I honestly have to say I had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have ever had in my life (and I worked for a customer service oriented company for 32 years). Mr. Boss Man, whoever you are, I have a suggestion for you. You need to do whatever it takes to hang on to this guy. From the moment I got there to have my iPhone 6S+ LCD and screen replaced, Larry was THE BEST!! Not only was he professional, he was knowledgeable and was happy to share his knowledge. He showed me many things on my iphone that I didn't know how to do, and when I mentioned ANY problem I had with the phone he addressed it immediately and fixed it too. This part he did for free. I had had problems with people telling me they could not hear me on my phone. Also, the phone would also freeze up when it was in a case. Larry fixed both of these problems for me. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who has a problem. If Larry doesn't know the answer, he will find it. So Thanks Larry for your excellent customer service. So.. I just had a crazy month.. I literally broke my iPhone 6 4 times within the same month which almost gave me a heart attack because I have a newborn baby & I take pictures of her everyday. I thought I lost everything when I drop the phone so many times & each time the screen went out in many horrible different ways. but Dr phone fit it ACTUALLY fited it with like 3 hours & saved all my photos of my baby girl all four times So I had to come show them love. Mr. Jay was our superhero! My old aunt was ready to jump into the smartphone world and he was patient and super nice listening and answering her questions. Great Service! My son cracked the screen on his IPhone 5c. I brought the phone in for repair, JT replaced screen in 15mins while I waited. Everything was working fine but had an issue with the screen the next day, brought the phone back in and it was repaired at no charge and no questions asked. I took my sisters tablet there for estimate on a new glass. Spoke to Larry said it would be $80.00 I asked how long for repair he said about 5 days. Sure enough he ordered it on a Thursday by the next Tuesday it was in. An hour later it was fixed and working perfectly.
