I wanted to get something natural and Phuong recommended to do the hair strokes. The place was so clean and everyone was very attentive and always made sure you knew what was going on. When Phuong started on my eyebrows, they had applied numbing 20 minutes prior. I really thought it was going to hurt, but to my surprise you barely felt her even working on you. Throughout the whole procedure, phuong made sure I was ok and kept checking my brows as she was working! End result, IT LOOKS SO AMAZING AND NATURAL! Kat has provided PMU services for my eyebrows and eyeliner. She is amazing! So amazing in fact that I fly out from another state to go specifically to her. I've had my eyebrows done by two other artists in my state and both times, my shape "wasn't quite right" once finished. I actually gave up the hope of having nicely shaped eyebrows until my mom convinced me to try one more time. She showed me photos of Kat's work and I was hopeful once more. Phuong Brows is a lovely, beautifully decorated, and clean place - which you'll immediately notice upon walking in. On my first visit, I was quickly greeted by the team and Kat came out to explain the process and also put my numbing cream on. Once I was numbed, she walked me back to her station and started the outline. She made sure that I was happy with my shape and also explained what she was going to do to fix my previous shape. She was going to be doing ombre shading for me. Kat was efficient yet meticulous during the procedure, gave me great aftercare instructions, and booked me for my touchup. We chatted about also doing the eyeliner enhancement and she drew it on so that I'd be able to see what it looked like while I considered it. My healing process was normal and I was excited to see her for the touchup - I also asked to book the eyeliner enhancement. After healing from both procedures, I can only say WOW! I constantly receive compliments on the shape of my eyebrows and how much it suits my face.
