When I received a maintenance message, I contacted the store and was told that my concern was a "user responsibility." I was further advised to consult Google or YouTube for advice. This is a complicated piece of machinery. I was inexperienced with such a task and worried for my future safety. This is UTTERLY REPREHENSIBLE.
