I went into the store and he actually did own up to it and assured me it was now taken care of. I get my next bill and of course it still wasn't taken care of. I called the 800 and was told there was no record of it being handled. I then called again to speak to a manager and he tells me "well that's just too bad because I didn't witness the conversation and neither one of my encounters was documented and he would not fix it. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I will pay off these phones and get as far away from T-mobile as possible. Thank God I did not go in this coming weekend and get the 3 new phones that I was planning on buying. They lost a lot of money for having such horrible customer service. Clearly they do not care at all about their customers or holding their employees accountable for what they tell customers. Then I look up and there he is standing at the counter. "Sorry, but I tried calling and your phone went to vm." WOW - really?! For a high school kid, he most definitely understood his stuff and was very good at explaining computers in a way I understood without it in any way sounding condescending. I know zero about gaming computers, but I never felt dumb because of it. I'd wished I had my gamer college aged son there, but Ramy made his help and presence unnecessary. I never felt any pressure to spend more than I wanted. Or buy more computer than she needed. He was very helpful in showing us a range of options at different price points and explained each of their pros and cons. I also really appreciated that even though she's only 13 and in junior high, he involved her in the conversation. He asked her questions and educated her on what she needed. He didn't just ignore her because she's a kid. I sure hope I won't be back here again, buying an expensive setup, but I'd hope he's working there should I be in that situation again

A few months ago, I had my boyfriend's phone screen repaired at this store. At that time, I was…read moretold the repair came with a one-year warranty, as long as the screen wasn't physically damaged. Recently, the screen started glitching, going black intermittently, and eventually a white line appeared. The phone has not been dropped or cracked, so it's clear this issue is related to the initial repair. When I contacted the store, I was told the warranty was only valid for 30 days, which completely contradicts what I was originally told. Conveniently, the employee who gave the one-year warranty information no longer works there. I was told to call back to speak with the manager, and when I did, I was basically given the runaround. Eventually, my boyfriend called and spoke with the manager directly, only to be told there was nothing they could do because they "can't be sure" it was their fault. Again, the screen was never cracked or mishandled, so that explanation makes little sense. Now we're left with a malfunctioning phone and an unexpected $200-plus repair bill for something that should have been covered. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend this store.

They refused to rectify the situation which means we essentially got scammed. Then our phone numbers were switched around and it took 3 hours in the store to fix their mistakes. They said they can't look at our bill, they don't understand the bill, and they can't lower our bill, they can't switch the wrong phone for the right one for free even though it was their mistake, they don't have a manager at this location, etc. They tell you they can't do anything and to call the customer service line. I'm in disbelief over the positive reviews. It didn't help that the employee helping us was condescending towards my parents and completely unprofessional. I hope no one else ever has to experience this.
