He did a crappy fast job with my iPad. I came back because the screen to my iPad completely slid off while using it & he started arguing with me. I first went to Mohammed thinking my iPad screen was cracked, but it turned out it was just the screen protector (I know, embarrassing ). Instead of taking advantage of the situation, he was completely honest and told me the truth when he easily could have charged me for a screen replacement. That kind of honesty is becoming rare these days. A few months later, my daughter actually dropped the iPad and cracked the screen for real. I brought it back to AZ Repair, and Mohammed replaced the screen the same day. A couple of weeks later, my daughter noticed part of the new screen was lagging and not responding properly. I took it back, and even though it seemed fine when he tested it, Mohammed went ahead and replaced the screen again with no questions asked. It has worked perfectly ever since. I tried to sell my old iPhone here for a good price but the worker tried to hassle me into taking less money soon as I got there after we already discussed it over the phone. He offered me $20 less than what I wanted. I couldn't believe he was letting my offer go but I said oh well I'll try somewhere else. If possible to give NO STARS I would. I was very confidently able to recommend this business to others, and even my own family. But with my recent purchase of a "Sprint 6s iPhone" I've been treated unfairly and so unprofessional with the owner Mohamed with the product he sold me. The day of purchasing the iPhone, he was close to closing time so he was in a rush. I asked if he had the time before packing his things to lock up his shop, if I can insert my old iPhones SIM card to be ensured it was a working iPhone (with no type of restrictions or locks) he said it works don't worry. Wasn't given a invoice to sign as proof, until I asked. He just took the money I handed him, and gave me the phone and expected the transaction to be just that. About an hour or two of purchasing the iPhone, I messaged him regarding the connection issues after inserting the SIM card (it kept saying "Invalid SIM" but to be reassured I inserted that same SIM into another sprint phone and it worked perfectly fine!!!! Mohamed recommended buying a new sim, going in store to activate it, and also calling the customer support line. Did exactly what his recommendations were, and I have now gone to 3 different sprint stores AND spoken to about 8 different sprint customer service reps to tell me the EXACT SAME THING. The phone itself has network connectivity issues, because phone calls and Regular text messaging is working but any DATA type of connection isn't. I've relayed the messages to Mohamed, again the OWNER of this business. He claims that sprints company is probably having some type of system issues. And he offered to call sprint himself to fix it because he's 100% certain the phone has NO Issues. But offered his help to fix this problem "WITH A PRICE" and claims "but you have to pay for my time" to basically fix an issue that's happening with a product he's sold me with defects. read more

I have been here 2x once for my iPhone 8 that was locked by Sprint a year and a half ago and today for my wife's replacement iPhone 6s after she lost her iPhone 8plus and it was stolen. I tried to get others to unlock it even T-Mobile but no one would do it. So I drove over to see Mohammed, and he fixed it in 30 minutes. My phone has worked for the past year and a half with no problems. He does excellent work for a great deal! Go see him soon and he can fix Just about any phone problem or computers. I WOulD NEVER recommend this piece of garbage to my worst enemy. I brought my granddaughter's stylo5 to Az repair for a broken screen he was polite and replaced the screen but when we got it back the fingerprint sensor quit working, I brought it back he attempted to fix it then ordered a new back, the amount of time it took to even get the new part in was beyond a normal wait time, along with we had the tracking number and proceeded to tell us it was not there. We went in once more when the new part came in and sat for there for an hour, he could not repair the damage he caused my granddaughters phone, and it was working perfectly before hand. Arif Az was extremely responsive. He came to my house to install a new screen on my cracked iPhone. After a few days, I called him to tell him my phone was acting strange (it would type on it's own without me touching the keys, it would freeze, etc) he immediately came back to my home and installed a new screen for free. He explained that every now and then, a bad screen is sent from the factory, which causes those types of issues to occur after installation. He also replaced my boyfriends screen. Although he has his own shop, he made the effort to came to my house to replace the screen he had installed. He is reasonably priced and I recommend him to anyone who needs a cracked screen replacement. Great at what he does! read more

Everyone told me my iphone x for sprint could not be unlocked. That or it would cost me over $300 to unlock. For a fraction of that cost these guys not only unlocked my phone, but also gave me Amazon like prices on a tempered glass protector and clear case. Awesome work, and super friendly. read more

service, alright.. quality is complete trash, you truly get what you pay for, i had my screen replaced here, it literally went out within a few weeks, i called and asked about it and if possible warranty, before even asking my anything, he promptly replied, "If you drop it, it will go bad" seems like he already knows that there's a problem, so i was temped to get it repaired again from him since it was quick and easy, ask if he had time today, he quickly said he has none in stock, its an iphone x, are you kidding me? everyone and their mom knows he didn't want to deal with me coming in, so i went to another location (which i wont name, not trying to advertise here) - got it fixed, and was told it Az repair replaced with a cheap LED screen, iphone x should have a OLED screen, what a world of a difference in quality and resolution getting it fixed properly. All in all, repairs, sales or anything affiliated with this location, just not a place to deal with. save your time and money, go somewhere else, anywhere else. read more

Screen was fixed on my kids iPhone and looks great with no screen issues. My son also bought a case as well as a recommended screen protector. Those were both placed on his phone by the guy that works there. By the next day bubbles started to appear under the screen peotector. Horrible experience. This place sells defective items and doesn't stand behind his work. He replaced the glass screen that broke with one drop. I went back to him to discuss that the screen was a defective and not installed properly and he could care less. Money gone and wasted! I came here on Monday to get my screen and home button fixed for my iPhone 6s Plus it took about 15 mins to get fixed and he charged me $90 which is not so bad I left happy with my fixed phone. A day after I wake up and my screen was crack on the top I was so confused on why because I didn't drop it since I had gotten fixed and before I went to bed my phone was not cracked. I start getting ready for school and when I get to school the crack got bigger and deeper. I get of 3rd I had 3 more little cracked attached the the long crack I gotten in the morning that is not my fault I did not do anything for it to crack. So I call the guy that fixed told him what happened and he starts giving me attitude saying no you cracked it not possible I fix 100s of people's phones and that never happened I told him well it happened to me then he starts saying you cracked it over and over so now I'm a lier okay? I asked him so there is nothing you can do about it and he say no I'll fix it for $75. $75 for a screen you fixed and it cracked on its own no thank you. I'm very upset because he trying to make it seem like I'm a lier and he give me attitude. read more
