I've always had pretty good experiences with them but the last time I went in they replaced my battery, since the life was at 70%. They put a non apple part, which for the price could be expected, but that new battery ended up killing my iphone making me lose all my pictures from the past SEVEN years because it shut down before I could back everything up!!! I took it to apple and they told me the battery created issues with the hardware so the phone isn't usable anymore at all. i was told good things about this place and i believe it was an understatement. i called to see if they could replace my battery. i rolled in and for $40 bucks i was amped. after looking at my phone the man said you don't need a new battery! he went through and showed me how to save battery power. the honesty conveyed by the gentleman that helped me put faith back in business people. sure he could have charged me and given me a new battery and i would have been happy as could be. however i decided to bring in my older phone today and get a new battery for it.. this business is fair price,trustworthy and all out fantastic customer service. read more

Cheapest place in town to fix my screen. There was only one guy working on a weekend day. There probably should have been two people there since there was a lot of traffic, but he managed to get people in and out of there with pretty speedy service. Left with a new screen that cracked in the first week, took it back, he opened it and told me the battery was bloated n their "company" wouldn't take back a cracked screen. Apple Store who? Phones R Us fixed my iphone 6 screen for a very reasonable price and a fraction of what it would've cost me at the Apple Store. The best part is that I didn't have to make an appointment or wait in line (Take that Apple!!). I've broken screens before and have never been able to get them fixed at this cost or speed of service.
