kinda mortified with how it's given to you if you order take out. They put all the broth in a flimsy container that leaked everywhere and all the ingredients for the pho in a take out box. I had a horrible time trying to eat it. I guess you could put it in a bowl all together but they give you so much stuff it would just overflow. I would give the taste of the pho probably a 4/10. read more

This was our first trip to a specifically Vietnamese restaurant (vs a pho place) and it is sooooooo good. Delicious. It is family owned and operated. The service is welcoming, thorough, and very attentive and appreciative of their patrons. We had the vegetarian spring rolls - I have never had any, anywhere, that are better... and I order them wherever we go, whenever I see them on the menu. They were super fresh, quite large, crunchy. The peanut sauce was very flavorful. The best part was the fried tofu inside - perfection. We ordered the bun bo hue (apologies for the lack of correct accenting); udon noodles, braised beef, slices of chicken roll, lemongrass, cilantro, etc.; the customers were all telling the new entries to order that soup ("it's the best"), and the waiter stated "that is my favorite soup that my dad makes, and I eat it whenever I can." It did not disappoint: hot, sinus-clearing spices and seasoning (did I mention that it did NOT have a or or rating either? Mild!). The beef was tender, soooo good. Normally the soup also contains pork shoulder, but when we asked for the pork to be omitted and it was no problem - nor did we miss it, as this soup has a lot going on. Add to that the interesting conundrum that we found; We use chopsticks... but the noodles are very slippery Their mother is the hostess and aside from checking on you frequently with a smile you can hear from behind her mask, her claim to fame is that she makes all the fruit smoothies. Pick your fruit from a large variety on the menu. You can even have boba or almond milk for an up charge. My husband had a strawberry one and I chose a honeydew with boba. Mmmmm. These are on the Beverages section of the menu, but they easily pull double-duty as dessert. The atmosphere has a cool vibe. Music plays in the background. And the patrons talk to each other as they come and go, making recommendations, etc. Most of the people we saw there seem to be regulars. Lemongrass is my absolute favorite restaurant for fresh, home cooked Vietnamese food. You can really tell the care that goes into the each dish. My favorites are the pho with wonderful notes of star anise, cloves and cinnamon, the bun bo hue which is a hearty beef soup that will warm you right up, with a subtly spicy red colored broth and thick noodles. The meat and lemongrass in this soup meld perfectly. And if you're trying the escape the heat, the smoothies are the way to go. The avocado is a must try, with the fattiness of the avocado offset with sweetness from the sugar. Tapioca pearls add some textural interest. A perfect treat for taking to go at the end of your meal! All in all I've been to Lemongrass many times and never get tired of the food. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating, always aiming to make each experience perfect...and I'd say they do an exceptional job. It's great to have more diversity with restaurants in Leominster, MA where chain restaurants seem to dominate. Lemongrass adds to the much needed diversity in this town. I started with their signature app, Lemongrass Chicken Wings, and it was layered with flavors - the right amount of sweet, spicy, and salty. We started with generous and freshly made, but slightly bland summer rolls and then had the Hú Tiéu Mí Thâp Câm that was flavorful and richer than others I've tried.
