Ordered Verizon Samsung S7 and was delivered as described. 3 days after using for 30 days the screen started going haywire. The phone wasn't dropped or abused and is in a heavy duty case. I called Phone Beast to see if they would work with me on getting a replacement unit (first purchase was $218) but was told there's nothing they can do. I couldn't even buy the warranty. I've purchased used & unlocked phones from other vendors online in the past and, if having similar issues, will get a replacement no questions asked. This guy (I think this company is a 'one man band') seems unfazed by what Customer Service means and how bad reviews because of poor service can negatively impact his business. So there you have it. Let's see: I ordered the phone June 13, 2026 and was told 3-5 days until I would have it. I received a notice 5 days later that it was being shipped. I checked the given USPS tracking next several days only to find that a label had been made, but nothing more. I wrote in June 29 to ask for a refund. My old phone was finished and I had to get something else immediately. The phone arrived a few days later with no USPS tracking information to support it. Interestingly enough, I had already been asked on June 26 for this feedback! When all was said and done, THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PHONE: I ordered a Google Pixel 5 but was sent a 5a. From what I've seen from the reviews, I'm most sure that when I return it, I will not get my money back. I will make sure to document everything including tracking number and pictures. Warning warning warning! Do not order from this company! I repeat do not order from this company. I ordered a phone as new, what I received was a used phone and a damage phone. The charger that was sent was not even the right one. I contacted the company several times and spoke to Carlos. He was very rude and not helpful at all and basically told me tuff shit. I return the phone as directed and never received my $93 back. I contacted him via email , I put a complaint against him via PayPal and filed a dispute with Citibank. Horrible customer service experience! I ordered a phone for my sister for christmas. Company said 3-5 days shipping. After 5 business days phone had still not shipped. I contacted customer service 5 times and they kept saying it was in route. After a week, I was fed up abd they finally tild me phone was out of stock and that was reason gor delay and that niw they shipped it. I still haven't gotten phone. I'm so dissappointed that my sister will not get it for Christmas. If they had just been honest from beginning, i would have ordered a different phone! Cellphone Beast is running a scam. They show new phones on the website but send out used, battered and even dirt caked phones. When I sent an email, they just replied that they sell used phones. I sent the phone back for a refund and they haven't refunded my funds,$ 79.99 for a battered dirt crusted phone. I'm calling the FBI, actually know someone that works there. read more

I am posting this for my wife. This is her experience: "I bought a refurbished phone from this company and paid $40 for overnight shipping. I contacted the business 5 days later as I had not received the phone nor any status updates. I was told it was out of stock and coming in from somewhere else and that I couldn't have the overnight shipping that was an option on their website, I asked for 2nd day air and a refund of the excess shipping charges. It then became clear that the phone was not the one advertised on their website that was pictured and advertised as "extensively tested, fully functional, 100% guaranteed working with a 30 day warranty." This one now was "used and in acceptable condition." It took 5 rounds of emails of avoided questions about the quality and condition of the phone he was talking about. Thankfully, when pressed for specific answers, this guy responded with "I'll refund your money today instead." I allowed the refund (which wasted a week of my time of acquiring a new phone) as I could tell this was a shady deal. After further research, this company has a bad history and has switched names to avoid its bad reputation. Purchased a Lg cosmos phone from phone beast. When it arrived the glass was so scratched and worn it was grey. I called and they gave me an RMA number to return the phone. I returned the phone with a request to have a signature sign for the phone. The phone was received and signed by someone who worked at the phone beast. I waited 9 days for a refund before I called them only to be told to leave a message. I left a message asking where is the refund and also sent a email asking the same and still no refund. I did receive a call back from them and the message was so garbled that I did not entirely understand the message but I do know that nothing was said about my refund. There was never a follow up call from them. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute and they refunded me the money and will be hounding them for a repayment. STAY AWAY FROM phone beast!!!!! If I could give this company a negative 5 I would but cannot, one star is the best I can do. read more
