This store isn't bad the people who work there are nice but sometimes it takes long to actually get help because it's the only Sprint store in Auburn/Opelika area. When I went in to get my phone swapped the lady who attended me was very patient and friendly. It took like 25 minutes to get helped but every time I go they always fix whatever issue I go in for. They are very honest in relation to what service to get and is the most cost effective. For being the only Sprint store there it's not so bad. Been thinking about changing my service though because Sprint service sucks in this area.

Drove from Columbus about 50 minutes to be told we'd have to come back because they close in an hour. We could have been there earlier if they would have told someone DRIVING ALMOST AN HOUR it takes an hour and a half. The employee had a bad attitude. No, "I'm sorry about that " or anything. He obviously is paid by the hour. We are on the way home with a still broken phone screen. We're not making two two-hour trips, so he has to wait until Columbus has a screen. Oh, and Columbus has a worse score than Auburn.
