They used various methods in my treatment and assigned exercises I should do outside of therapy. They were encouraging and very supportive. They have a genuine concern for the patient, ask questions and listen. Sara and Nichole are excellent therapists. The office staff was professional and very helpful in scheduling and rescheduling appointments. The office was clean and well maintained. I would definitely return to Regional Therapy Center at Washington Street, if I needed physical therapy. I highly recommend Sara and Nichole.

Now I don't mind going at all. I may feel a little sore afterwards, but they constantly take care of you by using a tens unit, heat, ice and a massage gun. additionally, my therapist massages my bad shoulder and it feels phenomenal. I can tell that it's slowly gonna get better. they actually care about you here. I've been to other physical therapy places where they just want their money. This place actually cares about you and wants to make sure that you heal properly. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend JJ but they're all fantastic.

The Medical Assistant who checked me in at the clinic called over to Ortho NY to see if a doctor was available. Within 15 minutes, I was escorted to the Ortho NY office on the same floor. I felt fortunate to be able to see a MD without a scheduled appointment. Within a reasonable amount of time, I had X-rays taken and Dr. Polishchuk, an orthopedic MD, met with me. He evaluated the X-rays and asked me questions about my pain. Not only was he knowledgeable, he had excellent interpersonal skills. He was a good listener and communicator. He diagnosed my condition as Lumbar Sciatica. He explained a treatment plan of OTC meds and exercise. He gave me a printout of home exercises as well as a script for Physical Therapy. Office staff 5 stars Medical Assistant 5 stars Xray tech 5 stars plus! Physician 5 stars plus! Waiting rooms and parking were great.

Very basic and simplistic treatment while displaying an indifferent attitude. I switched to the Saratoga Physical Therapy Center at 5 Care Lane and it was like night and day. The staff was professional and courteous and performed treatment on my ankle and Thigh muscles including ultra sound and a blood circulation machine to get the swelling down as well as performed strengthening excercises that were much more comprehensive than what I was given at 6 Care lane.
