We got snobbed by the photographers, me and my side of the family was not even asked to take individual photos or together me and my husband. They were in my bridal room for 2 minutes ,took a few awful pictures of me getting ready. Our wedding video is so bad I could cry every time I think of it. Never watch it, it's too painful and it just makes me angry. We never got a long one just a 5 min snippet. The music is cued so out of context that I am walking down the aisle to party music. We tried to get it fixed 3 times and it's like a blind and deaf person is editing it who was also extremely rude!!! I wish I had just gone to someone else. I could have thrown the money (thousands) out of the window and it would've been better spent.

The person that did show up was rude, intrusive during the ceremony, turned up an hour early, and then charged us an additional fee to stay for the last hour of the contract. We were deceived and treated very poorly. It makes no difference the quality of the work; the attitudes, of the photographer and the person that created our final wedding album, were appalling and it was extraordinarily unpleasant to have to be in the same room with them. Absolutely everyone deserves better! You would be really only slightly worse off to hire your friend to bring their phone to shoot your event. After all of our hard work we came out feeling disappointed & taken advantage of. The best word to describe the experience with our photographer is shameful. My husband and I don't feel like natural models behind the camera, but they provided coaching during our engagement photo shoot. We knew that there would be plenty of great photos of the two of us on our special day and we asked that they focus on getting great shots of as many of the guests as they could. They totally delivered! And despite managing to take snaps of over 100 guests, no one really noticed that they were there. It was like they were photography ninjas. He caught every detail at the wedding. In terms of crowd control, my own family's small, but my wife is Indian, so it was a large wedding and he worked it impressively. I met Jeff when he was based in Singapore. I've seen his work in two different capacities: as a…read moreteacher, and as an event photographer. My first experience with him was when I took his beginner photography class. When I bought my Canon DSLR, I knew it wouldn't be any good unless I learned how to use it correctly, and when I stumbled across his event posting for casual photography, I figured it would be a great intro. Jeff was very thorough with his explanations of how a camera works, and I was able to learn how to make the right adjustments (ISO, shutter speed, etc) to make my photos even better. Additionally, he gave me a few recommendations for lenses I could buy, based on what my photography interests were. I really liked Jeff's demeanor, so when it came time to hire an event photographer, I knew who to go to! Jeff did 3 events for me, was very timely with the delivery of the photos, and made me look good overall. :) Whether it's southeast Asia or the surrounding NYC area, I know Jeff will continue to shoot quality photos.
