I called two weeks ago to see if I could come in to have my hair done but it was too busy with proms and graduations going on at the time. However, the stylist advised me to call back at another time so I called yesterday since school is over. She told me that I can come in today at 10:30 am to have my hair done and she started doing my hair as soon I was seated. The stylist is very friendly and we had a great conversation while she styled my hair. I will definitely visit this salon in the future because my experience here was great.

I went in to speak with the stylist about getting a installation, the cost was $75 a full head. I explained to the stylist that my hair was transitioning from processed to natural and if she was able to manage it in its fragile state, of which she said yes. As soon as I sat in the seat she began to rake my hair from the middle of the shaft to the ends causing massive shedding , I told her let me comb it because she was pulling my hair out. She continued to treat my hair in a aggressive manner at that point I questioned the authentication of her cosmetology license. She braided my hair extremely tight pulling the edges to no avail. After she began the installation wrapping massive amounts of thread on the braids at the edges. I was horrified at the amounts of my own hair that had just been pulled out by this women for a weave. I removed the hair as soon as I reached my home my edges were destroyed and my hair now requires a cut and several treatments. I don't advise anyone who is trying to grow their hair to go to this place. The stylist motto is get your money at that moment she doesn't care about longevity or long term customers. Please don't be fooled like I was with her nice personality, her services are extremely Poor!
