I literally buy a Phone case for 25$ and it would cost less in literally Verizon and T-Mobile. The guy actually said that this phone case is on sale for Eid. Bro said it's normally 30$ for this freaking iPhone case that should be 10$. I desperately needed a phone case so I had to buy from this place. Price: 0/5 2. Location: It is on the 2nd floor of the Yorktown mall. It was 1 of 2 choices in order to get an iPhone case from an iPhone 12 which is disappointing. I wish Verizon could've had iPhone 12 cases. They only have 14 cases and 15 cases. Location: 2/5 3. Quality: the quality is pretty good and the phone case can charge which boosts up this review to a 2/5. Brought my phone in to get the screen fixed. The stupid guy broke my back glass. The phone drops calls and the GPS doesn't work. The service cuts in and out. keeps calling me buddy the hole time like he is going to fix the problem and didn't just brake my phone worse then it was. I AM NOT YOUR BUDDY DON'T EVER CALL ME THAT YOU AND YOUR PEOPLE. I had to go buy a new phone because my phone was so damaged and not working after the repair. tells me ya i will get the glass and a new screen since the new on i put on doesn't work. he will not give me my money back and 4 months later still nothing. this guy is a real piece of work. do not ever go there. Worst cell phone repair experience ever! Called and they stated that repairing my cracked phone screen would take 30 mins. Got there & was told it would take 35-40 mins, which is a little longer but no big deal. They warned me there was a 5% chance that they would damage the LED screen while repairing the glass which was fine by me. Well, they didn't damage the LED screen but did rip the photostatic film on top of the LED screen which I didn't even know was a possibility! Additionally, they took 2.5 HOURS to fix the phone!! I was told that the new glass might not feel the same as the old glass which was fine but it would be 100% functional. The new glass doesn't register touches well at all & every 1 out of 3 presses doesn't work at all. They said this was the best they could do. I was better off just keeping the cracked screen...at least the touch screen worked perfectly! When I asked for a discount due to taking more than 3 times as long as they originally stated and not performing an inadequate job they refused. They lied to me twice, wasted my time, & stole my money. I would avoid this place at all costs. read more

I purchased a charger,outlet plug in. Went to a different store and found a cheaper price which inclued a portable charger. Went back within 15 min. To return it found out there are no refunds. Such a bad experience. Coming from Sweden, I had forgotten an adapter so I went to this store and asked for an adapter. The Sales person had No but offered me to buy his personal, already used power cord, with a promise I would be able to get refund if it didn't fit my lap top. It didn't fit so I went back to get it refunded. The Sales person rejected my request. He took advantage of me as a tourist. Strongly not recommend anyone to shop here! read more

Awful service. Paid $150 to get my cracked iPhone 6S screen replaced and the tech asked if I wanted to buy a screen sticker/protector for $15. I refused (can buy one online for $7) but he put it on my phone anyway and charged me for it! Would never return to a place with such terrible customer service. Total crooks! read more
