Everything was well from first contacting them to fix my iPhone 6S. A lot of other places told me it wasn't worth it or to just don't bother or to buy a new phone but not them. I had purchased a pair of used Bose headphones and used them once and the ear cushion separated after 1 hour of use. When I had tried to contact the store to return the defective product they said I had misused the product and they would not refund my money. I dropped it off and within an hour received a text stating the issue and potential resolution. I let her know to proceed, and we were off to the races! I picked up my monitor a few days later. Thu graciously walked me through the repairs the technician performed. I went home to plug the monitor into my laptop and voila! Good as new. Just be very careful in going to them, they may have the lowest price but they installed a defective digitizer on my device and when I contacted them to use their 100 day warranty, they just kept insisting that the phone was dropped when it never was, had zero cracks on the screen and no damage visible anywhere on the phone, basically they did not repair the defective part and tried to weasel out of their own warranty. Really poor customer service. read more
