They put up a joke, and a riddle each week. I like that they do that. It makes me laugh, and it tells me they enjoy laughing too. Laughter is the best medicine. From never being able to see any documents or statements in their app or website, to duplicate payment plans being set up, to continued charges after the payment plan was already paid off. Several calls later and I'm still getting the runaround of "it will take 24-48 hrs for this to processes" only to call back and have to start from scratch because what I was promised would happen on the previous call did not. It's just not worth the time and hassle when there are other companies that do it right from start to finish.

I was at a point where my feet (my right foot in particular) could not wear shoes or even walk…read morewithout being in excruciating pain from the top of my foot, ankles and up to my knee - painful to the touch. The left was bothering me also, but not nearly as much. I visited a vascular doctor thinking it was possibly vein related. He diagnosed me with lymphedema and wrote a referral to Sure Cure Physical Therapy & Wellness for a procedure known as lymphatic drainage massage to decrease the lymph node swelling. I was very reluctant at first, but was in so much pain and discomfort, I was willing to try it. After only a couple of treatment sessions from Dr. Niti Vayas, I noticed a big difference. The pain was not as bad, and the swelling had gone done. After a few more sessions, I can now flex my foot up and down (which I hadn't been able to do in months). I can even wear my closed-in shoes. Dr. Ali is great! After suffering with lower back pain for over a month, I was feeling more like…read moremyself after 1 visit. I am a full time athlete and see her every 3 weeks for maintenance. She keeps all my small nagging pains at bay and allowing me to train at my fullest! Please note- she is not your typical Chiropractor. She does ART (Active Release Technique), which means she digs into trigger points to help release adhesions in the muscles. It is painful, but totally worth it!

I loved our conversations together and my neck has never felt better. My quality of life has definitely improved from where I was before to after our appointments together. For context, I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, to the point where going to bed was often painful even with the thinnest of pillows -- I often had to fall asleep on ice packs to get through the pain. I also had/have chronic migraines and was in a car accident prior to meeting Dr. Ali, so my neck and back were in rough shape. I also have been an athlete since I was 5, so I'm sure that didn't make it easy on her either! She was able to immediately diagnose some of the issues I had from built up wear and tear and start me on a program for recovery. She also made the whole process so easy with the insurance from the person who hit me. She took care of it all and I only had to worry about showing up to our appointments. I never had to worry about prices and sending forms back and forth with the insurance. Not having that additional stress with fighting insurance alone was super helpful. My quality of life has definitely improved after having Dr. Ali both as a physical therapist and a chiropractor -- it's not often we find someone capable of doing both in one appointment! She also would cater the care to my body's needs and how I was feeling. There were times where my neck was too sensitive for the typical chiropracty, but she had tools that made the process so much better -- decreasing my pain levels without adding to it. The tools she had were definitely a game changer. She would also change the procedures to fit my improvements or alter them for my needs at the time. I came in after going on a walk/hike started hurting my hips, and she was able to adjust them as well to relieve that pain too. She and I had great conversations where she would check in on me and remember things going on in my life and see how she could improve my conditions. She made me feel like I had her not only as a doctor, but also as a concerned friend. I really felt like she was doing her best to take care of me in every way. I only wish the best for her and look forward to seeing the growth of her business! If I ever have issues and need physical therapy or chiropracty again, I would definitely go to her again. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area -- whether it's chronic pain, athletic damage, or from a car crash, she was able to handle it all.
