Again, Gene installed it for us. Will always use local businesses and especially this one because have been familiar with this since it has been a family business for so long. Our family owned a restaurant right next door to them and even way back then they had an excellent reputation.

I went into the store and he actually did own up to it and assured me it was now taken care of. I get my next bill and of course it still wasn't taken care of. I called the 800 and was told there was no record of it being handled. I then called again to speak to a manager and he tells me "well that's just too bad because I didn't witness the conversation and neither one of my encounters was documented and he would not fix it. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I will pay off these phones and get as far away from T-mobile as possible. Thank God I did not go in this coming weekend and get the 3 new phones that I was planning on buying. They lost a lot of money for having such horrible customer service. Clearly they do not care at all about their customers or holding their employees accountable for what they tell customers. One to reconfirm my ring size is the same as Oura ring 4 and to see if I want rose gold or regular gold. I walk into the store and am greeted. I ask the employee where I can find the Oura ring display and he vaguely points to a corner of the store. I go that direction thinking as long as he sends me to the general direction of where the rings are, then I can manage to find it myself. The rings were not in that direction, so I spent the next 6-8 minutes looking for the rings. I could not find them and it took another 5 minutes until I was able to find another employee. Turns out they don't have the displays out, but I can go to the checkout to find the sizing kits. The lady at the checkout wasn't so helpful either, I was looking for a sizing kit to purchase so I can wear for 24 hours. But she just kept telling me to tell her the ring size I need and she will bring it out to me to purchase. Only problem is, oura ring number 5 is on preorder right now. So she probably can't go and grab it for me. I just said thank you and walked out. Overall my experience was remarkably unhelpful. I'll try another location and hope for a better experience.

He noticed that Simply Stereo was listed on Salamander's website as a premier dealer. He sent an email inquiring about coming in to see some items in person, and we headed there on Saturday afternoon. We were greeted right away by Dave, who was helping a customer carry something out to their car. When he came back in, he listened to what we were there for and showed us upstairs to one of the listening rooms. He patiently answered approximately five million questions from my husband and, as luck would have it, what they had on display almost exactly matched what we were looking for. They were able to to get fiddly with the details of what looking at side panel options and determining how the tv mount connects. It was a no brainer to make our purchase from Simply Stereo. The price was excellent and the customer service was top notch. From the email through purchase, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back in the future - I think a few speakers caught my husband's eye while we were wandering the store.
