It has his name, DOB, admit date and Dr that prescribed it. Their staff is hit or miss with stars and then the not so stellar. If you have a choice, pick somewhere else. My mom left with no discharge meds or oxygen for pneumonia. We had to piece together the meds and equipment on our own. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Except for the various therapists (speech, physical etc.) who were all wonderful, the rest of the staff were basically useless. We were told that an assessment of my husband would be completed within 24 hours of him being admitted. Unfortunately, we had to admit him on Christmas Eve because of insurance issues. He wasn't assessed for FIVE DAYS. In the meantime, he wasn't allowed to eat (because he hadn't received a swallow test) nor was he allowed to be moved out of the bed (because they hadn't been physically assessed him). What did the five day delay cause? He couldn't pass a swallow test even though he was eating full meals prior to his admission. He was so weak from laying in bed for five days that he didn't have the strength to sit upright. I understand having delays due to the holidays but had I known they wouldn't assess him for five days, there's no way that I would have ever transferred him!!! Communication between staff members is absolutely non existent at this facility. As an example, my husband's doctor wanted him monitored overnight to make sure he was sleeping well. When I asked the night nurse about frequently checking on him, he stated that he wasn't told anything about monitoring him. After I told him that the doctor requested it, he agreed that he would monitor him. When I asked the nurse who was on duty the next morning if he had slept well, she stated that she didn't get any kind of report about that from the overnight nurse. Apparently, they don't chart like well run hospitals do so there's zero way for all healthcare professionals to know what is needed or expected for a particular patient at any given time. Except for the once-a-week meetings that are held between all disciplines to review a patient's needs, there is no day-to-day requirement or method for passing information between the doctors, nurses and therapists. I could continue on and on as to why you shouldn't send your loved one to this facility but suffice it to say that my husband was transferred to a nearby hospital because of dangerously low blood pressure (which I had to alert the staff to since they didn't notice it). He was admitted to the new hospital with pneumonia, RSV and sepsis. That, in itself, should tell you everything you should know about the quality of care at our Kindred Arlington. Disgraceful!!!

Just a random opening here and there. Consistency in therapy matters so much and seeing the same therapist is of utmost importance. This is not the right way to run a business. If you don't have openings, just don't do intakes, don't be greedy.

He receives physical therapy 1x a week, speech therapy 2x weekly, and occupational therapy 1x weekly. Because of his special needs he has had numerous doctors and therapists throughout his short life, and I can say that we have truly found a home here. The staff and therapists are all very friendly and have always been really polite and understanding. They will work with you with regards to scheduling, and figure out the best options for services depending on the type of insurance coverage you have. (We have a high deductible plan, but we plan ahead and budget for medical expenses accordingly.) As a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, I am on a budget just like everyone else, but Beelieve's services are well worth it to me. My son's speech and clarity have improved so much, as well as his strength and balance. He still struggles with symptoms of his diagnosis, but the work he does while at Beelieve has helped to improve his confidence and stamina, and that trickles down into every aspect of his life! The owner, and main Physical Therapist, Joanna truly cares about her patients and how she can best improve their health and reduce the struggles or pain they may be dealing with. All of the therapists here make going to an appointment feel like playtime! Even after coming every week for 2 years, my son is excited to get up and come back! He works hard during his therapy time and earns stickers and smiley faces that he can later turn in for toys or temporary tattoos. I think the best part about Beelieve is that they really take the time to listen to me as a parent. If I have any issues or concerns about goals or struggles that my son is having, they make suggestions for exercises that we can do at home, they work in tandem with his doctors orders/requests, and they are always positive! *I recommend Beelieve to all of my mom friends, even if you're just looking for an evaluation to see where your child is at, or you have some questions I would give them a call. You won't be disappointed! :)
