Called the day of appointment and was told they had the part and come in in. Took off work early got to the store and they couldn't find the appointment. They had me call corporate and listened to the lady yell at me for forty five minutes that they store I was standing in did not exist. Finally they decided it was probably because they didn't have the part?! So came home and made an appointment for home repair. Scheduled it late in the afternoon but still had to take off work early. The time for the appointment came and went with no call, text or anything. An hour AFTER the appointment was scheduled to end - which was three hours after it was scheduled to start- the tech texted and told me he couldn't come and to reschedule. No thanks! This is a review of ALL of Asurion not just this store as I dealt with corporate and two different stores. They are terrible at customer service and reliability.

Jose is a Horrible manager. Management sucks here. I usually…read morealways go here to fix my phone screen, but recently 2.1.2024 I had the most horrible experience here. I went to get my broken front screen fixed. I waited 30 minutes and returned to pick it up. Usually they ask for my passcode number to check and make sure the screen works, but when I tried to give Jesus the code he said it wasn't necessary. I payed $97.43 for my iPhone 11. I went home and noticed right away that my screen wasn't working properly. It worked for the most part but would sometimes not sense my fingers to use my screen to where I have to keep locking and unlocking my screen. I was told that I had 30 days warranty unless cracked then they would not service to fix it. I returned less than a week to fix my screen to get it to work again, but the guy there went to find a way not to fix my screen. The manager never came out to talk to me personally and hid in the back. Jose the manager apparently told him not to service my screen due to little wear and tear tiny small scratches which should not affect the screen from working at all. I notified the lazy guy that it wasn't working the same day I took it home. He said to take it home and return if it still wasn't working because he "supposably" opened it up but there was nothing wrong which was a lie. I returned 2 days later and Jesus said he would take care of it since he was originally the one who had put on my screen. The lazy guy who doesn't work at all came in and told Jesus not to fix my screen and called his manager again who told him to charge me $70 so they can replace the whole screen that they put on which was defective from the beginning. That was literally my only option they gave me because they weren't going to open it up again to simply get the same screen to work. I didn't want a new screen. I simply wanted them to keep the same one on and just open it up to fix whatever was left loose or the reason to why my screen wasn't sensing my fingers. He told me to come back again the next day for the 4th time and 4th day because the manager would be there so I could talk to him about fixing my phone as if I have all the time in the world to keep coming back to get the same answer over and over. That's just lazy and careless of the manager. They could of literally just opened up my phone to fix the issue and been on my way. Jose is a horrible manager. Please make sure to check your phones immediately in front of them after repair if you come here so this doesn't happen to you. I will never return here again. Money hungry management and employees who go on power trips.

My son boought it for me and sent a cousin to install it. The computer was working fine for several years, but the battery failed. I was advised to buy a battery at a battery store and take it to the repair company to fix it. I took the computer to the battery store, but they didn't have that battery and suggested that I go to the "Get it Right Repair" only a few blocks away. Greatest thing that ever happened to me. They agreed to get the battery in less than a week and do the repair in about an hour. The price was less than the price for just the battery at the battery store. I am writing on the computer now in about that week. I am so happy.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE: My Samsung 20S FE 5G is approx 5 years old. The battery had gotten tired…read moreand was discharging very fast and the charging port was loose. I took it to Computer Doctors for repair. Shawn did a great job of changing out both parts and was done the same afternoon. It wasn't his fault but the new charging port card was faulty in that the fingerprint sensor wasn't functioning after the replacement. I ordered another one (overnighted) in case he didn't have an extra and went back right away. He opened up the phone and checked the connection as I stood and watched and then checked 2 other replacement parts of the same type and also the one I ordered and brought in. All were faulty from the factory or at least incompatible with the fingerprint sensor. We know this to be true because he saved the part he took out last week (amazingly) and put it back in and the fingerprint sensor now works again. He did this extra work for free right then and there. He also only charged for one of the repairs since he was going to have the phone opened anyway. Bottom line - he did a great job, was prompt, nice, and insisted on doing everything possible to fix my phone even though Samsung has made that not viable but that's Samsung's fault. He did bring it to my attention that my phone has wireless charging and sold me a puck style charger for the low price of $20. It works great. The new battery holds a charge all day now. Anyway - I'm good to go for a few more years. I highly endorse Computer Doctors if you have any computer or phone repair problems. They have been in the same location for over 20 years and will go above and beyond the call of duty to solve your problem.

I am so thankful that we found this place! The manager Shawn helped my son with the explanation of repairs needed and costs. I stopped by to discuss the MacBook and Shawn was very informed and kind. Sometimes talking tech is uncomfortable but this was easy! I asked him for a few options of what I could do to cut cost and he ran them all for me... so I could make the best decision. The work will be done pretty quickly 2-3 day turn around. They sell refurbished computers, work on cell phones, fix items for electronic stores, and work on gaming systems. I was declined and said it will just be a trade in value and will need additional money ($300) to make that switch. I came back to the store again today to bite the bullet to fix that camera. Once again they do NOT open at 10:30/11. I waited till 12 before I left cause my lunch break is over. I am never going back here. Just giving everyone a heads up warning.
