Let me first start out by saying that these guys are Lifesavers!!!! My phone was water damaged, bent on the corners, and the LCD screen was shattered! I had no hope on this iPhone 6, until I saw the phone Repair plus kiosk. As promised, they literally fixed my phone within 30 minutes. I went to chipotle ( which was convenient because they are located right next to them), I had my food, came back to the kiosk to see that my phone looked brand new! The owner Fred was very kind and also gave me a discount on the case I bought for the phone and gave me a free tempered glass which was pretty awesome!! Compared to the other kiosks and stores around, these guys gave the best quality, the best customer service and the best care for my phone!! Very happy with my experience at phone Repair Plus. I broke my back screen of my brand new iPhone X and I wanted to replace it ASAP. After price shopping at other phone repair businesses including the malls, this kiosk is by far the cheapest in town. They replaced my back screen in less then 20 minutes and I am extremely happy with the service and work done. Brought my iPhone 7 plus for a Screen Replacement after It fell out of my hand face first. Came to the Outlets and they gave me a pretty good deal but realized the home button no longer works! Had to bring it into the Apple Store and they are of no help because now it's out of warranty. Had to buy a new phone and use my old phone as a backup after the damage they caused after the repair. I didn't fix it and a week after I was walking around the outlets and seen this phone repair place I asked about my cracked phone and the girl there was very helpful and attentive. My phone kept turning off and on so I decided to set an appointment with the Genius Bar. They told me they can't touch my phone because it's a third party battery and not Oem!
